Please chose other company if you wish to sell efficiently and less stressful. The customer service of VC is non existed. Not only you are going to wait forever in the chat service, the assistants are never helpful and most of the time quite rude and passive aggressive. The commission is also way too high for the poor service they provided. Though the delivery system is fine, for my stand point, it is just another reason for them to overcharge the fee for service. Also the famous "authentication" that VC is pushing is not effective at all, not only sometimes you have to wait up to on3 month to be checked, the authentication sometimes is not even accurate as one of my cousins used the app and still end up receiving replica product as well. For the policy...this is the worst part, if you are a seller on VC, and if you read carefully on their policy, you will realise that there is essentially no seller protection whatsoever. Not only the full protection is granted to the buyers, the seller has no say in buyer's claim and has to be forced to accept whatever outcome the 'expert team' made which essentially is just whatever the buyer claim. In conclusion, this is not a platform that provide what they claim to the users, and furthermore, they can careless of what you want as long as they make profits. There is so many other amazing platforms out there that I have used and loved, but VC is just the worst of everything I have ever used. If you chose to use VC, try not to sell anything that is over 200 dollar, it will be too risky if anything goes wrong.

I was overcharged for my order - just under AUD1000. Invoice from VC and what was taken off my bank account did not add up. Been waiting now 11 days for "experts" to resolve the issue. No responses to my follow up e-mails. Additionally the bag was not as described yet they cleared it... Will not be returning and might have to escalate the case of police, as when I said I want to return he item they said they will refund me the price I was supposed to pay, not what I was charged

The quality control does not look at listing and doesn’t go over inadequacies with listing. I spent 1000 dollars and they would not take my bag back after i showed pictures. I will never purchase from them. They really don’t make sure it’s a fake either. Beware

First of all, I was a fan of the Vestiare collective, but not anymore. They say you can pay instalments and when you go to check out they don't have this option. I wrote to the support and they said they have a problem and no mention when they can solve it. What's the point to say you have a service that is not available??? Second my boyfriend bought me two items, and after 3 weeks of waiting time, they said the items are not available anymore. I talk about two orders with a total of 3000 euros. I can confirm that they have big issues and are not trustable.

I am over here sick. I purchased a LV from Vestiaire Collective bag and DHL delivered it to the wrong address..... its an address where I use to live. I did not give VC them that address I updated it in the companies system before I ordered it ...however somehow DHL was given my old address. Now the bag is in never never land. I was able to CHAT with someone at Vestiaire Collective about what happened. I was told to send a handwritten letter along with my ID saying that I don't have the bag. I was told to be patient. In the meantime, I have paid for a bag that I don't have in my possession. My issue is that I updated the address BEFORE I purchased to I am confused to why it was sent to my old address.

If I can give 0 I give this website 0! If u want to buy a bag u have questions VC(customer service) never responds and very slow!when u back to buy ur bag nothing in the cart because someone want to bought it!recover cart 🛒 is one day!that means u need to wait longtime but u are not sure bag exists !bad service and messy system!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!’ Vestiaire is terrible. I bought a Prada bag from a seller and had to pay extra for the Vestiaire team to authenticate the bag. They inspected the bag and cleared it saying it was exactly how the seller said it was. When I got the bag it was not how the seller described!! She said it was in perfect condition but the label on the front was rusted and the label on the inside was loose and falling off. There’s other things about the bag that make me question if it’s fake. I HIGHLY recommend not buying anything from this website. I spent 600 dollars on this totally messed up bag. NOT WORTH IT! let alone customer service is terrible.

a star is too much for this company. but unfortunately minus 1mio does not exist. very very very disappointed with the service of this company. Very unprofessional Customer Service. Very careless attachment to the customer and the goods. The goods are lost and no one knows where they are. The goods are canceled from sale. And the goods are simply ignored by the logistics and are sent back without warning the customer. The customer must pay post, customs duty, etc. no one knows what's going on and why. very large provision for sales, but a thousand problems and lost time to clarify all the problems. a disaster!!!! I do not recommend it to anyone

I sold a new pair of Balenciaga speed trainers. Sent them to France on March 23th. I never got any confirmation and suddenly they cancelled the transaction. I contacted their customer service several times never got a clear answer. Yesterday I called the Swiss Post and they told me the item has been refused by the receiver. Funny part is that a few hours later I got an email from VC telling me that the item never arrived at their warehouse. What a joke! Waste of money and time! And their customer service is terrible, really don’t recommend this app.

I was gonna buy a saint laurent bag from Grail but found out the item was fake and the seller was purposely trying to sell it and he knew it was fake. Was trying to rip me off. Just recently i saw the same fake bag on Vestiair. It seemed the seller managed to rip a buyer off and sold it and now the buyer posted the bag on Vestiaire to sell it. I'm not sure if the seller knows that the bag they bought is fake. Several times I wrote comments to the seller on Vestiaire to remove the item from because its fake but my comments gets deleted by Vestiaire!! I've found some unique items on their site but unless your an expert on fake items then i dont recommend you shop or deal with Vestiaire. Its risky. This is the link to the fake item. TERRIBLE customer service! just awful. completely slow and not one agent I have ever come across is helpful or friendly. they continue to fob me off, ignore all questions and leave the chats without warning and without ever having a resolution to my problems.

Terrible customer service and they don’t even try to help. They will take your funds without knowing if the seller will post the item to their warehouse. Then they will refund you the amount 6 weeks later BUT if you are in another country and back in a different currency to what the seller is selling then you will NOT get a full refund and be Charged foreign currency expenses. I will never be using VC again.

Well I found Vestiaire Collective after hearing about it on a blog. I really don’t understand how they can authenticate a bag that is clearly a fake. Lady Dior bag? Several things are off on the first one I looked at. Guess that’s my luck. I didn’t buy the bag as I could clearly see it was a fake from the pictures. That’s my first experience. I’m out!! See ya!

Ordered twice at Vestiaire, and both times really disappointed, also with the support. First time I bought an item it was a long dress. however to my surprise I discovered upon delivery, that the item was completely see-through. That was not visible in the pictures (it was black, so flat photography did not show it), nor was it in the description. When I contacted help-desk that such a crucial characteristic should have been in the description and that I want to return it as the description was incomplete. There response was that "they are sorry to hear that I am not happy" but that they do not take it back as quality check team says "the item matches the description". Very standard response as the whole issue was that the description was not complete in my view. The solution they provided was that I can put it back on sale for a discount fee. Disappointing. And now I am negotiating already for 2 days on a dress that I bought. Indicated online as a EU size38, but when receiving it, it turned out to be a EU size 42 (also clearly in the label). Flagged it within 24hours and now already spend a few emails to get this solved; it is clearly a non-complaint item, as description did not match actual item, which should have been discovered by quality control. It was even put online by concierge service, meaning that they put the description themselves... the solution they suggested: I can put it back on sale for a lower fee. So they say online that they protect against non-complaince of items, but in reality they do not. Receiving an item with a different size than you bought, is not seen as non-complaint. Really disappointed twice.

Customer service is extremely slow and rude, they don’t care about their customers. My first time buying on this site I saw 25.00 off 150.00 with code welcomeus that’s why I bought. When I paid and the code seemed to apply so I checked out and paid but it never applied. Moments later I contact customer service so they can help me make the adjustment for a partial refund or cancel and rebuy, and that’s the response I got per screen shot below. I have to take this with my credit card company hopefully to get my partial refund. I don’t recommend this site at all, every bad experience for the first time buying here! Order number 25905503

I'm so so so angry do not even think about selling or even buying from Vestiaire Collective as they will loose your items take your money and your time! I sold a prada bag the faboulous multi pochette prada hit bag!my bag was brand new! I trusted them by directly sending them the item with all its accessories! After 2 weeks I got an email saying the bag would not match the description as the strap and the pochette were missing!!! Totally not true as I have sent a full set bag with strap and pochette! Due to all this the buyer cancelled the purchase! Since then I contacted VC everyday and they finally admitted to have lost my accessories and they were still trying to find them! Meanwhile they have decided to send me the bag back with those missing items which I will not accept! I want my whole stuff back and I will contact a lawyer for sure! Please do not sell your items to them !!!

2 months ago I sold an LV sweater.. they canceled it, because the item doesn’t match the brand standards ( I bought it in LV store, so wtf?..).. okey fine.. I Had to transfer money (nonsense..) for return my sweater... and til 2months today my sweater nowhere...
