I wished they had saved a thumbnail of the previewed image. Its a small thing but it would have made it easier to ensure what I was ordering was referenced in the cart."

"Disappointed and Frustrated \u2013 Not Worth the Money or the Hassle\r\n\r\nI ordered a custom Father's Day flip book from this company, thinking it would be a thoughtful, personalized gift. Unfortunately, the product I received had a glaring issue: two photo segments in the animation didn\u2019t match up properly, completely ruining the flow and feel of the flip book.\r\n\r\nWhen I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue \u2014 either through a refund of the $40 I paid (including shipping) or a corrected replacement \u2014 I was shocked by their response. They offered me a measly $5 refund or told me I could pay them an additional $10 to ship it back for a fix. Even worse, with Father\u2019s Day just two days away, they said the corrected version wouldn\u2019t arrive until well after the holiday \u2014 completely missing the point of the gift.\r\n\r\nFor a company that markets itself around personalized, meaningful gifts, the lack of quality control and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing. Save yourself the money and frustration \u2014 I would not recommend ordering from them."
