Ordered a laptop and had to put £100 pounds towards it as well as my account balance I received an email advising me the laptop was out of stock after they had taken the money of course! I tried a number of times to speak to customer service for a refund as they decided to credit my account instead! But no one in that department seems to know what they’re doing either! Still out of pocket and not had any response awful service will never use them again

Ordered an Animal Crossing Nintendo switch that said it had just come back in stock only to receive an email later that day saying it was out of stock because of a mistake. Contacted them and they said id get a refund. 3 days later nothing and their customer service isnt responding.

The company studio 24 had the limited edition animal crossing consoles so I brought on. However the next day i received an email just stating there is none of these in stock. So now I have no console and not had my money back. Will never be shopping there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Put my interest rates up to nearly 60% saying I have been classed as a higher risk. Been with them a couple of years always pay more than minimum and never missed a payment. It sucks they are just being greedy

I ordered a lamp but unfortunately it arrived damaged. However after arranging its return with customer services, I purchased a replacement, on the assurance that the damaged one would be picked by their courier and I would be fully reimbursed. So I purchased a replacement on this understanding. I received the second lamp and confirm this was fine. However there has now been an ongoing saga for over three weeks with the collection of the damaged lamp. I have waited at home on three different occasions as arranged with customer service , who assured me the third time that studio were tracking the courier service to ensure it would be picked up. When that didn't happen, I rang to find what had happened and was basically fobbed off, being told once again it will probably be tomorrow ! but surprise, surprise, that didn't happen. So to date I have totally wasted my time waiting for a courier to arrive, not to mention the inconvenience of having to call studio over six times to sort this out. The final insult was today after requesting to raise a formal complaint, I was sent some routine spiel saying they will arrange to pick the parcel up in the next 2 days ! I honestly couldn't believe it and thought someone must be joking ! The problem is I wont be reimbursed until the item is returned and given I have already paid £30 for a replacement they are sitting with my money. So my intention now is to get onto my bank and dispute payment. I did suggest studio send me a pre paid return slip , oh how much easier that would be for their customers but of course it appears their customers aren't that important, so they couldn't oblige. One extremely upset and frustrated customer!

Avoid this company. It’s a scammer based in Philippines. The company pretends to have stock of a very popular switch game and then charged you the game plus £4.99 delivery fee. Then they inform you it’s not in stock due to an IT glitch. Here is their worst and most malicious part : they refund you the game and not the delivery fee! They will never let you know that they’ve kept your delivery fee and never return it to you. Called their customer service and was told the company was based in Philippines. Not a genuine UK company. They are scammers. Be really careful

2 separate orders never arrived First one was acknowledged and balanced cleared in due time. Second one I had to chase them for updates on the order/investigation a few times. Eventually someone acknowledged it and after an investigation said that my account details would be rectified, a few days after I get an email saying that they would start an investigation. Upon signing into my experian account i was made aware that my account has been defaulted having a significant negative impact on my credit score. I had not received any communication stating that this would be done. Regret accidentally making first order (was just browsing), stick to very they're prompt and competent, always update tracking info and great customer service. Never had to leave a negative feedback before, this will be the first, extremely dissatisfied and will be warning people to stay clear!!!

Ordered an item not arrived still awaiting dispatch for 3 days now ridiculous to be honest miss leading customers saying allow ten days for delivery been more than 10 days still waiting

Following on from a previous bad review of Studio. They finally send me a message saying that the opt-out plan has been closed and as per request and my account is closed. I decided to investigate and try to log into my account online, guess what, yes I can still log in therefore my account is not closed. Oh, and of course the opt-out plan that I wanted removing ages ago is still there. Don't trust this company .

My account was hacked and got a letter from them to start a new account well I've been online all afternoon with their customer care team trying to set it up absolutely useless I tell you. It was their fault and I'm the one jumping through hoops to help them. Most unprofessional.Soon as this gets sorted I'm closing my account

DONT EVER USE this company is a joke, have been with them for 15years and they have always been great but I've never returned anything before, on the 3rd Jan 20 returned two parcels and to this day I'm still waiting on my refund. I've spoke to two managers all saying they will get me the refund but it will take 7-14 days uhhhhhhh please I've heard that a thousand times. Phoned them again today and they said my refund was issued on the 22nd but they dont know how much for. Sorry WHAT it's so crazy after I get my refund I will e shutting down my account with them.

I have some nice items from studio but reason for only 2 star review is there communication is dreadful, when you email them you get an automated response saying they would be in contact normally within 24 hours, however there responded are usually really poor and they seem incapable of actually answering a direct question. Also when returning an item I had to wait 7 weeks to be refunded. I see from below I'm not alone. They seem to have an awful lot of returned packages go missing???

Just wish I had looked on here first. I usually do. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a slow cooker which came and the lid didn't fit. It was obviously a defective batch not a one off. Sent it back in November. They say the have refunded me but they haven't. My bank says they haven't. If you try and complain they just send you in an eternal loop of 'we've sent your email to the relevant department' who come back and say they paid it on 7/1/20. So you say no you haven't and the process starts again. I have now registered a disputed payment with the bank who will get it back for me as I have proof that I am due a refund and proof that they haven't.

Rubbish! I bought a duvet set from Studio. When I opened the parcel, I realised the duvet had been used and had scribble on the inside of the cover. I was really surprised that they could sell an item like this.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with regards their customer service.after numerous phone calls and promises of a pick up of an item the situation is still not resolved . This has been ongoing since 28th November. I have now gone to the ombudsman and do not want anything more to do with this company. They promised to return phone calls etc and you never hear from them again , I’ve chased and chased this company and called all to my expense so will definitely never buy anything from them again or recommend them . Let’s see what ombudsman have to say about them

I returned parcels straight back when they arrived with same courier in Nov. Studio said they hadn't received them so can't refund yet and should wait a bit longer . This eventually got sorted on 18th Jan with an email saying that a refund was being processed. Waited 3 days , no refund ,was informed 5 days , waited week and a half ,was informed 2 wks , left it 3 wks then called as no refund !! Have been fobbed off after dozens of calls . Are they folding and that's why nobody is getting there money back . They owe me 217.00 . Am taking legal action as something not right here .
