No order confirmation, no delivery, poor customer service. But of course, they take the payment immediately and don't refund it. Avoid this company at all cost. Calling customer service is expensive with a surcharge. When messaging them on social media the responses are slow and inconsistent.

I bought a coat, the sizing was smaller than expected despite the reviews. I had to wait for call centre in Philippines to sort a return with Hermes or I'd have to pay. Hermes still didn't show. Got tired of calling studio & waiting I paid for a Hermes return, they lied about coming to collect as I was in all day. I'm now off to th3 post office to pay again for a return. I will not be shopping with Studio again. And have warned family about them.

Usual story , ordered item , received email from Courier saying delivered, we were home , never rang bell and no item on doorstep ( you guessed it -Hermes ) . Raised issue with Studio, one of drop down boxes for query is :- item delivered by carrier but not received , does that tell you something . Many emails with Studio , little response ( eventually) and was pathetic . Issued claim through courts , they did not pay , CCJ issued , still no money , still pursuing. I expect there are happy customers , but customer service is also about how you solve customer problems as well. We are merely a drop down box on the computer with no desire to solve . ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPUTERS .

Absolutely ridiculous company still havent received items! The call handler was totally incompetent and tried to get me to open a credit account with them. Which I did not want to do!!! She was not listening to my query of where was my items? Told me 3 different answers to me wanting to no where my parcel was! I asked several times to be transferred to someone else..which she would not do! In the end I had to hang up the phone of 45mins trying to find out where my parcel was and her keep repeating the line please allow longer for delivery and were awaiting your item in stock! Which one is it? She had no idea?! Reading these it doesn't seem like its going to be easy getting a refund either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING STUDIO

Terrible dodgy company made a one-off order for robe with his name for 12.99 plus delivery totalling £16.99 which left my account, says delivery 5-10 days, called them waited 12mins told to call back in 2 hours system down and I cannot trace item either still waiting. Horrendous can't even give half a star rating rubbish.

I ordered the wrong thing, asked for a cancellation which was confirmed by your team. The product still arrived and I was charged. I asked for a return. I had to exchange about 10 emails (all of which were replied to in 3-5 days) I sent the product back a month ago and I still do not have a refund

Reading all these reviews something has to be done as we have all had money stolen from us, A Facebook page, Studio Scam page should be set up and taking to watchdog. I'm looking in to options. We need to fight to get are money back. If you have Facebook keep an eye out for it.

Placed an order on the 9/11/20 for £42.95 that amount was taking out of my bank on the 11th email sent to confirm payment. Tried to track my order and couldn't be found so phoned them up just to be told I wouldn't be refunded as I owed them money from July 2019 for an order. I didn't place an order in July 2019.. Jason wasn't any help very rude and kept calling me mam. He couldn't answer any of my questions other than I wouldn't get a refund. I'm now going to get in touch with Watchdog more so after seeing so many similar reviews. Pity I have to give 1 star

I paid for an item and was promised delivery within 5 days. 3 weeks later I had not received the item. I contacted Studio Customer Services and requested a refund. I was advised the refund would be with me in 48 hours. 4 days later I still had not received my refund. I contacted customer services again and they advised I now have to wait up to 21 days!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took £90 and have not supplied me the product or a refund and expect me to wait another month!

I didn't even want to give them the 1 star Worst customer service. Code for free delivery, they charged the £4.99 delivery, phoned to get refunded, refuse, say call back in 24hours, call back in 3 days, call back in 7 days They take your cash, and then say they can't refund as waiting for account approval ?? but they happily took my money before they had account approval ? refund never approved, and assume my items will never arrive SCAM DO NOT USE

One star is too much for this dreadful company. If only I had seen this first. Strange that trust pilot has nothing but brilliant comments, which I find absolutely impossible. There website is rubbish to try and log back in, they sell things which are out of stock, when first ordered says allow 3-5 working days for delivery, its been 15 days and still waiting and still been "processed" happy to keep my money and deliver nothing. Their customer service is shocking, not only the terrible lines with a useless person on the other end, to be on hold and hung up on 3 times before I actually go through to somebody to be told, they are been processed. I will contact my bank for a charge back for this money. I hope they have Personalised it and wasted their money because I am getting mine back!

If I could give zero stars I would. They need to be closed down. I ordered 20 packs of tiles and kept saying order hasn't gone through.. Now instead of 20pks of tiles I have 70 packs! Of course they're not cancelling. First they are saying they haven't got invoice to call again. In 72hrs. Then they said invoice is in but they can't cancel because item is UNDISPATCHED they're a joke. I'm £400 less in my bank account and been waiting to speak t9 a supervisor and complaints department for 40mins now. Do not buy they are scum and scam artists. Ps bank can't cancel the order either

Why are people still buying from this scam of a website studio!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM STUDIO!!! Bought a tracksuit about 2 months ago, waited nearly 3 weeks still no item, phoned them up and said it wasn't in stock?! Why take money for something not in stock and also lie saying delivery is in 4-10 days! Roll on to 3 days ago, I know their reputation so I ask regarding a personalised dressing gown and specifically ask is it in stock! Yes yes the woman says pay now it will be with you in 4-10 days! I've just had an email and guess what, it's not in stock! Now dreading phoning tomorrow to try get a refund after reading other reviews on here. Why aren't they reported to trading standards!! I'll be phoning them and also will be telling every single person I know never to shop there! Vile scamming rats who just take your money none are English all put the phone down on you when they've ran out of excuses and lies! Disgusting!!

Ordered 12 items on 25th October only 3 arrived. Called Studio who said rest of order was cancelled( by them- Nobody knows who or why) Money is in account with -£85 approx. Today is Friday I have been on the phone for last 4 days. I keep getting put through to different operators who then put me through to someone else. I have been promised phone call but have not received any. They have put the phone down on me. They said we will reorder for you if you pay again then we will refund your £85 approx. I have asked them to return my money and I will re-order, was told 1st time that it would be done straight away, this did not happen. I asked to speak to a manager after waiting again on the phone Joyce came back and said the Manager would call back. At this point my Husband came in the room and said he wanted the phone, I know how angry I am and he is worse than me, this ended up in an argument between my Husband and I, I then said to Joyce - Can you hear the trouble Studio is causing between My Husband and myself. Joyce promptly put the phone down.

Studio took more than fifty pounds too much from my account and have not returned it, despite my having contacted them. Theft. I would strongly advise people not to have anything to do with them.

Wanted to get a Macbook, but my credit limit wouldn’t cover it - so in good faith I paid £200 before ordering. Ordered, never arrived. When I enquired they informed me it had been delivered THE DAY BEFORE IT HAD BEEN DESPATCHED - and that I had signed for it. (Obviously I hadn’t). When I phoned about this, they said it would be sorted in 30 days, I phoned again after 30 days to be told to wait until 30 ‘working days’. Now they are ignoring my emails whilst sending constant reminders to make a payment! Steer clear at all costs! I now face a challenge to get my £200 back.P

Order has thus far failed to arrive. It is now a week after the due date. I have had no response from the company to explain the delay. All attempts to contact customer service have resulted in disappointment - representatives are entirely script led, refuse to pass me on to a manager and are able to offer anything else but vague reassurances that the item will be delivered at some point in the future.

Spent ages on the phone being transferred from one person to another and still not sorted out First item ordered was faulty Then wanted to close account as customer service was rubbish
