Same problem of others sellers. They didn't pay me. Payment was scheduled for the 26th of February but never has been processed! Status is always the same. Hours contacting their call center and same story: we will advise the specialist department and we will be back to you. Nothing happens I will wait this week but if payment won't be done on monday I will make a report to police with my lower. They are stealing our money and that it is a crime.

2 weeks ago I tried to buy a bag and discovered that the system does not work. So I tried to reach out the customer service....yes I know.... but I am still a dreamer.....No way to get help. After 10 days I tried again with another bag and....again, the system blocked the payment. I called the bank and PayPal and everything is OK from my side. The issue is related to Vestiaire Collective. But after 2 weeks nobody has settled it. Of course I lost 2 offers I did and discount codes I had. Of course 2 vendors lost their sells. I have tons of chat transcripts and mails. Nobody does anything to solve. No way to talk to someone. Just a mail, after 10 days, asking me for a picture of the error message...I guess they think I have to try to make a new payment just to take a picture...Great job VC!

I sold my hermes bag for 9000$ and the buyer received the bag since 24 of February and till now I didn’t get my money Thousands time i chat them and emailed them and they told me will transfer to our expert team!! What i shall do please

I sold 3 my items and vestiaire paid me for my items on time, I trusted in this website I sold my 4 items last year December and waiting for the payment until now 2021,2nd March. I have contacted customer service and emailed and not got any reply, I keep getting excuses. I want to be paid for the items I sold. Vestiaire Collective is a SCAM - They will give you the run-around! They keep telling me they will “contact the expert team and get back to me in 3 days” it has been WEEKS WITHOUT MY PAYMENT NOW. All 4 items were supposed to be paid in DECEMBER 2020 last year! I can not accept you keep telling me “the expert team is handling this”. I want to be paid for my items and close my account. I have spent over 6 hours and 48 minutes in a total of 50 conversations with the chat support. They just give me the run around. They have stolen my items + money. Do not sale you item in this website, do not Trust

I've sold with Vestiaire for £2,325.40 still no payment.. This site is a scam don't transfer sellers their money from the sale! Payment status says that to be transfer but the date already expired but still haven’t being processed I have contacted customer service isn't helpful.

Sold something, shipped to them, passed the authenticy and conform test and should have been paid on the 26th according to the website, no payment was made, trying to contact them is almost impossible as they do not respond to mails, today is the 1st of March, chat doesn't work (comes up in Spanish, which I don't speak)

I sold in Vestiare like 5 things .But last time i send them LV bag for control. It took them a while to "check" it and then I received an e-mail that the handbag was not suitable for sale and that they would not send it to the buyer. So I let them send it back to me. I paid 12 € postage for the return. It's been a month and I have no info on where my purse is or where the money I sent them is. A very unprofessional approach to things that don't even belong to them. I tried to contact them but no answer. I still don't have my goods or money. I would be very happy if they sent her to sleep and did not leave things that do not belong to them.

I am a professional seller there for several months, and actually since I turned professional from being a private seller I ONLY face issues. They are unable to authenticate authentic items, asking for receipts, when as a consignment store most clients deliver items without. How do they even need a receipt if they are so-called experts? They forget to ship back "fake" items to me -I have to chase them for everything literally - even payments. They lost one of my items in their warehouse and claim its my fault that I did not ship it. They let buyers wait and don't inform them of shipping delays. They cancelled one of my sales because I was wrong with measurements of a popular bag by 1cm and then had to chase them to re-list the item. They are unfamiliar with overseas stock and special edition colors. So basically some times its fine selling and all goes smooth but the past two months have been a nightmare with them. If I didn't keep track of what I am selling and when they should transfer etc. I am sure I would be out of few items and money. Customer service in live chat is clueless and give automated answers - they have to raise everything to their "expert team" and then days pass without an answer and solution. I am not sure what I can say more about this. As you can read I am very frustrated.

I sold many items and there is always an issue! THEY BROKE MY ITEM during the control process and want to sell it for lest money now. Very bad customer service, cannot be reached, chat bot is automatic so takes ages to talk to an agent. SCANDALOUS

I have been a customer at VC for many years and have bought and sold many items. First of all, the commission fees are incredibly high. You would expect with all the money they must make from this that the website, apps and customer service would be better but this is not the case. I am constantly frustrated by glitches in the app and terrible customer service. I recently bought a pair of shoes where the seller was located in Australia but the item was said to be in Paris in the information tab (presumably Vestiaire Collective was displaying the wrong information). They also said in check out that I would not have to pay custom fees and taxes although I was already paying €60 to receive the item. After I receive the item I get a text from DHL asking me to pay 150€ in customs fees. VC customer service have been unhelpful, rude and are blaming the fault on the seller when I know this is not the case. One advisor left the chat before she had helped me resolve the issue so I had to wait for another to join. I probably have no choice but to pay this customs fee now. I feel incredibly cheated by Vestiaire Collective.

I have been a seller for over a year and have sold 40 items but I have been scammed by Vestiaire and please reconsider selling with them. Last month I sold a necklace and it got damaged ( I have provided photos to customer care as it was intact when sent to HQ to Hong Kong) and later received a voucher ( that did not work and got another one after contacting customer care) and apology but had to seek an official report and explanation. It was sent back to me for free. This week I had a sale cancelled because it was stated that the Chloe Marcie bag could not be authenticated. Again no photos no official report which I have asked for and also a charge of 12 EUR to get my belonging sent back to me. Holding back someone's belonging is an offence. I have since tried to transfer via my bank ( which does not allow transfers low like that) and via Western union which does not allow to send to companies. I am still awaiting for an official report and a different way of paying the 12 eur to get my bag back. Today the expert seller badge was removed and so was the trusted seller one and no email reply re that query. The bag where the sale was cancelled was deleted with no trace from my profile but somehow people still see it and put it on their wish list. I know for a fact that people have had same terrible experiences as I red reviews. People's authentic items being called fake dodgy email notifications with typos and dear ( insert name) adressing and no proof of experts check seems to be a common scenario. I feel that this platform has made nice money from my sales but would appreciate some clarity and assistance as their customer care is the worst and when they reply to an email ( after 4 days) they think I have the item and claim I have been refunded. I Have sent Customer care ( Jolina Marie in this case) 5 emails so far and have provided pics of hologram brand sticker and code of the bag, proof of trying to transfer money and asking if it could be done via paypal ( safer) and also query re loosing my badges. The lies and poor customer cares service have made me re think if I want to use them again. I do want my bag back and will explore all avenues even legal if needed.

Be very careful, l sell an expensive watch on Vestiar Collective and till naw l didn’t get my money from them. I contact via chat and email and promise that they made the payment. I don’t know what happened last 2 months with company. I lost my watch and my money!!!! I don’t know what to do!!!

I sold an item in December which UPS lost.I have been in communication ever since to get payment.The buyer was refunded but nothing for the seller.Over a week ago VC said payment would be received in 5 working days.No payment received.Very poor customer service.

Please think again when you buy something expensive from Vestiaire because if you get problems with them afterwards they don’t try to fix their problems. I had same experience than Theresia Yee Cheng Tan. I’m super upset about service and how they try to put you to resell item that in first place is not matching at all what you bought. Item that I bought was bag and leather parts where re painted and super glued. This is already matter of fraud so thinking to just forwarding this matter to another party.

Very disappointed and frustrated. I sold following item: Celine luggage purse, Olympia Le Tan clutch and a pair of Nicholas Kirkwood heels. I tried to contact Vestiaire by mail (they closed their support mail!) by chat and by phone. Turned out that after 14 days + of waiting for my money from 3 sold items, they had made a mistake. I asked for confirmation that someone would look into it and never got any. I tried chatting with the robot "Leo" several times, but no luck. Still waiting for my money. Costumer service is non existing. I just wan't to get paid for the items I sold, nothing else.

I do wish id read the reviews. I purchased something October and its till trying to get a refund for it as its gone missing. They keep extending their investigation time., I still don't have a refund. It was a item for mt husbands birthday which was the 5th of November. As you can imagine extremely embarrassing. The tracking (in the picture attached) shows the parcel has been involved in a 'incident'. 0 confidence. I would have thought luxury items would be appropriately packaged and sent using a proper method, not economy shipping?

Extremely unprofessional service; Dishonest Customer Service i.e. especially Jose Jinggo (Support Vestiaire Collective) and Daniel P (Support Vestiaire Collective). Due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism the issue has been forwarded to European Small Claim Court for a resolution. However, being a loyal consumer with Vestiaire Collective for more than six years, I find their reputation would depend on, amongst other things, to provide consumers with a decent service. I am very disappointed with their failure in doing so.

I have been a trusted seller off and on with VC. I have had multiple situations where I sent the sold item, the buyer received the item and I did not get paid. Mostly they claim “technical glitches”. Basically, if I did not track every single item I sold to make sure I got paid, then I would miss out on a lot of payments. The most recent instance was last month. I even messaged the buyer to ask if they received the item and they replied graciously that they did and that the item was perfect. I sent a screenshot of the private message with the buyer to VC and they still claim they must “investigate” the matter. I have contacted them every day for 2 weeks via chat and email (as they removed their phone number). Every time I’m told they will raise an urgent matter and I should receive a response within 1-3 working days. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE! It’s going on 3 weeks now since I should have been paid. The item was shipped first of the year! I have been slowly removing all my items from VC and selling on other platforms as their service has proven to be the worst!
