“I visited the New Look store in Bath on 21/06/19 time 13.37pm and asked Lauren if she had a sandal in a size 4. In today's times she blew my customer experience out of the ball park! she found me the size out back plus whilst waiting i tried on Pamble, so comfortable that my bunion was comfortable, the customer to my side tried on & ordered the very same sandal! i then bought 2 pairs plus another to be delivered to my home town. Lauren was outstanding! She is your best employee!!!”

“love new look I mostly go to princess street but on this occasion I attended the gyle as I was at the business park for an interview. lay out is so much better and more appealing I was on the main floor and I was absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed from what im guessing it was a manager blonde short hair walks about as if she has some sort of entitlement name badge not visible shouting over very rudely may I add over customers to a young girl long black hair guessing about 18/19 y/o stacking shelves this young girl actually started crying I felt so sorry for the young girl I actually took the time out of my day to comfort this young girl and told her to take no notice as she was doing a grand job!!! I know the importance of team moral as I am a manager my self and new look this bad management to have staff members crying on shop floor I would highly suggest this is looked into as I will not be bring my money back the gyle new look!”

“Today I was shopping in new look and I would like to say Tim at Crawley store went over and above to help me. I’m on crutches so shopping is exceptionally difficult for me. Tim was friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience pleasurable and I left one happy lady with some new bits and pieces. Thanks again Tim x”

“newlook as a huge range of clothes for every style. Love the dress range and wide fit footwear but what is going on with that website. absolutely shocking, slow, kept stopping and skipping. I has things in my basket but lost the will and ended up being angry and left with nothing! i went to a shop with better website! get it sorted and you may find your online sales go up!”

“Went into the Manchester City store looking for something for my girlfriend, felt out of my depth as awful at ladies fashion so asked an assistant for help, saying something comfortable but figure hugging, rather than being scoffed at I was advised on an outfit and my girlfriend loved it! Thank you. Don’t now the assistants name but she had light blue hair”
