“This is a follow up from my previous review, I’d like to thank a very helpful lady named Aly from Crewe customer services, after we experienced a stressful time chasing up a Smart TV we ordered, which didn’t arrive, Aly was very helpful, she kept in touch with us, chased the order, we eventually received our TV albeit 4 days late!! I still would not recommend buying anything from Robert Dyas, but credit where it is due, Aly was a great help in sorting the problem out..”

After several phone calls to customer service we finally got someone who actually helped us, the lady in question is named Aly, and works at the Crewe customer service centre. We can’t thank her enough for how she took time to sort the problem out, and she even gave us a call when she finished work to ask if we had received our TV..
We eventually received our Smart TV, 5 days late, but at least it arrived!!
I would not use Robert Dyas again.”

“Do not buy from Robert Dyas. I purchased a Sharp microwave oven from them and within 12 months of the warranty period it developed a fault and tripped the power in the kitchen.
I contacted Robert Dyas and they were not interested, saying the warranty had nothing to do with them. They would not give me any details of where the Sharp service centre was and left me to my own devices. Their customer service staff make a point of being unhelpful.
Do not trust Robert Dyas and do not but from them under any circumstances.”

“If you are taking the time to read reviews, do yourself a huge favour and do not buy from this company. They are selling items to be despatched by third parties. My item was not in stock which I only found out once it had not arrived. I send emails daily asking for my money back, they're customer service is a total joke as you just go around in circles. I was told three days ago I was getting a refund now they tell me I cant cancel something that has already been sent???? DPD have confirmed to me that they have not received the item to forward on. They never had it in stock in the first place. Total S**t company, soooo annoyed.”
“Surely the worst retailer in the UK! I was expecting a delivery yesterday, and received no update or notification. After sending 3 emails/texts to Robert Dyas, I was told that I have to wait a further 3 working days for a response from their courier. Is this an acceptable way to run a business?”
“Omg!!! If only I had read the reviews before ordering a smart tv.. I was given a delivery date and it didn’t turn up.. I sent several emails which I’ve had NO response, my husband made phone calls all day to the warehouse and customer services, who sound like the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing !!
Asked for money back but they made excuses.. still waiting for an answer!!!!”
“My parcel went missing with fedex who on line looked like it had been delivered 25 miles away. Emailed robert dyas and put in a claim form. In the meantime the kind person who received the incorrect parcel contacted robert dyas to advise. I picked the parcel up from her and two days later received an email from robert dyer to say they had looked into it and it had been delivered to my neighbour. Seriously!!!”
“They now don't respond to emails, I month I have sat with a faulty Good, they asked for photos which I have sent them twice now, now they don't answer emails.
Wrong for a company to take your money and keep it.
Next step will take them to court, been advised that they will have to pay the fees too, unless they resolve this problem immediately.”

“This is the worst customer service I have ever received, damaged item sent so they agreed to correct and replace, 3 weeks later all I keep getting is they will collect in 72hours but nothing happens, so now request a refund, now they don't reply, I require a full refund and to come collect yr damaged item,I will keep publishing honest reviews unless this is resolved, plus will involve trading standards, seems like u do this to lots of customers.”
“Took 2 months to respond to complaint I raised and when they did respond was to ask me for information I had already provided. 5 months later is still not being resolved and are being utterly unreasonable. Take from poor to give to the rich. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and should be ashamed. Do not buy any furniture from these guys and expect the fault to be corrected. Beds are flimsy and inadequate for purpose.”

“The worst company ever! Customer service is terrible and product quality is the worst! I bought the kettle & toaster set and the paint start to come off after few days of using! I have sent it back (my fault as I lost didn't keep receipt from post office) of course they do not have it and I won't get a refund. I don't believe they did not get it back it never happened to me. Stay away from this company and buy somewhere else!”

Only get one star as 0 is not an option. I ordered the wrong pan set and there was no one to speak to to amend it. There is a cancel order option I did within 10 minutes of ordering. Says if it hasn't been despatched, full refund. I ordered the right set straight after. Re-cancelled the original to make sure. I get an email 2 days later confirming both orders have been despatched. I complained and they just said to refuse delivery by the courier. When they get it back, will process a refund. Another 3 days pass to be sent an email stating one of my items is out of stock so are only sending the item I didn't want in the 1st place. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!!”
