“I had my bank card compromised after making a purchase with this company. I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there’s. They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care. I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service. I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared. The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!”

“Plain and simple I ordered an item and paid for it. It is faulty and sent photographic evidence and to return it. They have point blank refused to do anything for me. Do not use this company as they are happy to take your money and do not want to know if you have a problem. If an item is received faulty then you have the right to return it.”

“Very happy. I was worried the delivery wouldn't come in time for when I needed it, however it arrived 2 days earlier than the expected delivery date. I contacted namenecklace Via email in regards to the expected delivery and spoke to a lady called Demi, she was polite, and gave clear communication and fast responses which was so helpful. Thank you. I am excited to give this necklace to whom I am gifting it too. The photo and writing engravment is just as described when ordering.”

“Quality and appearance of products is really good. Arrived within a good frame as well. Very happy. The only suggestion I have is that the bracelets (particularly ones for men) could be a bit bigger as the fit seems a little bit tight.”

“I ordered the plush pillows that you can out people's faces on. I purchased them as Christmas gag gifts. They are so cute. The picture quality is pretty good. I can't wait for Christmas morning. I hope we all have a good laugh.”
