Ordered items for Xmas presents, they said 3-5 days and all in stock, 1 item arrived today totally smashed, sent it back straightaway costing £2.99 which I clearly won't get back, 2 of the other items are out of stock so re-order, that won't be happening! The last item won't come until 21st December, too late for me so will have to buy another item, why did I not check out reviews before I ordered, never again!

Absolutely awful website!! DO NOT USE. The lie about being UK based - when I phoned the company to chase my order they informed me they weren’t actually in the UK. They sent half the order on time and said to wait another 21 days as all the items were out of stock, even though they appeared as in stock when my order was made. They do not have an option to pay upfront but instead a credit system or pay after delivery. The telephone centre is comprised of a lot of people with a poor grasp of the English language and online trading laws. I actually asked to cancel my order and return it unused as I cannot wait 21 days and they out right refused and said they do not have to honour my request (this in itself breaks UK online trading laws). Appalling company save yourself the headache and use a real company like amazon! For anyone struggling with this company contact trading standards and they will advise you how to proceed.

Studio are a complete joke! The customer service for this company are ridiculous and grossly unprofessional. I ordered a twelve pound order a month ago, which said I would get the goods between 3 - 5 days. I chased the order up after a week only to be told I need a credit check for this twelve pound order. I have been getting an email every 7 days to tell me im still being checked out!!!! I have now been told the check has got stuck!! stuck, how professional are they. I cant cancel the order, I cant complain because the stuck check is still going through!!!! They are ridiculous. completely ridiculous. Stay well away!

Studio are a bloody joke. Very poor quality. Cheap and nasty. I called the complaints no. Get told to hold somebody will be with you shortly... next thing you get cut off. Unbelievable!!

Two Payments taken one in error rang and told them Lied to me that only one payment was going through from two pending transactions also My card was used fraudulently just after in the Philipines have reported this to my Bank and also to Studio cards hope there is no connection

just studio.pushing g out threats from yet another finance company pestering me l owe studio money.um..lm not in hardship if they cared to look at everyone of my statements they would see l always paid before the date.if your drivers most do not speak English ...leave parcels OR so the driver states outside customers front door over the.Christmas period.it.is NOT the blame of customer.especially when they give.proof.also descriptions are deceiving.EXAMPLE...one page coats all state same price it gold color.reading your script.it clearly states.Red coat is the cheapest.but studio even with sent proof refused the cheaper price.l do think that l have been conned in everyway with studio.SO as you have thousands Of unhappy customers all stating studio is a rip off WATCHDOG best place to contact.let all the unhappy customers put their experience forward to w.dog.AND To put a STOP to the threats not everyone is dishonest.

Tried to order something and is said I don't qualify for an account. My credit rating is 100% and other than a mortgage I have no debts at all. Maybe that's the problem, they only want to take on people that can't pay so they can charge them more. I didn't even want an account I selected the pay straight away option .

THE COMPANY ARE VERY TARDY WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDING THE MONEY FOR RETURNED GOODS. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR A DAMAGED CHRISTMAS TREE, RETURNED MORE THAN 4 WEEKS AGO. HOW MUCH WOULD THEY ADD IF I OWED THEM A PAYMENT FOR OVER 4 WEEKS?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Bought a hot tub and unfortunately it stopped heating up Asked to send back which i prompltly repackaged and did and asked for either a replacement or a refund That conversation took 25 mins Rang back to ask if they had recieved it 10 days later and they said they had but couldnt process anything yet as had to wait 14 day. That conversation took 20 mins Rang again today to be told at first they hadnt recieved it / then they had recieved it but couldnt process it yet 16 days after sending it back A superviser would ring me back That conversation took 22 mins no superviser rang back so rang again (18 mins this time) and then they cut me off Spoke to another and after 15 mins put me through to superviser Ingrid who said they had to send a letter to me What a joke Ive been pleasant ,fair and not aggresive and stated my point every time but they are hamstrung by a stupid outdated system with no concern for customer care

Customer service is a joke. Phoned to complain about their delivery company, Hermes. The person I spoke to couldn't have cared less. Do I want the parcel or not?

had an item in my basket,but couldnt proceed to order as i had to join, site wouldn't open when tried to register so had to call (13p a min), representative sounded like the voice you'd hear from a incoming scam call. explained the situation, they offered eventually to take the order online, wasn't happy to do it that way, ( never explained way it wouldnt ope)n so rep said 'hold on' at that point i thot at 13p per min ....''forget it''

Everything went wrong with this company. A shambles. Have been waiting 5 weeks for them to refund my money to me and get passed from pillar to post. Still no refund. Disgusting service.

I placed an order online on 15th October. On 2nd November I contacted Studio through the website as I had not recived my order. Today 7th November I have been on the phone for ages, still on hold. They are refusing to refund me I have to wait for a letter through the post for them to investigate or they will resend my items but they will take at least 10 days to arrive. I have spent 30 minutes on the phone and they will not refund my money! SCAM!! Stay well clear

I have ordered a dining tablet set a few months ago which was cheap £60 but it was so bad, writhin the same was wobbly, was hard to fit together, Whithin a month the chairs broke one by one and the table is really wobbly, I haven’t even finish paying instalments which is rnoying because it was worth nothing! Rubbish won’t be getting anything from there again unless it’s something small

I ordered a dining table set that arrived with missing parts, after a 45 minute phone call to studio, which isn’t cheap, I was told to parcel up all the boxes and as a goodwill gesture it would be collected “free of charge” I should think so too. I then reordered the same dining set which cost another £20 for delivery, to find when it arrived the same parts as previous package were missing plus “All” screws. After 75 minutes on the phone, this time being offered a £10 discount if I kept it, I politely said NO. So I again had to pack it all up for collection. I have been using studio for many years now, but after this ordeal I won’t be using them again. You have lost a good customer studio 👎

Item ordered on the 19th and STILL have not received it! Have to wait until the 2nd of November to claim lost item. I have emailed customer service THREE times and have not received a reply! I am now being told my payment is overdue......payment for an item i have not received! This had better not effect my credit ratings! Shoddy company with even worse customer service AND they use Hermes....enough said. Do not deserve 1 Star but had no choice!

I ordered 3 items over a month ago. I didn’t receive any of them, and was told I had to wait 15 days until my parcel could be declared as lost. Then I was told I can’t have a refund until I sign a form in, which I still haven’t received. Over £130 spent. They took two days to reply to each of my emails, which went on for three weeks. I was then told not to contact them until I have the form, and that I won’t get a refund yet. Then was told if I want the items I should pay again for them, before having a refund for the one’s I never received. Awful!
