Woeful customer service. Ordered a 49 piece puzzle for my niece and it was tiny! The pieces were for a 300 piece puzzle as I had seen the sizes previously on a box I had got before. After many emails they refunded the jigsaw but not the £6.99 postage. I had wanted a larger piece puzzle but they wouldn't do that either. Terrible company.

Placed order on August 4th. After 5 phone calls and three attempts by them to reprint I still have no photo book! Utterly hopeless. Nothing Customer Services can do but 'raise a request with the printing team' which they seem to do each time I call but never get a response from that team so nothing ever gets printed. At one point was told that I 'was not alone' in having this issue and suspect they are having issues with photo books across the board. I would not use them it takes a long time on your part to produce a photo book so when they are incapable of printing it then you will just become and upset and frustrated like I have

Shocking new studio 'upgrade' , have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but the new studio is clumsy and rigid. Can't use text properly. Don't understand why the end users were not consulted when changes were made. Such a downgrade.

I have used Photobox for many years and am now on the verge of giving up. The new format is awful - the text boxes are unworkable and it's more hassle than it is worth. I miss the old format where making a phonebook was a pleasure.

The new style creation studio is a DISASTER. Totally frustrating to work with compared to the previous one. Very limited. So many of the useful features no longer exist. I have been a customer of Photobox for several years but am now looking elsewhere.

I have been making family albums with photobox for nearly 13 years and always been happy with them however they have changed their creation studio and now it is completely unworkable. All the decent layouts have gone, meaning you have to manually change every single grey photo box on each page but there are no ruler guides to help so you no idea if everything is equal. I have been waiting since December to see if they will improve anything but nothing has changed and every time I ask via live chat I get fobbed off with excuses. I have been a loyal customer to photobox but will now be looking to make my albums elsewhere.

New creation studio is RUBBISH! maximum of 5 photos per page, cannot do double page spread, often have to go in and adjust template before you can drag more than one picture to a page, no template for text formatting to apply to whole book, cannot drag & resize text boxes, no auto save function ..... I could go on but would rather spend the time finding a decent photobook company which is rather a shame after having made over 20 different books with Photobox

Half my order is yet to arrive, no response when I try and contact them for an update! Happy to take my money but where are my goods? Also quality of what I have had so far is NOT great!

Will never use Photobox again. Ordered a square little memories book. The pictures were of my dog who has just passed away. I didn’t expect to see front cover of his chest and no head. 4 other pictures were the same. Surely all pictures should be checked before printing there must be a person who presses the button to print so why not check pictures first. No more online photos for me would rather spend extra and go to high street shop. Also the quality of the pictures were not very good. I would highly recommend NOT to use photobox.

The new Photobox studio is appalling and unstable. The templates are basic and are not to scale according to the page so basically the photos don't fit. The text box is tiny and you can only write one paragraph so the only solution is to type the text in Word, copy and import. The backgrounds to pages are way too busy for a photo book - none of the subtlety of the previous backgrounds. There are virtually no enhancements. It is not even possible to chose a type face and have it set for the entire book so every text has to be reset. The service consists of "I'm sorry you are having a problem with our site". I have supported and promoted them for so long, I could not be more disappointed

Difficult process and poor service I decided to have a canvas created of our Dachshund when he was a puppy for my partner on mother's day. I chose photobox and began the process. I am reasonably okay with tech but struggled with the site where it was impossible to place my picture where I wanted it without cropping my dogs head, ears, feet etc. I accepted an image to check how it would look and it looked fine so I ordered it. When the item arrived I was surprised to see parts of the head ears and feet etc all chopped. I complained to photobox attaching pictures of what I wanted and what I got. After taking an unreasonably long time to respond they basically said that it was my fault and they were not prepared to do anything.

I have used Photobox for many years now, creating a book for the 1st year of each of my grandchildren. I started on my final book recently and was disgusted to find the majority of all the embellishments and background pages were no longer there, and many editing actions gone. Am amazed Photobox has made such a huge backward move. Am very disappointed as it will be my last grandchild's book and wanted it to be on the same lines as all the rest. I will not be using Photobox again, and have sourced other photobook companies.

I’ve just placed an order for 3 pics with Photobox, (My Picture Service ?)...my first time!...now I’m really nervous about how my pictures turn out re the quality & length of time it will take before they arrive...I’ve been really excited...now I’m keeping all fingers & toes crossed!🙏

Since their software 'upgrade', they have destroyed themselves. They have lost a ton of functionality (especially in the text features) and you can't cut and paste large blocks of text. You can't even choose a page layout without photos. And they have ruined all the previous book options. Very disappointing.

Canvas was of extremely poor quality. They made it despite me asking them to tell me first if the photograph I had chosen was adequate in quality for the purpose. They never replied and sent me the canvas. Image is blurred with extreme dark colours. Worst canvas I ever had made. Terrible. And they won't reply to my emails.

Placed order 30 Jan for 2 large prints - fathers funeral on 11 Feb and wanted them for the service. Site said expect delivery by 6th. Two days later email states 'order despatched' expect delivery now on 5th Feb. Got to 7th and no show so opened chat box to be told delivery is normally 14 WORKING days, but check again in 2 days. 10th Feb receive email stating that prints ONLY JUST handed to Royal Mail and should be with me in 2 days. Opened chat box and am convinced that the 'responder' is an AI chat bot. Response was to wait til the 19th (even though funeral was 11th). Then they told me they hoped I enjoy the prints and service. You couldn't make this up. Shocking service. Will not be using these second rate chancers again.

Terrible service. I ordered four large aluminium wall arts as a christmas present. When we went to mount them we found three couldn't be mounted. The two portrait images could only be mounted on their side and one of the landscape prints could only be mounted upsidedown. After a month of being fobbed off by their customer service I had to raise a PayPal dispute. Finally several weeks after that the only resolution I am offered is to return the prints at my expense for a refund. Basically I am paying to store their mistakes for just over a month and I have failed to give someone a christmas present. I wish we could give negative stars. I will go to a proper company next time.

Paper quality (GSM) has decreased considerably over the years to the point the calendar curls at the bottom. They reprinted using the same paper and now refusing to refund. The template has changed as well so you can no longer add text onto a picture in the date field. Go elsewhere. #Worstcustomerserviceever

I have used Photobox to design books for a good few years now! Most of the books are work in progress and i add to them over time. My latest project consisted of 100 pages of which 86 were complete. I had to scrap the book and start again when the adobe plug in expired which was a bit galling but was not the fault of Photobox but what i cannot understand is why they have changed the book creation studio and removed all of the cool options and embellishments that i used in my work. It is now completely different and you cannot even spread a photo over a double page, which is shocking in itself! In my opinion Photobox have taken a huge leap backwards and a child would be disappointed with the new options, or lack of them.

Poor service and product was very late delivered. Ordered magnets in good time before christmas. Liked the product, magnets, when it arrived but I´ll ever order from here again as they don´t care about customer service or keeping what they promise .
