“I have ordered quite a few charms from Soufeel and have never been disappointed, the quality is very good! I recently ordered a new picture charm with engraving on the back. Unfortunately I put the wrong date on the engraving so I sent an email regarding the change I’d like to make. I was advised I’d hear back within 24-48 hours but received an email back within 8 hours from Tracy which I was very pleased with. She was very helpful in assisting me to amend my order which was my mistake and nothing seemed a chore, she was great! Her customer service was of a great standard, very friendly and willing to help which made me feel at ease sending her my emails regarding my order. As I have bought charms before and never been disappointed, the experience I have had this time again has not put me off and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you very much.”

“I spoke to a lady called tracy throughout my time with soufeel. She was amazing at her job and got straight down to the point of what was wrong and if i needed any help. I always order from soufeel and nothing has ever been wrong apart from one necklace i ordered, the picture was fading after just few months of wearing it. Tracy sent out a replacement free of charge with no hassel. Will still order from soufeel in the future.”
