“Placed an order in plenty of time with express delivery for my daughters Birthday. Camera did not arrived in the 2 or 3 days. Called them, only to be told they did not have it in stock. They did not bother to tell me this when ordering.
Offered an upgrade at a discounted price which I accepted. Later I checked the model they offered and it was cheaper on the website than my actual order, so not an upgrade at the discounted price told. Still waiting for the camera so no present for my daughter on her Birthday.I emailed them to confirm the discounted offer but I am being ignored.
I will never use this company again, the savings are not worth the crappy service and being ignored. I will be contacting my credit card company in the morning.”

“Must admit I panicked after ordering and paying extra for the three day delivery time slot when I received three emails in one day saying they had tried to phone me, (which they hadn't) and for me to ring them to confirm order. Not sure why you have to ring to confirm you want the item shipping out when you have already paid for it along with postage although they did try & sell me other items to accompany the new camera. Was delighted & relieved to receive my camera after reading bad feedback after I had ordered and it was packaged well and very good value so other than the messing about phoning through to confirm, I would use them again. Thank you.”
“Ordered on a whim, only to read alot of 'dodgy' reviews afterwards. When I finally got through to an American chap who was extremely rude in customer services, I was told the order would take 2 days to process...but my package arrived 3 days later by fed ex. Despite everything, the camera arrived with a UK adaptor and working perfectly. I can't help being really pleased with my purchase and would definitely use/recommend them again! Shame about the customer services though.”

“The camera is excellent as was the advice and help over the phone. But I paid £20 for 2-3 day delivery and received the package after 6 days (or 4 if you only count working days). I have been promised a refund, but so far that has not materialised. I will be chasing this. If it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star rating.”
