“I ordered the Carrie name necklace for my daughter and received it yesterday. It is honestly just beautiful and exceeded all my expectations. The quality is excellent and the packaging and presentation are lovely also. I am so excited to give it to her for her birthday and believe it will be a much cherished piece of jewellery. I am going to order a necklace for myself now as I love it so much.”

“After I submitted my order I needed to make a correction. I was contacted almost immediately and instructed how to fix it. I had to pay an additional fee, but it was not unreasonable. I've order from Soufeel several times and I have always been pleased with the products.”

“I bought customized jewelry from soufeel as Christmas presents. It took a while to arrive but once it did it was more than worth the price and wait. The quality was just mind blowing and colours and images came out clearly. Everything about it was spectacular. I will definitely purchase many more things in the future from soufeel.”

“Soufeel is great, This is the second time I’ve ordered. The prices are good especially for what you get and it’s definitely worth the wait. However the website is a little difficult, for example the engraving side of things. The words wouldn’t allow me to fit inside the heart, and would be really difficult to move, it took about 30 minutes to try and get the writing part sorted, the letters were off the heart etc, I made the order and started a conversation from their support service, to which I spoke with a lovely individual called Tracy, she ensured me that all the writing is nothing to worry about and will be with me soon. The product is amazing I definitely recommend.”

“Don’t use this company. I received broken items & the will not refund or credit! Check their website for 90 day guarantee. It’s false. This Company makes money on “deals” not products. Beware PayPal cannot help you.”

“90 day guarantee from their website does not exist. I used the reviews from their website to sway my purchase. Bad choice. Those reviews cannot be confirmed. Ordered 4 jewelry. The bracelet arrived broken and they refused to work with me. The quality of 2 necklaces didn’t match and they will not work to replace them. Contacted PayPal which was a joke. Cannot reach them by phone due to overwhelming covid situation. Finally after sending communication to PayPal they weee also stringed along by soufeel. After 6 weeks PayPal came to agreement with this company to use a full Refund of $97.80 if I send alL products back. So I did. Now, soufeel is denying this agreement and that they never received items even though I’m providing signature confirmation with name of agent received. The products were ordered July 2, 2020. Items received 7/24/20. Grievance submitted by email 7/24/20. Since no phone number. At this very moment; I don’t have the products anymore and they have all my money ?!! How is this fair. That’s why we need to stop doing business with China. If I knew they were based on Asia - trust me. I would of never placed an order !! That’s the truth. ~Jo”
