“Well the product came out excellent and my girlfriend loved it. By far one of the best products I’ve ordered for a lady. Communication was excellent and I’d say the only “ downfall “ is the shipping and how long it takes which isn’t that long but they do have to make the product”

“Soufeel has great communication. They respond promptly and when there's and issue they do all they can to fix it. Shipping did take longer than expected but they were apologetic and again did all they could to keep me informed on the shipping updates along the way.”

“I ordered this for my dad as I thought a picture of all his children when he was I'll would bring him comfort. He was so happy and the quality and craftsmanship of it was amazing!! I would highly recommend this company. It does take a while but well worth the wait!!! Very happy!”
