“La mia esperienza con l'assistenza Siroko è stata inizialmente un po' controversa, ma si è conclusa in modo molto positivo. Ho contattato l'assistenza per segnalare il deterioramento del tessuto di un capo dopo circa un anno di utilizzo non intensivo. Non si trattava semplicemente della formazione di pallini: il tessuto stava iniziando ad allentarsi e a smagliarsi. Personalmente avevo utilizzato il capo, secondo una mia stima, circa 40-50 volte, principalmente durante i mesi caldi. Dopo aver inviato le fotografie richieste, inizialmente Siroko ha valutato il problema come un danno dovuto all'uso e quindi non coperto dalla garanzia, proponendomi un credito di 15 € da utilizzare sul portafoglio Siroko. Devo però riconoscere che, successivamente, l'assistenza ha deciso di riesaminare nuovamente il caso. Dopo questa ulteriore valutazione, hanno scelto di inviarmi, in via eccezionale, un nuovo capo in sostituzione di quello deteriorato. Apprezzo molto questo cambio di posizione. Anche se inizialmente non ero rimasto soddisfatto della valutazione ricevuta, il fatto che abbiano deciso di riconsiderare il caso e di trovare una soluzione concreta dimostra attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Avevo già acquistato nuovamente lo stesso modello prima che si manifestasse il problema, perché mi trovavo bene con il capo e volevo averne uno di ricambio per le uscite di più giorni. Per questo motivo continuerò a osservare nel tempo come si comporteranno entrambi i capi. In conclusione, la gestione iniziale del problema non mi aveva convinto completamente, ma devo riconoscere che l'esito finale è stato molto positivo. L'assistenza ha riesaminato il caso e ha scelto di andare incontro al cliente sostituendo eccezionalmente il prodotto. Un comportamento che, alla fine, ho apprezzato molto.”

“Tube un problema con una prenda que había utilizado solo en dos ocasiones,me puse en contacto con el equipo de atención al cliente de Siroko y me respondieron al día siguiente,me resolvieron el problema enseguida,enviándome otra segunda prenda sin ningún tipo de coste por mi parte.He comprado varias equipaciones de ciclismo y de otros deportes y por ahora no puedo decir nada que no sea favorable,y sobre todo me encantan los colores de la serie Bombastic!!!”

“Die Fahrradtrikots und auch die Fahrradhosen sind wirklich sehr gut. Nachdem wir zum ersten Mal bestellt haben, musste ich gleich ein weiteres Trikot samt Unterlayer bestellen. Alles in allem kann ich Siroko absolut empfehlen. Es war sicher nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hier bestellt haben.”

“Le t-shirt est absolument génial, c’est ce que je cherchais pour des longs voyages ou l’on a envie d’être confortable ! Léger, respirant et sèche vite. Dommage que l’autre couleur soit du noir, pas trop pratique pour l’été du point de vue de la chaleur. J’espère que d’autres couleurs seront proposées”

“Świetna koszulka, myślałem że nie będzie mi pasować ale jest super, leży idealnie. Kapitalny materiał …. Będę musiał zamówić nową bo po 3-4 jeżdżę zaliczyłem szlifa i się trochę podarła na ramieniu… ale po tak krótkim czasie już była Moją ulubioną Great jersey! I wasn’t sure if it would suit me at first, but it’s absolutely brilliant — the fit is perfect and the material feels fantastic. Looks like I’ll have to order another one though 😂 After only 3–4 rides, I had a crash and unfortunately tore it a little on the shoulder. Such a shame, because even after such a short time, it had already become my favourite jersey! 🚴🏻‍♂️❤️”
