I ordered a trio set which is a kettle,toaster and microwave, took ten days to receive the parcel. Opened it up and there was NO microwave! Phoned customer services who are completely CLUELESS, they haven’t got a clue what’s going on. They said we would have to charge you again to reorder. I don’t want to reorder when I already have the kettle and toaster. The very ruse lady who was laughing down the phone with her work colleagues said I will credit you back and I will work it out by dividing the cost by three!! Which was about 43 credit? The microwave is 79.99?? I’m being robbed. No investigation what so ever about where this microwave is. Hermes who are even worse must have took it home for an early Christmas present! This bloke rings me from studio to say sorry, and said he will reorder the microwave as they sell it by itself but will have to charge me but will refund. He ordered this on 19 October it is now 2nd of November? He said it would take 10 days? Went on website and Hermes is saying it’s waiting for my parcel?? Absolute joke. Phoned studio today who again didn’t have a clue! And guess what they hung up!!! Ridiculous

I was told my order would be here by the 19th Oct, then when I tracked the order with Hermes, it said update 27th Oct we cannot deliver contact supplier. I work from home so always someone in and never had a card through the door. Still waiting for a call back from my call to them, telling them the delivery has failed and I need a refund. Studio Cards is not fulfilling orders that they have been paid for. This must be a criminal offense surely?

If studio will use Hermes it will lose customers. Hermes are the worst delivery company on Earth. They are incompetent and lazy. Illiterate as they don't know how to get access to someone's address. They pretended they came to deliver my parcel on Thursday and yesterday but they didn't get access to my address. Why? They need to press the buzzer for someone to open for them. I didn't receive my parcel which was a birthday gift for today. If I don't get it today, then I want a full refund. With Hermes we pay expensive for postage but with the Royal mail is cheaper. I think Studio and Hermes are both thieves and we need to discourage people from buying from them. They need to be closed down as they give customers hard times. Thanks

Tried 3 days to cancel 1 order amount 10 96 plus delivery now studio say cant cancel but when it arrives I have pay delivery this is the last time I will order from studio and will tell my friends and anyone who will listen DONT SHOP WITH STUDIO

I ordered a heater 2 months ago. I have them great for 4 weeks than I contacted them thought it was down to pandemic delays. Its now been 2 months they are ignoring my emails and saying they are looking into it but still not heard anything, no refund and no heater ! Do not buy from them I wish I knew how bad they were before I did

I placed an order for something in stock. They took my money then told me it was out of stock and I'd need to reorder. Why would I do that when they already have my money for the first order? They haven't responded to emails and don't answer the phone so I have no idea what's going on. This company is stealing people's money and should be referred to Trading Standards.

I would give a zero. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude, dismissive. Could not care less. I bought a fire suite at a cost of £125. One year and 5 months later, the plug caught fire and melted the surge protector it was plugged into. I rang them to tell them that the fire itself had not tripped the fuse either in the plug or my fuse board and the surge detector had not encountered an electrical surge. They could not have cared less. They still sell the product knowing full well that it started a fire in my home. We were so lucky that we have a fire blanket. Frightening. £125 out of pocket, nothing offered from the company. Just disgusting.

Studio customer services NEVER respond!! They look like it by messaging back on Facebook but ignore your responses. I’m yet to receive an email back or message on Facebook ... I just wanted to cancel my order AVOID AVOID AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICES RUBBISH LIKE THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!

If I could rate 0 I would. Do not buy from this company. Ordered furniture for £200. Got constant emails of delayed delivery but had the option to cancel. I dont know how many emails and phone calls i made to get the refund in place. They repeatedly said they would cancel the order if they could but may still arrive... when it was never dispatched! I asked numerous times to be put through to the department who deal with cancellations (lies they are one department) and was told I couldn't. I asked for a manager who were all in "meetings".. In the end I lost the plot with the operator and had a full blown screaming argument. Since then I received an email confirming refund however I wont hold my breath as to when thay refund will come through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely appalling. Long story short, bought an item costing £200 in March, it arrived broken. Tried to get it sent back, had no response for a long time (we put it down to covid). Finally got a response and agreed to have it returned, item got 'lost' on the way back, agreed we were not at fault so could still have a refund. No money arrived. Rang up and they kept telling us our money is on the way. All of a sudden they changed their minds and said they paid us. We proved they haven't, after weeks of phone calls they agreed they lied and hadn't paid us. Now we have to ring every week to be told they will sort it and get the money to us and every week our money doesn't arrive. 8 MONTHS LATER AND NO REFUND!!!

They took money for the order that didnt even go through. Reluctant to refund the money they took for nothing. Useless customer service. Never had similar experience with any other company before.

Quite a bizarre company. Really push for you to apply for credit when ordering. Placed an order nearly a month ago but after repeated delays have given up and requested a refund as it still has not been dispatched. To request a refund you have to email name, address, dob, account no, order no, product description, quantity... quite obviously designed to put customers off requesting a return. Will avoid in future!

Customer service is shockingly bad. I ordered an item on 01/10/20. Hermes couriers received it on 05/10/20 and have since lost it. I have made at least five calls to studio & as many emails. It is now 23/10 and still waiting for a response. Studio say they cannot chase the courier and despite checking their own tracking info and being able to see that i havent received the item they will not refund it to my account!! Ive been told to "be patient" and wait for the item to arrive despite the fact they cannot give ANY indication how long im expected to be patient for. They cannot chase the item, they refuse to refund the item to my account, they cannot cancel the order & they expect me to make payments towards it until it turns up!! I lodged an official complaint with the complaints dept - she told me she would call me back later that day. That was 10 days ago and im still waiting. Dodgy company with no customer service skills whatsoever

I bought Pyjamas as a treat to myself and the app told me it would take upto 21 days to be delivered. I patiently waited but tracking order it had shown they still not sent it ! Its now well over the 21 days and I can't seem to get hold of anyone!!! Absolutely disgusting 😤 my anxiety has been sky high ! Never buying anything off them again!!!!
