Because the company was flagged by my credit card company as suspect, I managed to hold off payment for my order after I realised the order number was not recognised by Wallis’ website. Very worrying as all looked genuine and seemed like the Wallis that I had dealt with previously. Thanks to the reviews of frustrated customers I was alerted to the poor quality of clothes and absence of customer service. Beware! I would not order from them.

Terrible service, I've tried to DM wallis but can't get on the site??returned 3 items in 1 parcel last month, still no refund, after alot of frustration with returns procedure, how am I going to get help, it's ridiculous. Spent £90 !!

I returned two items and waited nineteen days for a refund after e-mailing Wallis three times. The two tops I purchased were size 10 but were still too large. Also Wallis delivered a wrong item. In other shops I’m a size 12. I will not purchase clothing from Wallis again.

I tried today to return an item that's too big . They say they don't recognise my order number or email . I have an account with them so I don't understand . I'm sending back to Wallis UK from Ireland. This is a joke

Will not buy from Wallis again. Bought a top which was unsuitable. Returned two days later and no refund received despite tracking confirming receipt to Wallis 10 days ago! I have emailed them asking for my money but no response. They do have a customer service number but at 55p a minute i will not be calling. Will never buy from this company again!

Like so many others have said, I'm trying to return an item but can't generate a returns label. No response to my emails. Simply unacceptable that a company can trade in this way. As far as I'm concerned it is fraud, as they clearly have no intention of allowing people to have their money back. Will never buy another Wallis item.

I need to return an item to Wallis but impossible to get returns label as saying order not recognised so just doesn’t make sense. I’ve tried all different ways but still order number not recognised. Never had any problems before !!!!!

Ordered made on 24/3 and expected delivery 7/4 which has not arrived. Three emails sent and no response. Shocking customer services. I'm also sorry I didn't see Wallis had changed ownership, I would definitely not have placed my order as I am now out of pocket.

Item ordered was in poor condition, jumper was faded at shoulder, like it had been ironed and scorched. Looks like old stock.

Cannot print off a label can’t phone u and no reply to several emails . My advice is do not shop with Wallis

I have just recieved a coat it's far too big cannot generate a return at all tried several options available.no answer on the phone to head office..I want my money back maybe this can be classed as fraud they take your money and your left with somthing that's just no good...will never order from them again

Disgusting company. Still waiting for a refund from weeks ago, they send same email, saying refund takes upto 28 days, still no refund £70. They are hiding something from customers.

I just wish I had read these reviews before ordering two jumpers from Wallis. One was far too large and tried to return the item after reading policy and what to do. Obtaining QR code proved virtually impossible- kept getting "process failed - contact customer service" message. Tried to phone, send text and send emails - all pointless. Phone service not available, number not recognised for text and nobody bothered to answer Email. Will stick to Boden from now on - they care about their customers. Will never, ever buy anything from Wallis again. This is a company that clearly wants to go out of business - and deserves to! Difficult to understand how management can read these reviews and do nothing to remedy the situation.

Ordered jacket arrived and too small tried to generate a returns label says failed to download I then tried again and this time said I had downloaded already! Tried ringing fone lines are inactive tried to email but impossible so in desperation I went onto the resolve site to try to help had email saying they would send my dispute to wallis but heard nothing since, will never use Wallis again you have no recompense at all so left with a jacket that's too small

I have been trying to return a faulty item to Wallis for weeks now. It takes forever for them to reply to your emails and when they do they do not make sense. I will not be ordering from them again which is a shame because I used to shop there all the time. Very poor customer service.

Returned an item 2 months ago paid 9 euro and still haven't been refunded. Cannot contact wallis through email calls or leave review. Will never set foot in there shop again

Order arrived. Item too small. Went online to start the returns process but my account shows no orders. Therefore I have no order number to return the item. Multiple emails sent and messages exchanged on ‘messenger’. After 4 weeks, I still have no answer. I will NEVER order with Wallis and will advise my friends to do the same. I would like a reply and the issue to be resolved.

Received my parcel today - item faulty. I will NEVER order from them again. My phone number, no address to send back On line returns so difficult I am stuck with it. THEY WILL HAVE NO CUSTOMERS LEFT IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT US DON'T ORDER FROM WALLIS

Can’t get refund with Wallis do not reply to emails sent . Since it has been taken over customer service has been really bad . I know you can’t phone but why they can’t answer the emails I do not know . Never again they have lost my customer £40 down and no one accountable . Wish I had read the reviews before ordering
