“Considering that we're going through a global pandemic, Wilko have provided me with an excellent & prompt service. The items which I wanted to buy weren't available in store, so I placed an online order with Wilko on the evening of Sunday 22/11/2020. I wasn't expecting my order to be delivered until the 01/12/2020, but I'am really impressed as it has been delivered today the 25/11/2029. Thank you to all of the team at Wilko.”

“I can't fault Wilko's customer service and response. I received my new Christmas Tree last week, it is pre-lit and came in three parts. the top part did not have the lights and I contacted customer services yesterday morning, yes I had to hold for over an hour but no big deal on the mobile, just left it on speaker and carried on with my work, I spoke to a lovely very helpful lady and a new top part of the tree has already been delivered today, just over 24 hours later. Best service ever!”

“Anita at Long Eaton store is one in a million operatives because she has the most caring attitude and is the utmost efficient operative at Wilko. At Beeston Nottingham store my wife was told the paint she required which she had been buying for years was a line that had finished and was not available. So much for that operative on the contrary the paint is still available and very much so. It is clear however the right person must be approached to get the correct answer.”

“I am a Wilko customer for a while,great prices, very pleased with delivery services and majority of items they sell on the market. The quality of paints improved massively over the year with unbeatable price. Wilko team work hard to keep up these standards.Well done! By the way this is my first feedback left to Wilko after testing lots of products.”

“Having rung several Wilko stores trying to track down a certain item which was no longer in stock online, I spoke to Sosiah in Bolton who took the time to check whether they had any left and found two. She put them aside for me to collect. She was pleasant and efficient.”

“I was hoping to find large plant pots to match others I had. Zoe in customer services advised they were out of stock but took the time to check stock in several stores in surrounding towns. Due to her help and patience I found all I needed from various Wilko stores.”

“I wanted large plant pots to match the small one’s I had. When I rand the Eccles store I spoke to Mark and I must praise him for the trouble he went to to check if they had any of the discontinued pots in the store. He checked everywhere in the store and warehouse and made my day when he found one, put it aside for me to collect and seemed happy to have helped. He was pleasant, efficient and thorough. Well done Wilko for employing such a nice person as Mark.”

“We live 20 miles from the nearest Wilco shop but always go to the Weymouth one when visiting the town. Usual spend about £50 as there are so many products that are cheaper than anywhere else. The shop is always very clean and the staff helpful. We always buy from the pet section for our 3 legged rescue cat, who is now 10 years old.”
