So Today I’ve still not received my refund of £5 postage and my 20% = £11.99 from the item I’ve purchased back in November. This refund was due today as a little compensations for not receiving my item on time, but still nothing! So I’ve now spent numerous times calling you, So not only have you failed to dispatch the item when said…..3x time, last date given now is 27th. That disappointing when it’s my little girls main gift! But I will now have a very upset little 4 year old girl on Xmas day due to not having her main present. How do I explain to my little girl that’s asked for a play shop that she can’t now have?! When you guys said it was being dispatched on 27th, I have not been able to find anything the same to replace it. Everywhere else is out of stock. I ordered in November. If there was issues with stock then this should be made clear which it never was at the time of the order. This is absolutely disgusting, and your customer service is appalling. Having one of your call handlers huff at me down the found when I’m complaining and also ignoring me whilst I could hear her typing. Not at all sorry or anything. Don’t be in custome e are if your going to be rude to your customers!!! You have low lied to me numerous times now. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’m a single mother. I Earn very little money. So I’ve tried to get what I can, as much as I can with what I’ve got and you’ve taken me for a fool, you’ve taken my money, actually stole my money as I have not received my item. This is disgusting studio. I will never be ordering from yourselves again. NEVER!! And I will be warning people from ordering form you too!!!!!!!

I ordered a item, paid in full then for the next 2 month i chased studio for the item , lots of calls and emails which they never returned . I then cancelled the order made a formal complaint . they never came back to me instead they sent the order out damaged . I am still trying to get them to answer . the worse customer service i have ever had .

Sent the wrong item twice and ruined our daughters Christmas. Avoid at all costs. We have now paid twice for an item we didn't want, 2 days to Christmas and no present for daughter.

Paying for an item that I have never recieved and have asked them numerous times to remove it from my account. Their customer service is none existant. Multiple emails. I've one email back asking for the same details I provided then nothing else. Great if you get stuff or have no broken stuff then you don't have to sort anything but if something goes wrong you might as well just burn the money.

If you ordering anything do it 3 months in advance still waiting for an item ordered and paid for on the 14th ...ridiculous

Have been waiting so long for my item. And when you call they tell you it will be here before Xmas. Then two emails tell you different things. i won’t be using this company again

Provided a Hermes tracking number after 7 days, which was never collected. Then after 11 days admitted it was never in stock. What a waste of my time.

Terrible telephone manner to start with was on phone too for over 30 mins they just hung up when asked to speak to manager was told item was in stock when ordered rang severall times over 2 weeks told me had been dispatched phoned today to be told order has been cancelled has not in stock was ordered 5th november days before Christmas not good so someone was lieing still waiting to speak to manager

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a wooden kitchen for my 2 year old sons Christmas present and it’s still awaiting dispatch. They have replied to emails 1st email response was that it will be dispatched on the 17th Dec and I would definitely receive by Christmas this is after being ordered on the 17th Nov, checked delivery status and again still said awaiting dispatch!!! When I sent the 2nd email the response was that I wouldn’t receive the kitchen because they have no stock. Absolutely appalling service

Only 1 star as not allowed to give zero. Parcel dispatched but lost on 4th December. Hermes acknowledged that it has been lost but Studio now need a further 30 days to investigate! Oh and I will receive a response to my complaint within 80 days. Call centre staff are like speaking to a robots. Avoid avoid avoid!

Rubbish company who spoil Christmas by not delivering when they say they will, and who then waste lots of your time blaming everyone else (including you) for their short-comings. Be warned to stay away from these people.

Ordered a keyboard in November as a Xmas present for someone every week they have told me it's coming now I've been told 27th December Well done Grinch for ruining someone's Xmas. Just avoid them costs for deliveries AND returns they are so tight and rarely give discount

Ordered items begging of November still not arrived, im not sure if its studio or the shoddy delivery company hermes that they use but takes 30 days for a refund but happy to add interest on while it's out ur account for the 30 days

Bought in November, I purchased an item that said IN STOCK. 28 days later and i still don't have it, they'll also refusing to refund as its personalised. These people are thieves. I will never shop here again. I think there's other things going on behind the scenes, They are SO desperate to con people out of money and hold on to it, I wonder if they're struggling against going bust. They have no stock of anything but advertise that they do, then refuse all refunds. its a gamble i wouldn't take again .As soon as my item is cancelled/delivered i'm deleting my account and will never return. absolutely shocking service, clueless staff who aren't based in the uk will just constantly resend a template of 14 working days when really they have no clue. I'm rarely this annoyed about customer service but when its children's toys and christmas i think its absolutely despicable.

Kids toy for last Xmas. Parts missing keep getting fobbed off. Their phone number is hidden. I phoned several times each time they want to know more of my information. They have the details on their system, I have the receipt on my desk with the order number date etc. Far East call centre, polite difficult to understand and get fobbed off. Want to know date of birth etc before even talking I am very dubious about giving private info to a voice on the phone especially when it is irrelevant. Why do they want my birthdate? I wrote, signed for, complaint. No reply. A year later and still the item is unusable. It seems the UK office is just a letter box convenience one. STEER CLEAR OF THEM.

Their online stock numbers are inaccurate, their customer service is poor, when you finally get through to speaking to someone the line is always terrible. They don’t keep you updated with any information regarding orders and you have to constantly try and chase them for any information. It’s like getting blood from a stone with their agents.
