I placed an order which included xmas presents and was told they would be here for xmas. The money was promptly taken from my account, 16/12/19, BUT they did not send my order. When I saw there were no orders pending on my account I asked for a refund and as at this date, 7/1/20, I have not received my requested refund. Shocking treatment of customers, don't use them.

Still waiting for a refund after being told last week they've put a note on my account to hurry things up. Called today and they've said the same thing. I now can't buy an alternative product until this refund comes through. First and last time I'll be using studio.

I ordered a toy shop as a Christmas present for my children. According to the tracking, it was apparently delivered by Hermes on 16th December to me at my address but NOT my signature. No calling card and I checked with neighbours - no parcel. I called Studio to report this and was told Hermes would call me within 24 hours. I explained that as this was a Christmas present and I have no faith in Hermes I wanted a refund. No call from Hermes, and no refund. I chased on 23rd December, still with no contact from anyone and no parcel, and explained that I needed my money back to buy a different Christmas present. I was promised a same day refund. I didn't get it, and still have nothing now (2nd January). I have had no explanation, no apology, no contact from Hermes or Studio. My children got no main Christmas present due to Studio's appalling service and broken promise of a refund (they had agreed not to wait their standard 30 days as I explained that I need to buy something else in the absence of the original gift). Very disappointed and I will never use Studio again. I don't appreciate being lied to and they should have done what they said and given me my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, Ordered a mobile phone on the 9th Dec. told it would take 7-10 to arrive, Great in time for Xmas, By the 19th nothing had to chase it up took them 3 days to reply, saying it would not be dispatched until 23rd & will take 5 days to get to me. Told them to cancel the order & refund me the £500 I had already paid off the phone as needed it to purchase 1 else where, told it would take 14 days to refund. Complained & was then told 5 days to refund. After numerous calls & being told there,s delay on refunds & that I had not cancelled the phone I received a letter saying the phone is being dispatched on the 6th January. After more phone calls to Studio & fed more bull I eventually received my refund .. 23 DAYS OF HELL NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER OFF STUDIO..

Ordered a fire in early November, three weeks later received a text to say my order had been delivered, checked with my wife who was at home and nothing had been delivered, rang studio to say I haven’t received my fire they said they would open an investigation that would take 30 days in the mean time if I wanted my fire I would have to pay for another. Over a period of three weeks both fires have come, one is badly damaged, I am so disappointed I wanted to send both back, five separate occasions they’d said they would pick them up, every time they have let me down, I am still waiting for then to be picked up

Terrible Customer service. Microwave broke 5 weeks after purchase. Rang studio on 19th December, told courier would pick up, no courier turned up. Rang again 20th, told courier would pick up, no courier turned up. This went on until 30th December when I called and had a right go. Now told they will credit the account and no need to return item... Fingers crossed I get a refund, watch this space!

New developments..probably after a… New developments..probably after a honest bad review,and two weeks waiting for my order or my money they answer with a email asking to confirm a few points that it doesn't seem legal at all that I didn't received the order and that way pay cash that was the reason they took the money. Well...Reply to this "Santa Claus"when a order its pay by card you only take the money when the order its dispatch,as you can see (8008479315096233 )Hermes the sender it's still waiting for the order to be received so it means was never sender. So why they are asking me to confirm something that they already know. It's disgusting...this should be a present. I read some reviews that people were waiting for orders for Christmas that were never received on time or still waiting. Probably they are not ashame of themselves because the Santa Claus was busy with the money from this people. I advice people to report this situations.Its simple if they don't have a order they shouldn't sell it to the customers to make sure the customers can spend there money elsewhere and avoid this situations

I purchased from this company once before about a year ago, ordering underwear which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. It was awful - totally the wrong shape and as thin as paper so I was stuck with it. I didn't learn my lesson that time and decided last week to order briefs that looked identical to Sloggi but at a fraction of the price, and a gents sweater. The sweater is awful - it's made of polyester yet it looks knitted on the website. There is no stretch to it and it would hardly fit a doll, yet it's sized at 3XL. The briefs are again the weirdest shape imaginable, and they were dirty at the waistband on the one pair I took out and looked at. They charge £4.99 for delivery and you have to pay to return even if the items are poor quality or faulty, so by the time I return the stuff I would just about break even - hardly worth it. Their stuff is very poor quality so lesson definately learned this time. Don't waste your time with this lot.

I order a robe online that was available online when,after a week of waiting for the order I decided to email them to see whats was going on. They told the item was out of stock and than I received a email with a link to the sender that not even dispatch.what a scam???? They take my money from my account when they knew the item was not available or even dispatch. They selling items to custumers lying saying that is on stock and taking money from the custumers account, selling "air".Waiting for 15 days for a aswer to have my money back, no answer

The Christmas at the ski resort jigsaw. This had 3 pieces missing in the main 1000 piece part. Disappointing. Not to mention the jigsaw holder you can make the jigsaw on!!! The material is all rucked up it’s hard to do any jigsaw on!

I ORDER A ROBE 16 DAYS A AGO.FROM THIS SITE.At the time when i order avaible online and I wait and I wait...nothing was received.After no no notification from them I decided t email to have some kind of knowledge, after all...we are custumers and we are paying for the items they sell. Well...I received a answer saying that the robe was out of stock. And the best thing they send me a another saying that the item was dispach.Conclusion was not dispach at this this time...so...another lie,another diversion...So...the item its not even dispatch and they sell me something that was not avaible online and lying to the custumers saying that is on stock and taking money from the custumers.What a way on living???Santa Claus is in the house??? I recently purchased a peppa pig kitchen for granddaughter. On completion of puting it together I noticed there was no panel on the back to finish it off. The toy looked very cheap. I emailed studio who eventually replied saying they could send out a replacement (this was 22 Dec). A further email said the part was not available. Very dissapointed. I was refunded £9.99. Will not shop with studio again.

Very under happy with service from studio went to make a box for Christmas To find not all pieces were not there called to find out they have no more in stock I then asked for a refund which they said when we return the goods they would refund in 14 days I am away at family get together for two weeks so tomorrow morning was the only I was available for the to collect they would promise anything what a bunch of cons I would advise no one use. The company

After been disappointed last year not getting an email to say they didn't have what I ordered and only sending the body lotion I had only ordered to get free delivery put it down to bad luck but this year I seen a nice bag I liked ordered it and yet again they don't have it after accepting order and yet again no email to let me know good job it was just for me and I wasn't relying on it for Xmas won't be ordering again as they never have the bargains that hook you in and don't even bother to let you know

I ordered an item 15 days before Christmas, received my order confirmation email, but item never arrived. Called them a week later to be told they had cancelled the order, out of stock!! I had no email to tell me, and it was too late to order the item anywhere else in time for Christmas. This company clearly has poor star rating for a reason; and I would advise you don't use them!!

Item was broken and faulty was gift by my mum, couldn't email as was down was charged phoning to find out not much can be down unless my mum contacts them who as very hard hearing. £40 item that's no good to be charged on phone too ringing disgusting not happy

Would be Zero if I could. Purchased daughter main birthday present from here. Received item with wrong parts so u able to use, 8 wks later still have said item 16 times told courier arranged to pick up. 9th week I’m told to just dispose of item as I see fit & because of problems they will not be sending a replacement & crediting my card back. If I want another I will have to purchase again at the higher price it’s now increased to bu an extra £40.

Almost a mont after I ordered I chased them up and it turns out the items were damaged so I will get a refund which will take 30 days. I had to call them 3 times before they could tell me anything. Terrible company

I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to if you want to write a review! Absolute joke of a company! Ordered something to come in time for Christmas, recieved it today and they have sent me the wrong item! I phoned them and they will not resolve my issue! Told me if I re order I will get it in time for new year, i said that's why i ordered when i did so that i would get it before Christmas. They would not do anything to resolve this, kept expecting me to re order from them which I told them I wont be using them I'd rather buy it from a reliable company where I know I'm actually going to receive the right item!! But they were so unhelpful, and clearly lacked any common sense! Asked if I could complain and they said I have to email or write a letter! Worse company I have ever dealt with! If your after a specific item then I wouldnt use this company because they dont know their head from their ass. Their packers are incompetent and the people on customer care are just awful.
