This is the worst company. Why are they still in business? I was a seller who was harassed by them because they wanted to control my pricing. I left and posted my experience here. They replied that they would contact me to discuss the issue. I never heard from them. Do not hold your breath if you think they care enough to follow up. They don’t. I bet it's a bot auto replying to our complaints. As long as people keep shopping on their site and they are turning a profit, they will never change.

I would rate it ZERO stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service of any platform I’ve ever dealt with. Lack of follow up & inaccurate records. Very frustrating 4 months with this disastrous site.

I ordered a Balenciaga Hourglass Bag last December 12,2022. During the quality control assessment the bag has flaws that the seller didn’t disclose and I was contacted about it so I cancelled my order. I was told the order was cancelled and refund should be going back to my card. I wasn’t checking my account until January 20, 2023 and noticed that Vestiaire Collective has been taken money out of my credit card for total of $1280.00. I contacted the chat support and wasn’t helpful as they response once a day or 3 days after! They asked me to send my statement and I did and after a month long of dealing with them everyday until now February 15, 2023 no refund has been returned! Now they’re asking me again for my statement! What??? You gotta be kidding me! I hate this platform and I am here spreading awareness about it. PLEASE GO TO FASHIONPHILE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE PERIOD!

The worst online shopping experience. I buy a lot of vintage designer. It is usually very easy. Every Vestiarie purchase is a nightmare. Authenticated items are very often fake. Their experts have no idea. Customer service is none existant. You cant talk to anyone. Standard "we will get back to you" emails. 50+ chat messages, email complaints, instagram complaints, facebook complaints and 3 weeks later " we will get back to you" Appalling customer service. They handpick who they sell collectible or valuable items to. They use unreliable couriers. I could go on and on. Avoid this company. Dishonest, untrustworthy, fake items. The worst. Need to be closed down.

Dreadful company. Their customer service is a useless joke, slow, unhelpful in the extreme. They insist on using Evri for shipping items under £200, and Evri are even worse. I'm losing 5-10% of my items in transit, no tracking info, and VC will not pay for them, it's costing me hundreds of pounds. Terrible company, avoid if you can.

Great PR but the worst customer service and sales service ever. I have first reached CS on 27/1, my Gucci Horsebit bucket bag was listed as sold and I have proof of sending. However I never received the money nor the bag return. When I reached CS I was given a string of excuses- the tracking was not registered in their system/ buyer might or might not have received it. 15 days later and still no one replied to my email and my $3000HKD+ or bag is no where to be seen. CS simply ignored all my messages on chat or email even though all evidences have been sent. Everytime i get a respond it is a different CS asking the same questions over and over again. Extremely disappointed and will remove all my listing from the site.

I would give 0 stars to the customer service if it was possible. Months trying to sort out an issue and it just got worse and worse. Their “expert team” in charge of quality control has been recruited with zero knowledge of how even to open a bag. Their follow up is inconsistent and just delays any solution. with the commissions they ask, they should give a decent CS, instead is rubbish. Using the platform only because I really want to sell my stuff. But I can see tons of other people like me think it’s terrible.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Incompetent customer service teams who don't seem to understand how to read an email and then take action. I've been waiting for a refund for over a month now. DON'T USE!!!

A fradualent company. I ordered a tie which arrived defective, but they said they have an internal protocol that only accepts return within 3 days. I asked when had I been warned of this 3 days return window and why they are exempt from 14 days Consumer Return Act - then they went radio silence. It is the price you pay when going with these kind of platform, just needs to be aware.

This is terrible! I hv sold 4 items via VC since Dec2022 but my payments were still pending till now Feb2023 with no reason ! Tried to contact them via email, online chat and iG msg. They are totally not responsive and just asked me to wait without providing any ETA/responsible feedback! I wont suggest this platform and i will close my account once i received my payment!

Vestiaire Never issued my $880 credit. Just stopped responding to the emails I sent asking for help. I had a credit from Tradsey that transferred over to Vestiaire. I purchased a pair of boots using the whole credit plus money out of pocket. The seller canceled the order and Vestiaire credited my credit card the money I paid out of pocket, but never issued the credit of $880 back to me. After numerous emails back and forth showing screenshots and giving them every bit of information they asked for, they have stopped responding. No integrity. No help. Customer Service is a joke.

I purchased an item 14 days ago and the seller never shipped the item (tumi Anna sling). I was supposed to be refunded automatically if the shipper didn’t ship within 7 days. However I never received a refund. I reach out customer service earlier this week and never received a response. This is not good customer service. Can someone please assist?

This company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It has taken me 3 months to resolve a very simple issue involving a site credit. They response with standard (automated) answers not addressing the specifics & ask the very same questions that I had already explained previously. After it was finally resolved, today I received a email with a new discount code for a site credit. They didn’t even have the correct records that it had already been used. Furthermore the site credit that I received today didn’t even work. Crazy!! I would highly recommend that you do business elsewhere. It’ll save you lots of stress & frustration.

They owe me money, and their customer service is SO frustrating. I have money left in my account from Tradesy before it switched to Vestaire Collective. It was trying to auto deposit to a bank account that doesn't exist anymore. I tried to change the bank information/provide my PayPal address, but it wouldn't work. I reached out to customer service on January 4 asking for help with this problem. After an incredibly frustrating exchange where the customer service representative "Merry Rose A." who was super slow to respond to very basic questions (How will I hear from you after this? Will I be receiving an email? Etc.) and provided no solution to the problem, I was told to give them 2-3 days to figure it out and get back in touch with me. That was a week ago. On January 5th, 6th and 7th, they sent me this generic message through the chat function: Hi Mary, We've not forgotten you! Our teams are still working on a solution for you, and we're really sorry for the unusual delay in getting back to you. We will be in touch within the next 24 hours to resolve your enquiry. We understand it's frustrating to wait, but please don't submit your enquiry again as this can add to the waiting time. Thank you for your patience. The Vestiaire Collective team Today, as it's been four days since I've heard ANYTHING (not even this generic repeat message), I reached back out. Nothing. No response. I was on Tradesy for years, and I made them a lot of money. I even promoted them to my friends and also for free on YouTube just because I enjoyed the platform so much! Vestiaire Collective is terrible with customer service for this very basic issue, so I don't trust that they would take care of my buyers or me as a seller. I'm taking all of my listings off this platform, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. Don't list here. Don't sell here. If they're so reluctant to give me the money I earned, I can't imagine they'll be any quicker giving anyone else their money either.

By far the absolute Worst selling experience I have had with over 8k items sold online Just like MANY other sellers ,, I sold and item using VESTIAIRE's label and they never updated the tracking in their system .. Item number - 28114253 .. FedEx tracking number - 3919 5242 7252 Delivered on 12/15/22 and signed for by - JPERROTTA And of course the first message I sent was never answered . I won't hold my breath for the second to be answered

Ordered a bag on12/14, unable to use chat feature with seller. 12/16, nothing has shipped! Hope to receive for Christmas. Tradesy was much easier site to use. Tried chatting with customer service! Again not working. After reading these reviews I’m wondering if I’ll ever receive my bag. Not a happy buyer!

I sold a jacket on their website and it was delivered to the customer within 2 days. My account says it was never shipped. I have proof from the buyer that they received the item and they loved it. I have tried reaching out to VC for 4 days straight through their chat and email regarding my payment. I have only received automated/bot responses. I have submitted a complaint to BBB and plan to escalate further. Absolute WORST. Do not sell through this site.

Avoid at all costs, not only is the App and the website full of bugs and flaws, they have ZERO customer service, only automated bots or people who barely speak English, their authentication service is useless, quality control will try to justify their existence by finding flaws that are mentioned and pictured, additionally they change their TOS without warning and delete items or increase their commission. What a fabulous idea, charge more for the worst service. Essentially all they do is provide a label, usually with the cheapest and nastiest delivery service who loses your stuff, then you provide them with all your details, heaven knows what the drones there do, and after 6 weeks you might get your money, but do not expect to ever get an answer from them, it will be a copy and paste reply. On the 14th of Devember they send out an email that they charge more: "From 14 December 2022, the Selling Fee in your country for items priced between £80 and £13,000 increased from 14% to 15%." One hell of a warning.... Shows you that they really don't have any respect, please please let there be more resale sites so we can leave this horror show. You can't do it worse than VC. Now stand by and wait for the usual copy and paste reply and be warned, whenever you have a question or there is a problem, this will be something you face.... Just check out all their replies, be it here, on TrustPilot or anywhere else, it will always be a copy and paste.... It's how they roll and why they can fleece buyers and sellers for more.
