Waiting since May for my order and 4 months later I haven’t received anything. They keep delaying my order. They have confirmed my delivery date this morning and then cancelling my order a few hours later. Worst experience ever.

If you want to pay by card in Blackburn you have to use the self service. They had signs on tills saying cash only. This discriminates people. Not everyone wants to use the stupid self serve machines. As a society where we are classed as free citizens WE should decide if we reach a till that is keeping someone in a job, whether we pay by cash or card. Wilko's are going to lose customer's very quickly keeping this up. Bring back the service where humans are on tills. It's much quicker and incase the head honcho's of Wilko's don't realise, this is the way to force people out of the high street and shop online with cheaper companies or companies that have better service. Home bargains and b and m are my go to now. NO self serve, employing local people to serve on ACTUAL tills, much better for those who want to choose how to pay. NO discrimination for disabilities or the fact people just don't want self serve.

Please take a look at the way my two small Dulux paint samples were posted and packaged to me. It's really really bad, i am sorry to say. I will not be ordering again.

I needed help with the self service till in aldershot after making a minor error scanning and told the assistant standing there I had scanned the same item more than once by mistake then tried to void them, the way she spoke to me was completely over the top and unprofessional telling me in a raised voice in front of other customers ( you dont touch the void only I touch the void, you dont ever touch the void again you call me next time) all this in a raised voice in front of other customers. Needs to learn how to speak to people properly.

Went Sutton in ashfield Wilko today till were disorganized and at least 6 self service tills were card only.Not everyone uses card for payment,myself included.Had to wait what felt like forever just to pay by cash cause people having to que.Management need sacking and won't ever go there or any Wilko again if all the same system.Disgusted shopper

Visited Wilko branch in Northallerton a few days after the 19 July. The lady behind the till instead to explain gently that wilko shop policy ask people to follow the old rules even if government give us FREEDOM to not wear mask, she was really really rude with me because I was not wearing a mask. And when I told her that I will not come back she answered it’s your choice and when I told her that I will write a review about this she answered fair enough. I’m working with customers too and I’m trying to be always nice and explain that what I’m asking them isn’t my fault but I need follow the policy of my company. If you are nice with customers and act in a polite way without making feel them as a criminal and wrong person you are always right. Wearing a mask now is my choice and you are nobody to make me feel wrong

I have been using Wilkinson’s restaurant in Sunderland for years the last 3 weeks I have been in the food is disgusting a chicken burger today had been nuked in microwave and the bun I wouldn’t have served food like that to the dog I will not be using your service again and advise others to be careful the money they charged I might as well have burned it like the fiod

Generally only 1 till open now due to dreaded self service tills. So longer queueing or the annoyance of finding bar codes, reading instructions, packing finding your cards/money etc. I won't be shopping here anymore. Prefer a good customer service. Will go elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant surprise a couple of weeks ago in your Stamford store when the young woman serving me packed my bag. Unfortunately, today I was "served" by one of your old timers who was not going to pack my bag under any circumstances. She became angry with a plastic container because its barcode was out of her reach. She picked up the offending container with a loud sigh and slammed it down on the floor. After I had packed my bag I paid and held my hand out for the change. She ignored my open palm and put my change on the counter with a triumphant glare. Overall it was a highly entertaining performance but poor customer service.

Wanted a trolly for 3 bags of compost, bird seed Fat balls. None available was told by security garden they have been left in car park. Why dosent some member of staff collect them. Wikinsons Yiewsley. So i went somewhere else and purchase.

Order 001255184300. I ordered some Dulux paint testers on the 9th May .. was told I would get them on 11th .. nothing ! Was told they were lost in transit ! Customer service emails told 2 stories ... 1. the order had been re. done 2. I would have to reorder myself .. now the 14th and they are not replying to me .. terrible service Wilko.

Shopping this morning at Wilko, Blackwood. As I entered the assistant at the door was chatting to a customer, totally oblivious of my entering, offered no advice re Corona Virus requirements. I picked up a few things I needed and went to pay. I was asked by another assistant if I was paying by cask or card. I was told to join the queue to pay with cash. There were 12 people waiting in the queue, with just 1 checkout for cash available,.Several check outs if using a card, all of which were empty. I asked a member of staff why there was only 1 cash checkout and I was told that they didn’t have the staff. This was on a Saturday morning, not mid week on a quiet day. They really need to up their game and think a little more shout the safety of their customers and the service they are providing.

I suggest you send a 'mystery shopper' to the Telford Town Centre store. They demand you use the self service till if paying by card.Not acceptable. When assistance is requested, it is ignored. I would suggest you spend some of your profits on educating your staff about what the term 'customer care' actually means

About as helpful as chlamydia. Ordered a waterbutt, 10 day delivery time, nothing after 10 days, tracking information just random characters, rang customer service, item lost in transit. A 250 litre waterbutt, hard to lose, maybe? Wilko knew nothing about it, up to me to follow up. Asked for another one, okay, will be sent. Out of stock 2 days later, have a refund. What a waste of time....

I orderd some paint of wikos web site it should have been delivered today but wilkos have said its going to be tomorrow dhl will deliver it asked for me money back only to be told I can not have it back till I have returned the parcel back to them the only problem being I dont have the parcel yet to return to them please don't buy off this site as the courier thay use are rubbish

9th Feb I made a £115 order. 10th Feb I was informed it had been dispatched and given a 6 day delivery window 12 hours a day. I waited in each of these days for the order to never come. I informed Wilkos of the matter and was informed, 2 days later, it would be investigated and id be contacted to discuss. I am then sent a short email with no apology nor explanation of a refund. I have to ask if my order is still coming. 2 days later, I am informed my order is not coming with no explanation. I explain I still want my order and do not want it cancelled. 3 days later I recieved an email explaining my order could not be located. No attempt to rectify the issue or make amends. 2 days later I am offered a measly free delivery as a gesture of good will but only as I have continously expressed my disappointment. However my order was £115 so qualified for free delivery so this does not help. I express my disappointment again and offered a £5 voucher. £5!. I express my disgust and how that does not make me want to reorder and offered a measly £10. 22 days of waiting for an order and making continous effort to communicate with an unprofessional customer service team to be offered £10 off. Not even 10% off my order which to be honest still wouldnt be enough for me want to re-spend £115 after the whole ordeal. Even independent resturants would waiver the cost of an item or bill for issues. And Wilkos a huge chain store think £5-10 is a good will gesture. Shocking.

would not even give them 1 star tried to buy a car battery charger never came asked where it had got to did not answer that one asked for money back dont seem to want to answer your problem just want to keep my money not got it back yet absolute rubbish firm never again back to amazon

NOT IMPRESSED TWO ORDERS NO DELIVERY I placed an order and was waiting for deliver from HERMES, tracking stated that on deliver to their HUB the parcel was damaged so I contacted Wilko who gave me a full refund GREAT. So I reordered and should have had my order on 8th Feb. Used the tracking from Wilko and it states HUB OUTBOUND still sitting there no tracking number for HERMES so assume it is still in their warehouse. Sent an on-line form and waiting to hear from them. WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN
