i have emailed all directors this email no response ... Dear Sir / Madam, I placed this order 11 days ago, my first ever order from studio and it was dispatched last Friday. I tracked my parcel on the my Hermes website and the parcel went into delayed status on Sunday. I did not chase it up until today but i have been informed that the parcel has been lost. I have requested a full refund only to be told i would have to wait upto 30 days whilst you raise a lost parcel query with my Hermes. Firstly my Hermes have confirmed that the parcel is lost so why do I have to wait whilst you recover your losses. Secondly the parcel contains christmas gifts for my children and as such to wait 30 days means i cannot replace such items from another retailer. I was given the option to re-order the parcel but i would have to pay again, when my funds are stretched at this time of year ? I understand that parcels from time to time will be lost for whatever reason however I am a firm believer in how a organisation resolves such issues and quite frankly the way your representatives have offered to resolve this particular issue does not deliver great service if anything it demonstrates a clear lack of respect and understanding of your customers. I ask you to review this complaint with the respect it deserves as i have handed over my well earned money in good faith to purchase goods from your organisation, not really a great first time customer experience which ditracts me from possibly using your organisation in future. I await your reply in anticipation.

Bought my child’s MAIN christmas present from here and it says it has been dispatched on the 4th and will be here on the 10th and still i have no sign of the parcel!!!! and Hermes says they haven’t received it!!!🤬

Able to order item as required size is available. They take money & then say on delivery note that they’ve been unable to send as out of stock. I paid £4.99 p&p for the other item which only cost £2.99. So annoyed because I would never pay £4.99 for a £2.99 item. Studio seem to think refunding p&p is good enough. It isn’t. Disgusted with their attitude & something should be done about companies who take the money before checking if they can honour the sale. I will not be buying from Studio again.

You place an order online and don’t get told there is items out of stock until you read your invoice! I wouldn’t of paid the £5 delivery for 1 item!! Shocking company I’ll stick with the top firms who can do it properly

NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM STUDIO AGAIN!!! ordered my little boys laptop paid up front not even a confirmation through, rang to check this to be told 7 days before xmas its out of stock and i have to waiit 7 days to get my money back!! NICE ONE STUDIO

Never using Studio again. Placed an order on the 24th of November was told would be delivered by the 3rd of December or before. Still no sign of my order. Rang them on the 4th to check on order was told it would be guaranteed for the 7th. Guess what? still no sign by the 8th. Rang again today and asked to cancel as it shows its bit even been dispatched. Was told I have to wait to receive it and send it back for a refund!! How can I receive it if it's lost? How can I send back something that I haven't got? They can't even tell me where it is!! Absolutely shocking service and I am never using Studio again. Completely ripped me off as they're going to expect me to pay for something I have never received!! Stay away.

Studio have made my life hell trying to get a refund for the egl cordless hoover this is the second 1 I've returned!!! Was picked up by hermes and I've got the card to prove it but there now saying they haven't received it!! So after endless phone calls and emails it's still not sorted! There quick enough at taking your money out but not so with refund! And every time I phone I'm on telling the same story over and over again! I've spoke to managers and all they do is nothing so angry as my husband needs 24 hours care and it's affecting my health!!!

I haven't got the time or energy for studio anymore! Like other customers r saying I've lost count of phone calls and emails I've done still not sorted! Please don't use this company as there quick enough at taking your money but not so on giving your refund!!!! Hermes picked up a second cordless hoover that wasn't working and now there telling me they haven't received it so there's an investigation going on so I'm the 1 who is out of pocket for something that hermes or studio did wrong I even have the card of the driver who picked it up!! This has been going on for weeks and I would never touch anything from them again!!!!!!!!!!

The most shocking company I have ever dealt with. Placed my order and money taken out of my account immediately. 3 days later received an e mail to say product dispatched. Told delivery would be on or before 6th Dec. Tried to track the parcel for it yo say courier is awaiting the parcel. I contacted the abysmal customer service. They were so rude and just kept repeating for me to be patient and give it longer to arrive. When I asked when that would be they had no answer except to say be realistic its Christmas time so things take longer. I tried to explain that if they hadn't given me a delivery date I wouldn't have expected the parcel to come then. I asked t speak to a manager but apparently the management team do not take calls. I will never shop here again and I will tell anyone and everyone one to avoid this shambles of a company. Quick enough to take your money for goods your never going to receive

What an utter rubbish company. I've Just received a pair of adidas trainers which were bought as a present, however when I opened the outer packaging the box was all ripped. 20 mins on the phone to what they would call customer service, that's a joke as they didn't even resolve my complaint, they said I can buy another pair, return the originals and get my money back. I even asked if they could just send me a new box, that was to much hard work. First and last time I'll shop at this place.

Ordered 23rd November, no dispatch. Complained and got a dispatch email 30th November. Checked tracking 4th December, hermes has not received my parcel. Called up and complained and told to wait 14 days. What's the point of the dispatch email then? Clearly not going to come, customer service unhelpful and offer no resolution. 1st and last time using this shocking service. Will be requesting a refund

Ordered Christmas decorations in 25 November, with promise if delivery in 3 December or before. Still no sign of goods, and tracking says delivery company still waiting to receive them. Have emailed, no response! Have called, no help due to the fact the person couldn't understand me and kept telling me to be patient!! What do I do, order another tree then left with two when this might turn up sometime before Christmas! Quick enough to take my money!!!

Never again ordered 4 items for christmas on the 4th Dec paid the money as i understood the delivery would be 3to 7 working days . Went to track the delivery to see that 2 of the items were now out of stock even though i odered them over the phone and paid for them! and and the other one would be up to 21 days.I spoke to someone on rhe phone who i had a job to understand and said i dont understand why they took the money for out of stock items and said that the reindeers that i had ordered would be no good fo christmas in 21 days!. I asked several times to speak to a manager but just kept being told to hold absolute joke . I feel very let down that i was not told this when i placed my order wont be shopping with them again!!!!!

Aoid like the plague. This company is shockingly bad. If you like losing your money for months use them but i will never use again. Inferior customer service, staff are well trained and lie. ,

Paid for a microwave - delivered faulty. The stop/clear button wasn't working and could not be switched off unless the door was opened. Arranged for a return and requested delivery of another one to be told I had to pay for the second one too. Waited, waited, waited. Three days after the arranged collection date, Hermes come to collect. The bar code on the returns label would not scan. Was informed that the driver would have to come back the next day with another Hermes barcode. As I was not prepared to let it go without a receipt, which was offered. After 8 days the new one finally arrived. Again faulty, only this time the motor in the back of the microwave was making a very loud banging noise. Very frightening as I thought it could cause harm it was so alarming. Rang back to be advised it will be up to 5 days to collect. Upon enquiring about my first microwave return refund, I was advised that they hadn't yet received it and need to wait 14 days!!!!! I am now owed refunds for both microwaves and out of pocket to buy another one, and still have no microwave after two weeks 🙁 Seams to me the faults were so serious that they should not be selling them.

Ordered an item on the 23 of November did receive the item phoned them to be told the item wasn't even in stock and that it would be back in stock on the 2nd and to give it 3 to 5 days so after the 2nd tried to track the item and was still saying they hadn't received it so i phoned them back to be told again that it still wasn't in stock and that it would be in stock on the 16th but to give it until the 21st which i explained is to close to Christmas as if i didn't receive it buy the time i had received a refund it would be to late to replace the item so i asked if they had the same item but in a different colour in stock so they checked and said yes a black one so i asked if they would just send me the black one instead as i wasn't really fussed over the colour the gentleman whom spoke very poor English then proceeded to tell me yes i could have the black one but would have to pay again but this time instead of paying the £79.99 i originally payed they wanted me to make another payment but this time of £99.99 because the item had gone back to its original price so when i explained that i jad already payed of the item but haven't received it so why do i have to pay again for a replacement item of the same product just in a different colour the guy couldn't answer me i asked to speak to a manager which wasn't available and he just kept demanding another payment which resulted in me requesting a refund absolute appalling customer service and i will not shop with studio again

Rip off they're ripping off when I tried to cancel an order.... Due to the goods being delayed for weeks they told me. Now they're saying I've got to send it back.... When I get it delivers I don't want it delivered. Its too late. They need to contact the courier and take it back. They've took my money and ripped me off

Placed an order to be delivered to work as Hermes in my area are beyond useless and items never arrive, (yet they use a fake signature to say they have), however Studios computer system defaulted my delivery to home, called within a minute explaining to be told nothing could be changed, total BS. The call handler was very patronising and very unhelpful, so after years of being a customer, I will never use them again.

Placed an order and chased it not going to be delivered to mid Dec when expected much sooner. Rang and unfortunately not fully understanding me. Happy to take money but not deliver on time. Will avoid in future
