I need to comment after seeing the post from the 'Shoe Zone worker' claiming the comments are fake. I experienced the exact same thing! My daughter wore the shoes to school for about 2 months, the bottom part in both shoes have massive holes in them. Since the rest of the shoes were still in good condition, I asked the shop if they offered a repair service because it felt wasteful to throw them away. The saleslady told me it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do. She added, 'What do you expect for a £15 pair of shoes?' For comparison, my daughter has a pair of boots she wore in Year 6 for about a year, and they are still in perfect condition. So yes, I do expect a pair of shoes to last longer than two months! PS - It doesn't allow me to upload photo!

Worst company ever do not order there even if it's an emergency issue do not do it .The customer service team are incompetent serial liars and your package never comes so do not do it under no circumstance.This company should be shut down it's illegal to be up and running.

I bought boots from the Shoe Zone. They took the money, but sent me a message the item is "undeliverable", and didn't give me a refund!

I was shopping in Llandudno store, they didn’t have the size I wanted in stock, so the young lady with blonde hair very helpful said can order free of charge & have it delivered to my home address, great service & very easy, nothing was to much trouble .

I went into the Llandudno shop today - the woman working there is absolutely horrible. There was no sign to say dogs aren’t allowed (if there is I didn’t see it) and so I walked in with my dogs. The man said no dogs allowed, which is fine. My kids had ice lolly’s and we needed shoes for my 3 year old so I asked them to wait outside while I got some shoes for her to try. I was genuinely trying to be considerate, I wanted to buy from your shop without her coming in with the lolly and dripping it. I got 2 sizes of the same shoe, my daughter tried them on near the front door and one pair fit perfect. She didn’t want to take them off so I took the smaller pair to the till and said “can I pay for these, my daughter is wearing the ones we are keeping though”. The man from before was there and a woman with blonde hair in her 50s. She was clearly angry that I had let my daughter keep the shoes I wanted to buy on and said no, I would have to bring the exact ones I want to the till. I said “ok, but she has an ice lolly, is that ok?” And she snapped that it wasn’t ok and I would have to get someone to hold the Lolly. I can’t tell you how aggressive and nasty she was with me during this exchange, I was really surprised because it was so over the top for the situation. She was talking to me like I was an idiot and she was raising her voice angrily. I said to her she needed to calm down, she then burst out laughing and denied being aggressive. She said she has to shout loudly because she’s deaf? (Is this even true?) Even though she hadn’t been shouting prior to this when she was talking to her colleague. Anyway, I left without buying the shoes because she was so hostile. As I left she sarcastically said “have a nice day”. I said she had in fact ruined my day, she snickered with her colleague. My husband later returned to get the shoes and she told him she was only trying to check that I had chosen the right size shoe to fit my child? This is nonsense, no shoe shop has ever tried to verify I was buying the right size for my own child. Her insinuation during the initial exchange was that I was doing something suspicious like stealing. I had no issue with what she needed me to do, it was her manner that was shocking. I just wanted to double check about the lolly and she bit my head off. Anyway I have now looked at previous reviews for this shop and it looks like she has form for this. When will you do something about this horrible member of staff? It’s such a shame, because your shoes are lovely and affordable which is why my husband came back. You have lovely products, but awful staff.

Every time I buy a pair of shoes from this store the insoles seem to fall out literally after a few days of wearing them, they don`t seem to glue them in!.. I have a pair of trainers, literally a few months down the line the insoles are knackered and even the lining underneath has started to come out of the shoe! They are very poorly made.

Within 2 days the insole was coming away from the sole. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

I would have left 0 star review but unable to. Avoid staff have no ethics when items are marked on sale but the till says its a higher price. Made me feel like a theif when it was there mistake. Never felt so embarrassed and humiliated when buying my wife a pair of shoes. I used to always my my work shoe's and trainers here every month or two and so did my wife. Unfortunately we will never be setting foot in there again. All for £20 and now I can only hope they reap what they sow. Shocking place avoid. See photo and the assistant did not even remove there price error straight away 😞 shame on you Shoe Zone when we try and support our local shoe shops 😞 will be telling all my family and friends and customers your loss 😞

Bought school shoes for my son literally the next day they were scratched. And couple weeks later the bottom part in both shoes have massive holes in them. Just shocked at how bad a shoe can get in such a short period of time. Never will order from there again. Only ordered because they gave me £5 voucher wasn’t worth it at all.

Collapsed heels, told wear and tear after wearing a few times as I have other shoes, but at least now this will encourage me to buy more expensive shoes from somewhere else. Can't send a photo after taking them into the shop and I threw them in the bin as I can't wear them again, after purchasing them 5th December 2023 but only worn them 5 -6 times in 4 months. At least I know now to buy a more expensive pair of shoes for them to last longer than 4 months.

Placed an order online almost a month ago, which advertised "fast delivery". No goods yet received. No response to emails asking for information on delivery. No customer service whatsoever. Rubbish.

I received a £60 pair of hush puppies boots without a box in a plastic bag. There was white all on the sides and back which unfortunately I couldn't quite remove. So I queried this. They offered me £5 discount. I think they're seconds but they advised its the style of the boot. A bit poor if you ask me! I think the least they can do is put a £60 pair of shoes in a protective box. Be careful purchasing from this low end store.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Amazon (shoe zone) arrived & they were to big (my stupid feet can be a 5 or a 6) so sent them back. Contacted the shop in Camborne & was dealt with by a fabulous lady called Sally, she acted immediately & put a pair of size 5 aside for me, I also enquired about a pair of sale boots but on the web site they could not guarantee delivery in time. I went down to camborne and this wonderful lady not only got my shoes she helped me order the boots to be delivered to my house tomorrow. She was amazing. The help desk on line were not helpful at all. It’s good to deal with staff in the store.

have never felt humiliated and violated like this before. I bought crocs from shoe zone in metrocentre and I returned and was asked why I was returning it. I told the lady my friend already got one for me same day from another shop. The day I was retuning it I lost my bank card and they refused to issue refund on another bank account. So today I went in there after I have replaced my bank card and it was refused. These women held my new bank card for over 1 min and was checking it. I have told them if anything happens shoe zone is my first suspect. After I opened my bank to show the transaction, one of the women made me opened my bank app twice and was asking me to show her where my name was showing. I was put in an awkward position because of £10. The third lady said its because I told her my friend got the crocs for me from shoe zone. I replied that this shows she wasn't listening to me when I said my friend got one downstairs and not shoe zone. I won't let this humiliation slide. I definitely need an apology. These women opened me up...my bank app was opened it was checked twice after showing them the transaction before. My card was looked at longer than usual by these women. I wished I had made a video recording as an evidence really.

As someone who works at Shoezone I can say that half of the complaints here are fake and the people who post them on here are complaining about us because you’re not getting your way around thing. For delivery the CUSTOMER has to put THEIR address in so we don’t mess it up. For returns If the bottom of the sole splits that’s because you’re RRAGGING your feet. If the stitches brake that’s because your feet are probably too big or you’re not putting/takeing them off right. I have no clue why you lot are being Karen’s for no reason and putting shame on a company that sells shoes at a low price. So stop being so cheap about it.
