I ordered a gift on 4th December that 3 times I have had to ring and hold on ages to speak to call centre abroad who are difficult to understand. Each time they assured me the item would be delivered but it NEVER arrived was a personalised gift and important finally on 20th dec I rang again to be told same thing although I told him.Hermes tracking shows delivery was halted on 9th December Hermes infamous for non delivery. I insisted on a refund of item on my account he said i will do that now ,day later no refund showing on account. I dread calling them again as they non uk call centre used to get a lot from studio doubt that will be the case in future. Now at last minute I have to go get another gift.Poor service from Studio.

Bought a lot of items at once , when arriving the clothing was very badly miss sized bottom of pyjamas 3 size bigger than the tops , I ordered 3 pairs of boots one for myself I am a 7 and the size 5s where far to big for me . So I returned the items (in 2 different packages) as this is how they arrived to me , I have received most of the money back exception of £15 witch I have called servral times to be told I need to wait longer and it should be in the bank by the end of the week and this is normal I have returned the item over 4 weeks ago and I am still fighting to get my refund , so even if the clothing or items where ok quality witch they are not it would have not been worth it . Never Agen

Ordered item 10 days ago (in stock) with up to 10 days delivery time. On day 10 checked with Customer Services and item still not dispatched from warehouse. Reassured it would be sent (my response…..when....in January?) But couldn't be given an answer. Customer Services (who are not in UK) can't seem to contact warehouse nor complaints dept as they don't have any numbers for them!! Never heard anything so ridiculous from a retailer that Customer Services are unable to contact another department in their own company. All they can see is the automated system and can't come off script - how is this helpful customer service? Couldn't get me a manager to speak to as "apparently" on a long call (not surprising!). Told that they only have number for generic supplier in the UK (which they meant courier) and couldn't tell me who that it or where they would be picking the item up from. Basically seems like Studio are advertising/selling items they don't have then sourcing from suppliers to send to customers. Item was for an Xmas present which looks unlikely to arrive in time - very disappointing

I ordered a gift on the 14th December, a lion unit block it read on the internet that they had enough in. I had a letter today saying that the item was out of stock . This is terrible information giving before Christmas. Will not be buying from studio again

I ordered 5 personalised gifts for xmas and only 1 has been delivered. Online Acc order status for the 4 items has gone from 'processing' to 'delivery in the new year'. I rang this morning and got a person who was no use as trying to decipher a fast strange mumble when you are upset is very frustrating . I eventually worked out he said all the items were out of stock (wasnt when I ordered 7 days ago) si I said please cancel the order. He said he cant a refund was processed on 17th Dec. So.I said... I've had no notification of that but when I go online will the order say cancelled and refund processed he said yes. (A complete lie) as ithe order still isn't cancelled, no refund and still saying delivery in the New year!!! I will have to spend another 40 mins on the phone trying to see if it is refunded tomorrow as it's not back on my CC yet? Thought this company were studio cards... obviously not as they used to be good.

Disgusting customer service. Items never arrived got told I had to wait 30 days for a refund!!!!!!!! They are rude. Refuse to let you speak to manager.

We have ordered two card trees for delivery to a standard address at an established company on an industrial estate. Apparently their delivery driver (from Hermes) couldn't find us. I doubt if he looked. the road is labelled, the company is signposted and reception is manned. We tried to contact Hermes but there are no humans to be contacted. We tried to contact Studio who are not contactable. I won't be buying from them again, as they cannot answer a query and use rubbish delivery agents. It explains totally why their goods are cheap to buy.

PLEASE DO NOT USE STUDIO. I ordered a 2 in 1 tablet for my child's Christmas on the 28th of November. I was told GUARANTEED delivery for Christmas. I paid 80 in full when I ordered. I called them yesterday to ask when it will be here and was told the 28th of Dec. I told them this was my child's main gift from santa. The woman I spoke to said if I cancelled this and ordered the same model in black it would arrive in time.i reluctantly agreed she then told me I would need to pay a further 60 pound as my first refund would not go through straight away. I thought maybe 3 to 5 days for my refund. After taking my new order I logged on to my account to see she had ordered me a completely different tablet. 4 phone calls later and 140 pound of my money in THEIR account I'm told even though its their mistake I can't have my money back and need to wait on the 2nd tablet to be delivered then sent back to get my refund. I am a single parent and have no main gift from santa to give to my child. I am heart-broken. Please Do Not use Studio.

If could leave no review I would. Waited over a month for a parcle that I still havent recieved and been lied to several times about the refund! Will never order from here again!

Awful! Ordered a TV which never arrived they are refusing a refund until they have done their investigation taking 30 days- appauling customer service! Do not buy from this company

They take your money but don't deliver. Stuff is out of stock though on their website it says it's available. They don't email you to update on non availability of items. Waited on the phone more than 45 mins to speak to a manager.

Never have anything in stock! Items takes ages to arrive plus at some instances they are more than double priced! Avoid them at all costs. I tried them and left very disappointed.

Complete joke!! Orderd beg Nov item was in stock but to recieve am email 2 weeks later after I messaged them saying awaiting stock and I should have it in 10 days no parcel I then received a track number never worked hermes never sent it and now I have no money no parcel they are a bunch on con artists don't order I want my money back!!!!

item was out of stock which is fine but the only reason I found out was when I saw a refund on my account - no communication whatsoever. I paid for delivery and whilst the cost of the item has been refunded the delivery costs haven't. and there seems to be no way to contact them - phone line cut me off and email not working. complete waste of time

Phoned this morning after 10 minutes to get through(email down) then told item might arrive after christmas this item was ordered on the 21 november i should have had it by now i ordered another one straight a way it still said in stock and would be here before christmas cannot trust that. Guy on the phone said he might not be able to cancel then!!! Why??? Neither has been sent it was amazing how little the customer services can do i have told them i will refuse to accept them my account will be cancelled very very poor service. I am totally disgusted with them

What an utter utter bunch of con artists! Ordered an item that was half the price of other stores (should have know it would be too good to be true) on 28th November saying in stock, They take the money straight away unlike other companies who take once it is dispatched. Had an email 3 days later to say the item is out of stock and therefore delayed, I checked the website within 5 minutes of this email arriving and the item is still saying in stock!!! I rang and they said I would receive the item by 12th December, but it didn't arrive, rand them yesterday to cancel the order which they said they would request a cancellation!!! Checked low and behold order still pending and awaiting dispatch. This company is conning customers into paying items they don't even have in stock, their whole business model seems to consist of getting the money upfront and then probably buying the item from somewhere else then forwarding onto the customer, despicable.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they allow you to order items not saying they are not even in stock, wait 3 days to tell you that it's not in stock you wont be getting it, but are good enough to take your money straight away for the order, and you dont get a refund for 3 days for the item they couldnt send you.. then one parcel turns up and it wasnt even what I ordered, and they are replacing it with what I did order, I would have to put in another order which would be another £5.99 delivery, out of 10 items I've yet to recieve the 3 which has apparently went through, first order from this place and it will certainly be the last, appalling company run by people that haven't a clue, I'll stick to main big brands, and online shopping from amazon and ebay... this close to christmas to!!!!!
