“I purchased items from soufeel on the 5th feb, i recieved my items on the 26th march, ideally i wasnt planning on waiting that long for my items, but due to the back log of what has happened to there production team, i decided to wait it out, & it paid off! Customer services team were brilliant, they answered every elmail i sent them, & kept me updated with the purchase, they even sent me the tracker number for me to track it, which i did do, & now they have also refunded me the full price of the shipping payment, for good meassure of waiting so long, So i would like to personally thank soufeel for being so wonderful about this all ordeal, & want to thank them for my items, i am so in love with them, they are absolutely amazing, thank you again for everything soufeel.”

“I had Tracy from Soufeel assist me when my order was not delivered to me but somewhere else... She listened to what I had to say and had a new order re-shipped to me. It was a present for my sister with personalized charms and it meant a lot that she looked after me right away. Much appreciated!”
