Had some jigsaws delivered damaged thur26/11.Emailed them and got a response on Monday 1st. Replied back within 20 minutes and have heard nothing since (04/12). They are the only company I know off that don't send out jigsaws properly boxed/protected.

After placing an order I called the customer services team straightaway to cancel my order but the advisor said they cannot cancel they have to wait till an invoice is raised for my order to be cancelled and asked me to call back in a couple of days to try and cancel then. I emailed in asking for my order to be cancelled and for them not to send the item out and I received no reply to that email. Appalling customer service and I then received an automated email informing me my order has been sent out. Disgusted with their service.

Shocking customer service. Called three times re account accessibility- still not resolved- asked to speak to manager- was cut off. Been customer for many years- will be closing my account. Their loss !!

Worst customer service ever, charged for all calls and if you have any issues and are unhappy they either cut you off or say the call is bad. I have been waiting on a returns label for a faulty large item for 10 days which has to be sent by post, yet other companies can email you it right away, nothing has arrived and every time I called to chase up, I get same message it takes 5 to 7 days for postage, when I said it had been 10 days you then get silence from their customer service and then they cut you off. Do not buy anything large or which might need returned as they are a nightmare. Even if I finally get this parcel lifted I am being charged ongoing interest for at least another 14 days before they credit your account back. Will never order a large item again and if they don’t get this sorted I will be closing my account.

I have tried to contact studio on numerous occasions about a order I returned via Hermes. The return is not showing on my statement 5 weeks later. I spoke on 4 different occasions to speak to a customer service advisor, there was a break down in the language barrier. I found it very difficult to understand the advisor. I therefore sent emails regarding my account. I received a confirmation email to say they had received this, but no replies. I would certainly never use studio again, and would advise against anyone using this company.

Terrible. Ordered a item by paying with card. Money taken from back account, no email confirmation of product order. 5 days later I call Studio asking if my order has processed correctly and when I should receive it - I am told on the phone that my order was cancelled and they will reorder it. Fine. I was asked whether I want a credit account and told the member of staff TWICE that I did not. Received an email confirmation my order so thought everything was fine. Three days later I then get a text message asking for more information to open a credit account!!! I do not want a credit account! Called Studio again, and told that they will cancel the credit account, cannot confirm whether this will affect my credit score and they actually cannot find a payment for my original order which I paid for by card. Tried asking for my sortcode and accunt number to refund me - no, you need a card number. Fraud? And then I am told to email proof of the original payment to them of the £39.98 which has left my bank account. Absolutely appauling. I will be making a second formal complaint and demanding a refund for all of my monies. Ridiculous from start to finish and will never use again. Would prefer to pay £70 for my item from Argos instead than this.

I purchased two sets of Christmas lights from Studio with two extended 3 year guarantees. Both sets of lights were not working correctly after 1 year. Studio told us that we had to contact our insurer (they had sold us the insurance policy) however the insurer told us that Studio were obligated to refund us rather than them as the lights had broken when still under Studio's guarantee rather than the extended guarantee. We spoke to Studio on the phone and after 45 minutes they agreed that they would collect the broken lights to replace them. Since then they refunded one set of lights (without ever collecting them) however they did not refund the second set of broken lights or the two guarantees that I purchased which they would not honour! We have contacted them and they have stated that the extended guarantee was only for one year even though our policy documents clearly state three years (and there would have been no point in purchasing a one year guarantee when they came with one year anyway). They would not refund or replace the second set of broken lights or either of the two policies. I would never shop with Studio again and would recommend avoiding this company.

Ordered an Xbox, but didn't see rip off price till I saw confirmation, wasn't able to cancel on the day, but got told I was able to the day after. Still wasn't able to cancel 48 hours after ordering this product, and said if I request refund it'll be to my account and not bank account. AVOID

ORDER WITH CAUTION!!! Ordered desk & few items, all in stock. 2 days later, told there was no desk but they REFUSED TO LET ME CANCEL REST OF ORDER EVEN THOUGH NOT DESPATCHED. That was 9 days ago, still waiting. EShould have gone to Argos first as they managed same day delivery on a better desk.

Awful returns its taken weeks to apply back to my account as soon as they do I'm cancelling abysmal customer service fobbed off everytine I ring don't understand why they can't just add it why such a delay pointless

I tried to order a mattress from studio using cash. The website and the original email for the order stated "please allow 3 days for delivery". The money has been taken from my account so I assume everythings OK. I get an email 2 days later stating my order has been accepted and "please allow 5-10 working days for delivery" I was not happy with this so I contacted customer services through the email. Another 3 days later I get an email telling me my order is not being accepted as I don't meet the criteria for an account and if I want to make an order I should go to the website and make a cash order. ABSOLUTE FARCE, NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, I HOPE THIS COMPANY IS SOON A CASULATY OF THE CURRENT ECONOMIC CRISIS SO IT CAN BE WIPED FROM HISTORY FOREVER, ABSOLUTE JOKE! I'm still waiting to see if I get my order or a refund.

items ordered constantlynot in stock..charged for items never received. items arriving broken. customer service not local and agents hang up on you when they don't understand your problem

Their call centres in India so you can’t speak to anybody in English also you have nowhere to email on your site and your phone number is 13p a minute not happy with my product shan’t be ordering from you again cheap nasty

My disabled mother ordered a wardrobe, we made sure her grandsons were there on delivery day to assemble the wardrobe as my parents property is very small. We opened one box and it was smashed to smithereens. Told me they would collect this item 3 days later no one turned up I’m trying to explain to them my mother is sleeping her in chair because she can’t get to the stairs lift no one cares at all rude disgusting people one asked my “why your mother here if she can not walk” it’s taken me 5 weeks to sort this mess out. I finally have a email this morning saying they have finally refunded my mothers account and guess what it’s not showing I would not recommend studio to anyone.

have had to wait 22 days for a chair and waiting still, rang then to find they are not in stock no email or phone call to tell me, then i see the same chair for 40 pound off selling on their website for black friday, i have cancelled my order wont bother again. wish i could do no stars

This was he review i tried to leave on their website but was advised it didn't meet their criteria! I wonder why?? Ordered game was advised 3-5 days for delivery. Had an email that said delivery w be would be late. In the meantime I’d be given a free delivery code for being a new customer which didn’t work. Was told they would refund my delivery charge which was £4.99, that never happened after being told by two different people it would. The game still didn’t turn up by the “latest day” I was advised it would come, so called to cancel item. I called on several occasions and couldn’t get through, then was told they couldnt hear me. Then when I finally did get through (at a cost of 13p per minute!!!) was told order cancelled but refund would take 14 days. Waiting for my refund to be processed and then a week later the game arrives! By this point I had ordered and had delivered the same game from another company! The worst service I have experienced in a long time! I’m surprised they have any customers at all! Unless you have absolutely no other alternative, avoid this company!!!

Promised delivery of a television set. Used Hermes as courier. No delivery was made although Hermes claims it was. Contacted foreign call centre at premium rate charge that were no help. Studio suggested buying the television again and wait for possible refund which could take up to 30 days!!!!! Would never buy from Studio again and would actively avoid any retailer that uses Hermes as their courier of choice. Terrible service but don't just take my word for it. Read the reviews below for more insight into this company.

If zero stars were an option !!!! Returned goods that they delivered completely smashed to bits 6 items in total They refunded 1 item only ! People u speak to have no customer service skills talk over u Try and mug u off Managers just the same and their always busy ( wonder why eh?!) Disgusting Never order from these people

1. I would give no stars if I could. 2. Studio rip you off. 3. I paid my bill in advance 4. I have still received a bill ignoring my first payment. 5. I have paid over the cost of my items as I have had problems with Studio previously. 6. Their call charged are exhorbitant. 7. My account balance on their website does not correspond to the paper statement I received. 8. Interest date is the same as the statement date and I received the statement four days after that date. 9. I shall not be buying from Studio again and shall take the to the Ombudsman if I need to. 10. Such fraudulent organisations should be shut down.
