"I ordered a pair of shoes on 20th August. The shoes were sent on 28th August after 7 pm via vestiare direct shipping which is after their own cancellation policy deadline! I should have received my refund after the 28th. Instead they forced me to accept the delivery. The shoes have never left France. I live in Germany. The shoes remain at a pick up spot in courbevoie! Today I was told to go an pick up the shoes. So they expect me to travel 606 km!!!!! The biggest problem is that no one seems to read the carrier\u2019s information on the la poste website. There it is plain to see that the shoes have never left the country"

"I purchased a black soho Gucci bag which after wearing for one hour started losing the black paint to reveal a red bag. After three days of back and forth emails , returned the bag to eventually get a full refund. They now have it listed twice with different pics and different prices but no mention that it was originally red."

"I sold an item on the 1st of May, from the UK to Greece, Vestiaire told me I simply need to pack and attach the label, everything else being taken care of, turns out Vestiaire charged the buyer the import duties and VAT but didn't pay them. DHL needs those documents, reaching out to Vestiaire customer service is hopeless, they tell me to simply tell DHL that they paid it, DHL said no record of it, they refuse to get in touch with DHL, my item is stuck in customs. I am begging Vestiaire to please provide documentation - they won't. It is incredible and it is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their staff seems to be unable to read or lie to you flat out (\"We paid, just tell DHL to deliver\" - because that will work with customs).\r\nI had to use DHL as Vestiaire provides the label, I have no idea if I get my item back, DHL absolutely needs proof of payment for customs, which I don't have as the buyers pay Vestiaire, yet Vestiaire refuses flat out to contact DHL.\r\n\r\nDon't sell your items with them, you might simply lose them and they get destroyed by customs!!!!!! And yes, VC claimed that all duties were paid...\r\n\r\nPlease see attached screenshots"
