I did this with all the relevant information, they basically passed the buck and offered me 35% off another pair. Why would I buy another pair ? A overall score of 2 says everything. Never again. “Bought back to back 2 shoes, 1st one was of 4500. They got torn up in 5 months. 2nd one was of 6500, it got torn up in less than 2 months.
They make low quality shoes and after sales service is zero. Straight away they decline that they cannot do anything. Waste of money not once but twice.”

“These are badly designed shoes. They can damage your legs permanently if you go for long walks. Don't ever use it for air travel where you need to walk a lot. I want to sue Skechers for damaging my legs. I started wearing a basic pair by Power and I feel much bêtter. Never buy Skechers. The soft cushioning effect they offer is not good for the legs. “I purchased a pair of Skechers a2 weeks ago. I tried to return them today. The store is at Opry Mills Mall in TN. I drove 20 miles to get to the store and walked approximately one mile inside the mall only to find out they were having technical issues and their doors were locked. I'm 75 years old and they have a time limit on returning shoes. Although they're were people inside the store, their customers were last on their priority list therefore they would not answer the door to even try to help. I have spoken with not so nice person at their Corporate Office who also was no help at all. You'd think I would be able to ship them the shoes and receive credit for them, but they don't want to even try to work with their customer!”

Bought wide cushion shoes have had for over a month no cushion hurt my feet so much. “In March 2024 (today is July 15 2024) bought a pair of mens Garza Fontaine shoes. Love the shoes but the laces shriveled after only a few months. Went to a Skechers store, only to be told that 1) they don't replace laces for free; and 2) they don't have those round laces. I had to buy flat laces that don't go with the style of the shoe.
That the laces shred with casual use is unacceptable, and that Skechers doesn't replace their faulty product is equally unacceptable. Had I known that this would be the case I would not have purchased the product.”
