I have 3 pairs of designer shoes for sale on the site. I’ve now seen all of the negative reviews and decided to cancel my account but the website seems to be inaccessible.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I would give a negative number if I could. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I ordered a DG belt that said never worn, new with tags. When I received it, it had markings on the top and bottom. The seller says they were never there and Vestaire collective says they checked and the photos depict the damage which they do not. They won’t refund my money and they have instead relisted the item under my name. I also purchased a pair of shoes, paid and the Seller cancelled the sale. Customer service tried to help but they work for a company that doesn’t stand by their products. False advertising, the sellers have more rights than the buyers and their QC control is BS. Save your money and the stress. Shop elsewhere!

The worst customer service ever, selling fake designer items, received an item that was completely destroyed even though it was marked in good condition, when reached out to customer service was completely ignored! Lately it became a complete scam!

Very bad experience, I'm waiting for the bag I bought over 3 weeks and for the past week no one knows anything, the service has no idea where it is, it keeps sending me the same messages over and over . I am asking for a refund since I don't have the bag, but even here there is no answer.

I just listed my LV today and just deleted my listing after the Terrible customer service! The reviews are true! I'm glad I didn't wait around to get scammed!

If I could give a zero star I would! Used Vesitaire a couple of months ago for the first time. Two items I bought were clear fakes (a D&G scarf and Balmain sunglasses). The third item was a glasses chain which packaged beautifully in a hard branded case, the chain inside was completely broken and obviously packaged and sent that way. I’d love to know what the Vesitaire verification process is. I feel buyers should be more protected. Do not use.

If i could rate zero i would. I sold a perfect dress Roland Mouret. Buyer said it was dirty. It was spotless. I cannot get it returned. Every time i write, i’m told you have not requested a return, it will nowtake 7/10 days to arrive with you. This gas happened 6 times!!!!!! Avoid this unprofessional platform.

thieves! be careful because you will not receive either the product or your money. I reported my suspicion that the shoes I ordered were fake... very poor quality of workmanship. I wrote to them whether I should verify them at my own expense or send them... he wrote to send them... and I have neither the shoes nor the money... They wrote that the shoes are original and this is my payment for it (penalty)... and the shoes have already been sold to someone else. I asked on what legal basis they sold my property for which she paid, and they no longer respond to me. I will do everything to reveal how this company operates

Please beware and read reviews of Vestiaire before deciding to deal with them, either as a seller or buyer! It's hard to believe this company is allowed to operate legally in the UK. I have been scammed by them as a seller, how I wish I had read the reviews or just donated my item to a charity shop. Their MO appears to be to hold on both to your property under the guise of "inspection" by their "experts" and keep the buyer's money at the same time. I'm not hopeful of getting my item back which allegedly has been flagged by the buyer "as possibly not genuine". Oh and if their "experts" conclude it's not genuine then you as the seller will be charged £15 ransom to get your property back (if it ever reaches you). It's not possible to get any sense out of Vestiaire other than their inane chat bots. I've never had anything like this in my ears of dealing with eBay or Vinted. I will delete this app as soon as this is over, although not holding my breath. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Is this web site even legitimate - I sold my items over two weeks ago and the web site can't upload my bank details to pay me? It's quite a lot of money and I am feeling really ripped off. Customer service didn't care. They keep saying they'll come back to me in 48 hours and don't.

I have been scammed by this website 3 times now. I keep telling them about my scam and they do nothing to the scammer. I received a jacket that was sold to me for male and it turned out to be for females and it's not as described a d they refused to return it and refund me. I have purchased glasses and they were broken and they refused to return it. This is a Fraudster selling secondhand goods. This is why the rating is 1.6 star. I hope this company goes in administration and get bankrupt soon

I had ordered sunglasse, prada, which were clearly removed from package before sending ( empty container inside a heavily taped box) till now no proper communication, only chat bots, always starting from the beginning. The law is clear: they have to send my refund asap as they are reliable. Instead i am wasting my time on chat bot communication. No service of online responsibility at all! This is a bad as it can get for an online shop.

From the seller point of view this is the worst platform on the market. The reason for their very high fee is the trust brought by their team of "experts" that review the items. These experts will let fakes through, but will wrongly claim inconsistencies or defects in items, and once their report is out, nothing can be done. One example: I sold a vintage barbour jacket, and the expert claimed that a snap was missing from the collar flap, which turned out to be untrue, and never provided any evidence or picture to back the claim. They however went straight to the buyer saying there was an issue with the item and he could cancel the sale. He only noticed it once the sale was cancelled automatically. I received the item back and it is perfect, nothing missing. Customer support was completely useless throughout the entire process, repeating the same line over and over again when they were clearly in the wrong, and in the end they banned me from the chat. Users keep lowballing items and VC heavily and repeatedly sends pop ups pushing sellers to drop their prices to ridiculous lows. They also ban any information sharing including pictures between users for fear people would use other platforms, because their added value is so low. I've been an avid user of Vinted and Stockx and others, VC is a complete joke.

I tried to sell a few designer shoes, listed quite low, I got offers that are ridiculous, I would rather donate them, and to make it even better, despite showing the shoes from every angle with over 20 pictures, a bunch of guys wanted to see them worn, even telling me how I should pose, seriously, this site seems to attract the Only Fans audience

I have had the worst experience with this company. I bought an item that did not fit me. They refused to refund me, please do not order from this website, it’s better to order from another company because if anything goes wrong they will not refund you. On top of that I’m not sure that the item is genuine. Wasted my money as a single mum of three kids.

It’s crazy the more I read the responses from this company to all the complaints it is like the copy paste, there is no real meaning, acknowledgment of the mistake they made or even a compensation to the client. If you have issues with them forget it, they are all about fake apologies. I sent my bag because they exchanged the one I bought, by coincidence one of my friends got it because we ordered the same bag (brand, line, color etc - same exact bag but she paid less for hers ) from 2 different sellers at the time and we got it in Germany the same day. I was so disappointed when I saw mine and she was so happy because hers came packed and with label like mine was supposed to be. I got to know she got mine because my seller posted the serial number in one of the pics. Long story short I didn’t get that one but I know my friend did since she sent me the picture of the serial number and what a suprise it matched with the one my seller sold me and I got to know they exchanged them. I was unhappy and furious, so I sent it back and asked for a full refund. It took me so long, I sent a letter with details, pictures, everything all the proof I had. Customer service doesn’t exist for them, very mediocre and all about covering their mistakes. Now that have reposted the bag I sent back but they did it with my original seller pictures. In the last picture of that post the serial number of the bag is there but it is fake, because my friend has it and if you buy it you will get it and you will send it back because it will not match with what you bought. I’m thinking either they never understood what really happened here and what my complaint was all about or there is no regard for the client. That posting is a fraud ! That bag is not the one they are selling and I don’t know how the dare to do this. RESPECT YOUR CLIENTS PLEASE ! This is FRAUD ! Be aware, they don’t even know what’s going on in their company. I think they are very disorganised. Please don’t reply to this post with your CS copy paste message that you care so much because you don’t. I’ll make sure I keep helping people get away from your pretty unreliable and unprofessional company.

"Warning: Beware of this company's deceptive practices! They falsely claim to authenticate products, refuse returns, and only accept them to resell and profit twice from unsuspecting customers. Their customer service is disgracefully rude, and the items they finally authenticate are often counterfeit. Don't waste your money on fake products!"

I have had the worse experience on this website. The customer service is appalling, actually disgusting! they don’t try to help you and you just end up chasing up an issue only for them to not respond or respond after hours. They clearly Do not value customer service or their customer nor want to retain customers otherwisw they would act correctly! It’s like only one person is tending to all the customer problems and picks and chooses when to respond. I’ve had a person called Rachel dealing with my query, something that is supposed to take a few hours atleast has dragged for 3 days. I feel like this website has scammed me. But I’m not the one, I am Not letting them get away with such poor behaviour. I will be reporting them to Trading standards as I feel scammed by them

NOT TO BE TRUSTED ! I got to know this app because of a friend, I wanted to buy a bag and I wanted to try first to save some money and buy it here instead of a store because I heard it was reliable. We were both my friend and I looking for a bag and we found one we like, the same day we order the same exact bag from 2 different sellers ( seller X and Y) my seller was offering a not used and with label bag (it was packed and all new) and hers was only not used. We paid different prices for our bags, I did pay more than her, we both live in the same city and by coincidence we were both getting the bag on Friday. She got hers on Friday morning and me around 3 pm. As mentioned above my seller posted the serial number, so I know which bag I should have gotten but when I open my bag my face was blank, I felt like this is not my bag, the conditions and the pictures from my seller were so different. I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed. So I open the bag and start looking for the serial number of the bag and i realised is not the one I bought. numbers didn’t match ! So simple. I knew my friend got hers in the morning so I texted her immediately and I said, this is not my bag, it looks so dusty and mine was supposed to be packed and new. Somehow hers looked so good, so I told her I think they exchanged our bags and they gave you mine. Can you please check the serial numbers and for my surprise it was mine, the one from my seller. I told her immediately this is my bag but for her it is hers (this is another topic) but what a horrible experience. Once I realised that, I contacted them immediately to report this to customer service, I told them is not my bag and I will send it back to them. I explained them they sent the wrong bag but they tried to convince me it was my bag and what a coincidence I knew what exactly happened to my bag. Someone else got it and for their disadvantaged I knew who even has it. So i explained them over and over again, with details, serial numbers, I told them I have all the info to proof what happened in this situation and one customer agent will say ok sorry send us the bag back, the other this is your bag (we checked) etc. Crazy ! I still paid a lot of money and they just wanted to make me think is the bag I bought when it was not the serial number my seller stated in the sell, the one he/she posted. I’ve been in contact with their team every day, asking for feedback the whole time, to be honest one of the worse customer service ever, They just try to reply yes our experts will check and revert but they took so long. I even sent them a letter explaining point by point but they never really reply on what happen3ed here. The sad part here is first my first experience was horrible, in every way. Second how can you trust their service if they exchanged 2 bags and they didn’t even realise? I just saw they reposted the bag, they are selling it themselves and they posted the original photos of my seller with that serial number when that bag is not the one, my friend has that bag and that serial number, I can prove it to anyone anytime ! Crazy how unreliable they are. To me they didn’t acknowledge anything, just a fake apology. We are sorry for the inconvenience but they didn’t care or comment about this situation. Sellers, be careful because if I didn’t know they exchanged the bags I would have think the seller is not serious or is trying to trick me. The sellers reputation is on the line when the real mistake here was from them exchanging the bags. It went down in the is warehouse. Now that bag is posted, the wrong bag ! I can’t believe. Buyers I can tell you that bag has an owner. I can’t believe they made this mistake, it seems they didn’t even realise their mistake ! Again, can they be trusted ? I’m happy to share my experience with anyone, I can prove everything I said here. I’m still super disappointed about this. So sorry my experience went so wrong, I didn’t get my bag, no acknowledgment or honest apology.
