“My LED color-changing music plaques that I ordered were so cute!! Sadly one of them was the wrong model, but their customer support is amazing! They responded so fast and are going to be shipping me a new one. Overall, i’m super satisfied!”

“customer service is really good, responsive and reasonable. Delivery was delayed, tracking of parcel was not really accurate but customer service was good and quick at responding. They were really kind and polite helping me through the process of refunding due to defects on the products. Thank you”

“So far my rating will be a 5 star. They are redoing my order since I never received it and will send it out again. Hoping to receive it soon. Tracy in customer service helped tremendously.
