Can’t even pay monies to my interest saver plan to clear the bslance before it expires in March and then interest will be charged if not cleared . There is no option in my account to pay the interest saver only to pay personal account . Phoned up to pay an amount of visa debit card payment declined so how the hell do I pay it ? This company is a joke they are scammers

I had purchased PS4 500GB + FIFA 21 + DS4 BUNDLE on 12th Dec, raised cancellation on 14th December still you dispatched item on 16th December. Return label was missed from your end so I had to wait until 4th Jan to received post. It's been a month now, I am still waiting for collection. each and everyday I do followup for collection; either there is no reply or standard reply "Upon checking your account, I do see that a collection has been arranged on your account for the order to be picked up on the next business day" for a month now. Terrible company ......

Absolutely disgusted by this company. I ordered items on 2nd of January and still waiting. when I contacted customer service they don’t even know where my items are and no idea on when they will be dispatched. I asked for full refund but there is no way I could get a refund either. Disgrace in customer support please just avoid this company at all costs. This company is con.

Order was not sent, tracking shows it was never sent but CS keep saying it has been dispatched, very bad compamy to deal with, avoid at all cost

shambolic liars worst customer service ever come across non trained staff complaints staff say differening things was in hopsital took my money still waiting off it back no goods even heremes shows not dleivered over a month ago trading standards need involving in this malpractice of a company

Studio’s service has got to be one of the worst I have come across .Three times I have been told my item wil arrive within 7 days & it was low stock .Tyey reordered it & im now in the same position haveing spoke to them again .I have asked to cancel my order & have a refund which they said they coudnt . They sound very robotic saying sorry but doin absolutely nothing to put it right .Order from this company at your own risk ⚠️

Ordered a phone for Christmas and it still hasn't turned up. Each member tells me something different each time. Waited over a month and there's just been delays over delays. Had enough and got them to cancel my order. Still waiting for my £1104. Its been days and no money has returned to my card. Stay away.

This company, despite me having no account with them, have somehow deducted £26.95 from my account. I have sent them screen shots of my account statement and proof that they deducted this money but they are refusing to refund the money they took. I have not received nor ordered anything from them and they are still refusing to refund my money. Absolutely shambolic customer service. Disgusting service. STAY AWAY

Phoned to day and spoke to a lovely gentleman called carl and he was so friendly and was so helpful and very pleasant nice to hear a friendly voice at this time of year all I can say thank you carl

I ordered 6 items. 2 were delivered and 4 cancelled. The 4 that were cancelled they said I could reorder them in a few weeks. When I looked they are all triple the price. Absolutely disgusting service. Would not recommend.

Placed order for 2 items totalling £300 on 30th November, was informed 21 days for delivery which was acceptable as the items were for my kids Xmas, got an email today 23rd December saying items cancelled as out of stock, logged into my account to check what was going on & sure enough, items cancelled BUT they still have the items for sale stating 14 days delivery now & £20 cheaper....... Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what I thought was a decent online retailer, I've now got 1 day to try & find my kids a hoverboard each..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE WORSE THAN COVID-19

Worst customer service ever Worst customer service ever, I sent 8 emails with a complaint, each time they say they are looking into it. No response or updates, after 5 weeks they said they had lost the complaint. Asked for escalation email address three times and they ignored it. First order and certainly my last, asked them to close my account. Couldn’t recommend this company, worst service I’ve received for years

1, order plce didn;t receive after 3 weeks waiting cancelled item was then told it would take 14 days to cancel. n 2,then 3 days later went on my account and it said it has been dispatched direct and was with courier 3. still waitinf for item 2 weeks later and curier has not received it when you go on track my parcel. 4 they are now asking for payment - disgraceful Spoke different customers services who are not in the UK and you can't speak to a more senior person or anyone in uk. they read off a script. DONT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. used to be fine nowi will never order with them again after being with them 20 years

The customer services is absolutely awful. I am now 6 days and 4 emails in and am no further forwards completing a return. They keep asking for different information which really looks like delay tactics. Very frustrating and just frustrating. Meanwhile I have had a bill for items I want to return and will start to pay interest! DO NOT USE!

I ordered radio/speaker which turned up to be very poor quality (no louder than my phone so made no sense to keep it) so I returned it more than a month ago, which apparently got lost on a way and I still didn’t receive my refund. Exactly what I needed before Christmas. I have been shopping online for years and never before I had so much trouble to return an item. Which was poorly in a first place. I have been exchanging emails with a customer service for ages now and loosing my patience tbh. If you want to avoid this type of hustle and potential money lost for yourself avoid this company. It’s an absolute joke.

Order got cancelled more than two weeks ago, customer service is absolutely useless. Still no refund even though I have spoke to complaints and shown proof countless times of payment taken. Keep getting told the same thing over and over again and yet....still no refund! Basically stole nearly 200 quid

Dreadful business. Poor faulty product and difficult to get them to collect the item without ringing almost a dozen times in order for them to give my money back. Still trying to get them to collect and guess which courier Hermes!! The worst courier. Both as bad as each other

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on the 10th of December. (non credit, paid in full). After my order I recieved a confirmation email. And they took the money right away from my bank account. A few days later I can't seem to track my items? (christmas presents). Today I called(7 days later) - - (taking more money from me as its a high charge number) I'm left on hold for a while. Lots of talking laughter in the background can hardly hear the adviser on the phone. Who can hardly speak English himself. I am then told that my order didn't go through.. I'm not going to recieve my items at all. (even though they took my money) and NEVER informed me of this. So they basically SCAMMED me!!!! They took my money had no intentions of sending my items, no intentions of refunding me. And they did NOT inform me that my order didn't go through!! I was then told I had to wait for a refund! So not only have I now got to buy gifts again but I have NO Money to do so as they'd like to keep it for a little longer!! So many great companies going into administration and theses scammers are still open is just ridiculous!!
