The WORST customer "service" I have ever received. Placed an order on 27th Nov and was advised it would be delivered on or before 6th Dec. On the 6th I got an email saying it was delayed and would be delivered on or before 10th Dec. On the 9th I checked my account & the order was still waiting for despatch. I rang them & was further told the item wasn't going to be in their warehouse until 14th Dec & would be delivered on the 19th Dec. If I wanted a refund of £106 it would take 14 days to go back in my account. Without the money I can't buy the child a gift elsewhere so I said I would wait. This morning I have received an email to say the order has been cancelled as they are having issues getting stock in and I would be issued a refund by the 23rd Dec. This leaves me no time to get the gift elsewhere. This was my first time using this company and I will NEVER use them again I would not recommend them at all. I'm going to have one very disappointed child to deal with on Christmas Day thanks to this company incompetence.

This company should be closed down! I believe they may also trade as Ace catalogue as well. Their selling methods and catalogues are very appealing but they will charge you nearly 50% interest on whatever you buy plus if you order items at different times the postage will cost you a minimum of £4.99 each time as well. The goods are not of good quality. I have reluctantly ordered on occasion for family members and each time they have been disappointed with the items.I never order anything for myself. Off the top of my head, over the last 3 years I ordered 3 dolls houses, 2 were broken when open ( all had been Xmas presents), a air cooker that didn't work and most recently a 4 piece nightwear item my granddaughter wanted.The quality is of something chucked together in 5 minutes. Their delivery times can be from anything between 1 to 4 weeks to never. I am trying to stop them sending the catalogue so my family no longer browse it when they see it amongst the post.

Do not bother with this company ordered my mother her Christmas present to get deli to her house. They only put her address but my postcode on the order when I phoned them was told nothing can be done and that I need to phone the delivery company to change it. When I told them it was their job to do that as I was not the sender they refused and hung up. 10 calls later still no joy it’s been nearly 2 months parcel is still showing with delivery company as can’t deliver, studio saying no refund till item is back with them. So I’m ££ down and no item. Stay well clear

Placed an order for a fireplace suite-advertised as delivery within 10 days. It wasn’t even dispatched until two and a half weeks later (after much chasing on my part) then got sent to the wrong courier. Then finally on the day of delivery, the tracking showed it was returned to sender instead of delivered to me. Rang Studio who said there was an issue with my address (I’ve lived here for 11 years, the same company deliver to me regularly) and it would be resent as soon as it arrived at the warehouse and I would have it in 3-7 days. Instead I ordered from another company (who price matched Studio, and delivered 48 hours later) and cancelled the order with Studio, which I was told was done. Studio then refused to refund me until they received back MY return. I pointed out, time and time again, that it wasn’t my return, I had never received the item. Despite that, the courier seemingly managed to lose the tiny 4ft by 4ft parcel and Studio said I couldn’t have my refund until they had investigated where MY return had gone. They refused to even start investigating this until two full weeks later and then it took them a further 3 weeks to recredit the fireplace back to my Studio account. I requested the cash back out of my account (I was in credit on the account) and to close my account. This request was refused several times over the phone due to ‘technical issues’ and was finally agreed and was told the refund would be put back on my card. Now today I get an email saying they can’t close my account as there is a credit on there and I need to phone up again to ask for a refund of that before the account can be closed. Honestly, you couldn’t make up the absolute ineptitude of this company. They have total disregard for consumer law, repeatedly refused to give me details on the dispute resolution process (I have their refusals in writing) and refused repeatedly to give me an address I could issue a court claim to. I have tried using their own complaints process, but receive back generic replies saying they can’t close the account and I have to call up. I call up and get told they can’t deal with it because of technical issues. I tried going through Resolver but they ignore that too. It’s been two months now, I still don’t have my money back. I regret the day I ever ordered from Studio. Honestly, if they were the last retailer on the planet, I wouldn’t buy from them. Absolute waste of time and a headache from the start.

Like many of the other reviews. Order not despatched, now out of stock. Rang to ask for refund - request refused - robotic consultant says they can't cancel and refund payment! Will never use again.

Ordered some Christmas crackers on 2 Dec, still awaiting dispatch on 9 Dec (despite paying almost £5 in postage). I needed them by 12 Dec so will have to cancel, but it's impossible to get hold of anyone. Do not trust this site. I won't be using them again and wish I'd seen these reviews first.

I did not receive my order which I have paid for. Studio.co.uk sent me a letter to inform me that my item was out of stock and that I would get a refund. I am still waiting for my refund and when I call, they are very unhelpful and robotic like. The female I spoke to on the phone talked over me the entire time and then hung up on me!!! I cannot afford to pay for something that I did not receive! Disgusting company. Horrible customer service.

This company should not be allowed to trade We ordered a xmas item on the 7th Nov so I cancejjed it as they could not say when I will receive this gift as I needed it for the 1st Dec .I have not received a e mail regarding my refund It is totally impossible to send a e mail anywhere as they all get returned they don't accept them -finally phoning them asking to speak to a manager who doesn't ring you and half the time they say the systems are down This company is well known for bad customer service and letting people down

I asked to cancel an order because I had ordered the wrong size. They delivered it anyway and charged me. It took me a month to return it. It has been over a month since the item has been sent back but Studio refuses to refund me.They had promised a full refund

Absolute shocking online store!!! Time and time again I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I’m disappointed. Ordering is the easy part only to find out days later that what you thought you’d ordered is out of stock and won’t be in for weeks but hey ho we are still going to charge you and add interest to that! Then you try and contact Studio customer service by email and you get another email in return to say their not responding to that email. So then you try to ring them after you’ve been at work all day only to be told there’s no one available in that department to speak to, ask for a manager: forget it, no one available. When I finally managed to make an order they lost my order and now I’ve waited over 1 month for them to start an investigation into what’s happened to my supposedly delivered order. In the mean time I have to pay for said items and to add insult to injury have to pay interest as well. Returns take forever to be acknowledged and refunded and that’s only after chasing them via email and phone calls several times. Avoid, avoid avoid!

After the order was placed, they sent an email showing me that the delivery would be sent to a wrong address. I called them ( in India) where they could not speak good enough English to help me, the first person transferred me to a second one in order to get rid off me. They pretended they had sorted it, in order to get me off the phone. It was delivered to the wrong place, ( billing address, not delivery address) and I will now have to spend £30 lugging a huge rug on public transport to the right address.

Waiting for a refund, cannot get it! 6 calls to customer services, 7 emails and not one response. Absolutely shocking company. Their staff on the customer service line are a waste of space. I’m not trying to find a head office number to get my problem resolved as I’m sick of dealing with useless people who just tell you lies!

Only left 1 star as I had to so I could leave a bad review! This firm has treated me disgustingly since Oct & is still ongoing now! Ordered & paid for Xmas card holders that simply never came & in fact never even left their factory & have bombarded them with emails ever since that mostly get ignored or not answered fully! They tell you to wait 30 days for an investigation (god knows why it takes so long) won't re-send them out and won't refund me either!!!! Disgusting firm I am £30 out of pocket with no goods and now they are simply ignoring the issue! Absolute thieves! DON'T SHOP WITH THEM ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!

Which company asks for your date of birth, how many years you've lived at the address etc, just to buy pairs of socks....? They are keeping details, will use this at a later time. They give discount if you pay on credit. No paypal options... THIS STINKS

not happy so far ordered my kids birthday presents was told by text it was delivered bear in mind i was waiting near my front door and they also send a image of the delivery No parcel came to my address now i have to spend my day chasing behind these people first time using this company i wish I'd read the reveiw before ordering haven't got time for this easier to just go out and get it yourself less stress

AVOID!! HARD TO GIVE EVEN ONE STAR!! AVOID!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Find it hard to even give one star. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, paid for the products via debit card. Money was instantly taken from my bank account with no email confirmation or goods delivered. Emailed numerous times and had telephone conversations. Wait at least 4 days for a reply, Useless and pointless customer services advisors...not uk based. Still no resolution. Was told I’d applied for a credit account...which I didn’t. Was even told I’d pressed the button by mistake!! Last email asked me to send my bank details. ABSOLUTELY no way will I do that. After reading reviews, this is clearly something Studio do as a company, tricking people into getting credit accounts and encouraging debt!! I have reported Studio to my bank for investigation of fraud and reported Studio to trading standards. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM STUDIO!!

I ordered 4 items on the 25/11/20 and on the tracking it said still waiting dispatch 10 days later. On their website it states delivery within 3- 7 days. I called their Customer Service twice and was on the phone for a total of 97 minutes trying to find out when my items would be dispatched and all I got was they did not know. They said that they would call me back, which they never did. I then found a number for accounts and I spoke to them and they could not confirm a dispatch date although they did say that all 4 items were in stock and they were waiting for a courier, which I find unbelievable! So I have cancelled the order and I will be spending my money with a reliable company with good customer service. Do NOT use this company.
