“I've been wearing Skechers for 8 or 10 years. Two pairs of them wore out, and I bought more, but one change in style I did not like. I have a very high instep, and the shoes now putting in elastic instead of laces, and have made them tight. I had to cut out the elastic and buy laces to use them.
Please give us a choice!”
“2 of the last 4 pairs I purchased from Skechers have had sole detached. This is done with just normal walking from a 70 plus old man.

“I returned a pair of sneakers that cause bleeding blisters on my toes. This was because the vinyl or plastic material used to make the sneakers was so stiff it cut into my toes whenever I took a step. I immediately boxed up the shoes and wrap them exactly as I received them with all internal tissue and foot forms etc. I tracked the return and found out get yours had the sneakers for over a week but didn't contact me about a refund. When I called, I found out Skechers refused to give me a refund, claiming the sneakers were "slightly worn". When I explained the sneakers were defective, they would not change their decision and still refuse to give me my money.”
“I’ve been buying sketcher shoes. For about 8 years or so but now something has changed in the last 3 years. The glue no longer holds up. The upper part where the rubber meets the leather is separating. I don’t mind paying $140. for a pair of shoes but I do expect them to last longer than a year. I’m 70 years old so I don’t go hiking or anything like that. It’s obvious that the quality has gone down.”
“Dont buy sketchers anymoreeee!!!!!! There is no warranty if you have an issue. I bought a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks the leather inside becomes to shred like I was wearing it for 1 year. Very bad quality!!”

“These shoes at first appeared to be
slip-in shoes. They are NOT slip-in. I have to tug on the loop at the top of the heel to get it on.
I did not use these shoes when I first received them. Now, 6 months later, I have discovered that I can not get them on easily.
I am in my 70s and bought these so I could slip them on quickly, and not have to sit down or bend over to get them on. What a disappointment.
When I shopped for them online, I searched for slip-on/slip-in shoes, and they popped up in that category.
It appears that Sketchers Go Walk 7 shoes are slip-ins, but that is not the case.
I have only worn these shoes a couple of times, and won't wear them again. I will be buying a shoe brand that is a guaranteed hands free slip-in shoe.”

Asked for new lace to be sent. They don't do that. Wanted me to return sneakers..... Pain in the butt.

My daughter's toe was bleeding at work because of The Skechers slip on shoe had a hard spot near the pinky toe and Rubbed it raw enough for her toe to Bleed! Tey didn't want to do anything about it. But send the shoe back and then what!? I don't want another Pair. Just a refund.

“I bought Relaxed fit air cooled, I am diabetic and arthritic and 78 , I thought I had found a show I could wear, they did not last 2 months, the material that is supposed to be resilient in the heal balled up and blistered my heal. “I just had TWO of the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES with the store manager at the Hylan drive store ( # 00862) in Henrietta Ny- I purchased a pair of boots on a gift card I received n noticed later on that they over charged me $15.- I went back to the store where SUPPOSEDLY a employee there refunded me $15 on my gift card- I hav both receipts- when I checked my gift card balance the $15 was never put back on the gift card!! Today 1/25/25 I called the store n talked to the manager about this- before she hung up on me she said “not my problem” so I went back to the store to try to resolve this issue- the store manager was SO RUDE TO ME- when I asked her what her name was she told me her name was F—K and walked away to the back of the store and never returned! I will not only write this terrible review but I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW about my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES with this manager- I will also b calling the corporate office to complain but I don’t really expect any response from them either- they just don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction AT ALL”
“Have had a pair of slip-ins for less than a year are rarely use them. The material at the back has separated from the plastic piece on both of them. Not impressed and will not buy another pair.”
