I ordered 2 pair of slip in extra wide shoes and my feet wouldn't even fit in them. It was like I bought extra small besides extra wide. That's false advertising saying they are extra wide and can't even cram your feet in them and my feet aren't that wide.

I bought a pair of Skechers for pick up at the DFO Homebush Store. When I got there, they quickly located the order but they could not give them to me (even though they are paid for) due to their computer system is down. I have waited for more than half an hour and the system is still down I told them I can see why I can't pick up my shoes as they are paid for and they are there. I can pick up the receipt at a later date and they can process their computer when the system is up but they refused to let me take the shoes. I have wasted 2 hours of my time for nothing. Skechers does not offer a cancel order option on their website for any reason as well. As a result, I have to waste another 2 hours of my time to go to the store to pick up another day - I hope their computer is working this time!!

I will never ever buy from this company. I bought a pair of shoes from Halifax shopping centre In Nova Scotia, Canada. I asked them about the return policy and they said within 14 days you will be able to return the shoes. After less than a week I went there to change the size of the shoe, and the manager rejected. We even didn't want to get refund. we just wanted the change of the size. That is an awful brand and company that does not care about customer.

What went wrong was naively expecting that the quality of their product would not diminish in tact with their popularity. I have been buying Sketchers for many years and have noticed a marked decrease in the durabilty of their product (cheaper materials). I recently bought a pair of sandals that after 2 weeks looked like they had been used for MUCH longer than that. After sending Sketcher's a picture of them, they deemed the wear as 'normal'. (I am in my late 60's) And mentioning the environmental impact with regards to the changes, illicited no comment as to similar concerns. On to a better quality, and longer lasting product.

As soon as the newest model Go Walk Slip On came out, I bought two pairs in cute colors, because the "slip on" characteristic is really convenient. After a while I started to notice that I was tripping frequently on the street, but also inside the house, on totally smooth parquet floors. I knew that this was caused by the shoes, but I didn't expect that one day I would trip and fall face first while walking, resulting to painful injuries and bruises. I then researched it online, and found out that not only many people are complaining about this, but also that a class action is on track to be launched in the States, by people who tripped and hurt themselves when wearing this exact model. It seems that this latest model has used a different type of sole (a composite of rubber and plastic) than previous ones, and it does cause tripping.

No volvere a comprar sketchers. La garantia deberia cubrir este tipo de fallas

Very bad experience with Skechers shoes. Did not even last for 2 months. I would never recommend anyone to go for Skechers shoes. Please look for other brands . When I went the store they did not even listen to me and simply said we can't help you out.

My wife and I visited the Cribbs Causeway store in Bristol on 21st July 2024, hoping to purchase a pair of trainers or summer shoes for my wife. Having been loyal customers for over two years, we expected the high standard of customer service that we have become accustomed to. Unfortunately, this visit left us feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened. Upon entering the store, we noticed it was moderately busy, but nothing out of the ordinary. As we began browsing, a staff member approached us to offer assistance. We politely informed them that we needed more time to browse. However, from that moment on, we felt uncomfortably scrutinised by the staff, who seemed to circle around us as if suspecting us of wrongdoing. Initially, we dismissed this behaviour as the staff performing their duties, but it quickly became disconcerting. After selecting a couple of pairs of shoes, we requested the required sizes from a staff member. This employee went to the back of the store, while another staff member took their place, continuing the unnecessary scrutiny. Once we decided on a pair of shoes, the staff insisted on taking them behind the cashier's desk, which we found quite unusual. My wife has wider feet, which is one of the reasons we frequent this store due to its range of comfortable and suitable shoes. When she inquired if a wider fit was available, the staff member replied with a sarcastic tone, stating, "I'm not sure what to say." This response left my wife feeling embarrassed and upset, as she is already self-conscious about having wider feet. At the cashier, my wife asked if the chosen pair of shoes was available in other colours. The cashier responded with a smile that appeared sarcastic, saying, "Let me check." This further compounded our feeling of being unwelcome, and we left the store feeling dissatisfied and upset. Due to this unpleasant experience, my wife now feels uncomfortable and reluctant to wear the shoes we purchased. We attempted to contact customer service for an alternative method of returning the shoes, as returning to the same store feels distressing. Unfortunately, the response we received was dismissive and sarcastic, stating, "Unfortunately, there's no way to return your shoes to a store without actually going there." This unprofessional reply mirrored the insensitivity we encountered in the store. Such behaviour suggests a troubling pattern that raises serious concerns about the store's customer service culture and attitudes towards customers. It is disappointing to witness this from a brand we once held in high regard. This experience has certainly made us reconsider our future patronage. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback and that the store takes necessary steps to improve its customer service and address these issues appropriately.

I had brought a pair and within18 days the sole was coming apart. Taken them back bought another pair. And they wouldn’t give my money back at all. They will only give you store credit. So I will not buy another pair from Skechers at all.

People who have diabetes should not wear slip on skechers!!!! My husband came home with his feet swollen like gallons. They should let consumers know that! Someone from sketchers should call me re this issue!

I spent 64.99 on a pair of size 6 (supposed to be wide). I picked them up the day before my flight. I got to my destination and they were not wide, the say wide fit but they definitely are not a 6 wide. I reached out to sketchers to explain what was going on and they said wear them for about a week they should stretch, well I did and contacted them again and all I got was “sorry to hear that”, I said what about a refund. Well I got “ again sorry to hear that, but no refund”. I will never buy their sneakers again. I can’t even wear them they are too tight, glad I didn’t throw my ripped ones away. No I did not get a refund.

Skechers stores have a gazillion (near infinite) styles in three (3) sizes. So it sounds cool, but it's not, just like most things in life these days (criminal background checks, ultra thin shirts, water saving shower heads and toilets, etc)
