“Happy with the price and service from SLR Hut, however the delivery company FedEx, was awful. I paid £20 for expedited delivery - tracked it online as far as it would let me...was due for delivery on the wednesday before 6pm...no delivery. I then contacted them the next day around 2pm (having taken the day off work to be at home the previous day). The customer services in India (Im guessing from the accent) were very helpful but said it was held overnight due to a "customs check" and "should" be delivered today before 6pm. She gave me the direct number for the FedEx office in Motherwell, who, when I rang to confirm delivery, couldn't have been more customer UNfriendly. A terrible experience and tainted the excitement of receiving my new camera with bitterness over bad attitude a day late (not bad from SLR Hut directly, but FedEx are doing their fulfilment!)”
“Got what I asked for, upgraded to FedEx for free which was nice. Had the item with days. The checkout procedure is rather strange having to call to process my order after it was placed and the dodgy looking website was a concern. After recommended by a friend I went with them. All was perfect really. Will use again.”

Who told me my item had been dispatched, sure enough it arrived the next day. They never responded to my emails either! I would definitely use them again given the quick delivery and price”
“It is impossible to get through to them. My camera was lost and I have tried to phone them over 30 times but can't get through. They haven't replied to my 5 e-mails. It seemed like a good deal and the staff were pleasant, but customer service is unavailable, the phone line is continually engaged and they don't reply to e-mails despite the 24 hour assurance!”
