So yeah, awful experience. I ordered a couple of pillows for my son and have yet to receive them. I ordered them at the beginning of May 2020, received a shipping notification, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the support 3 separate times. Each time they took any where from 1 week to 2 1/2 weeks just to respond with what looks like an automated response. "Hello xxx, Thank you for reaching out. It looks like your last transaction was unsuccessful and your payment was not processed. We placed a temporary hold on your account to protect your financial data. We will need to verify that you are the cardholder in order for us to remove this hold from your account. Please send over the following: * Your photo ID with only your name and image shown" Two things come to mind when I read this. First, I can prove my card was charged for the full amount shortly after ordering, the charge still exist today. I sent them a screenshot of both the order and my bank statement, but apparently that's not good enough. Second they requested I send a copy of my personal ID. I will not be sending anything to them when it comes to their request of my ID, even if it's just a picture and name. REALLY, horrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from this site again, so they can enjoy the last $20 I'll ever give them. Yeah you read that right, all of this over a piddly $20.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered two ladies clothes items and on the last page where the payment is taken it shows you the delivery charge on this occasion it was £14 but unfortunately you can’t now cancel it just whizzes off with no warning, I immediately cancelled and I’m now trying to get refunded, I’m told that if I cancelled immediately the funds wouldn’t have come out of my account but I’m unsure on this until I see my next Bank Statement. I certainly would not recommend this a Company when they have the audacity to charge amounts for P & P that are nearly as much as the items it’s just not on.

Refusal to Solve Issues with Misdelivered Items, Items not being Delivered, Refusal to Refund Payments for All orders NOT Delivery. Kicking Back Delivery Dayes to Cover themselves. Defrauding Customers.

Product shipped directly from China.. arrived several months AFTER Wish’s initial promise of 6 week delivery. They did NOT refund and would not allow us to cancel. Bought a better item on Amazon for similar price and got it in 24 hrs. WILL NEVER order from Wish again.

Order some cycle jerseys. They have arrived and are all counterfeit. Wish wont refund back to my bank account. This site should be shut down and it should be excluded from Google searching. Please dont use.

I ordered on 17 July and was told it would be processed 19-25 July. Latest tracking says it is still in China and expect it delivered by 1 October!!!!

Delivery is appalling at the moment, 3 months on average now and keeps changing further away as your date approaches! Customer services is a bot , no contact with a human , refund is the usual resolve process, yes cheap but be prepared to wait months for your goods

Wish cancelled a number of my orders, refunded me the price of the item, but did not refund me for the shipping they charged me for. It's a scam and there is no way to contact them directly to make them accountable for this theft.

I ordered 2 items from wish, CCTV camera system and a carberater I got the carberater in 2 weeks but the CCTV system was sent back because of wish mistake on the address and now they refuse to refund my money ($276.00) back or send me the product I keep getting the run-around from them from the shipment is in transit to go to the app and get a refund but like wish you can get no were and changing the shipping date to Aug 8, but if it doesn't come then wait until August 20 for a refund what theiving scamming frauds, your better off taking your money to Vegas you got better odds on getting something in return

Very bizzare and complicated ordering system I gave my Card # and all other information. I wanted to order the Wehrmacht military pin. Great price I thought. So I ordered it. But received no confirmation. I waited about a week to check my shopping cart. I get a notice that the product unavailable.....What? I think my order was placed as I could see my name and address, and product. Then it all just disappeared. Crazy I'll never order from Wish again. But waste of time.

Ordered in June told 3-5 days, waited! Looked on order and now being told October, have emailed and been referred to the automated support “chat” to request a refund. You cannot request on the automated chat, so I believe I’ve been scammed, Wish.com is shocking and I will warn as many people as possible about them.

The Con & Lies continue So after finding away to send them the issues raised below I had a reply from Wish. All I can say to Brent Kaiser (wish customer support) is....stop sending generic email responses and deal with the customer complaint! So in the response Brent states he has updated my order details with a new estimated deliver.... yes you guessed it....its still the same! He states.....it is NOT POSSIBLE to open a refund request for an order that is still in transit during the estimated shipping Window.......But lets examine the facts when I placed the order on 10 June the estimated delivery was 3-4 weeks which would place it no later than 8th July.... so the supplier changes the estimated delivery date to the 11th September....So HERES THE CON.....by keep on moving the estimated delivery date and you don't have to process refunds. SO LETS FACE IT.....BEFORE ORDERING ARE YOU PREPARED TO WAIT OVER 3 MONTHS FOR YOUR PRODUCT AND HOW CAN YOU TRUST A COMPANY THAT TAKES NO INTEREST IN TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. My original review below Hushengjie you are just one big CON! Above is the supplier to WISH who were meant to supply me with some golf clips. SO I PLACED MY ORDER on 10 Jun 2020 with them saying it will be delivered in 3-4 weeks Here now is the up date Order Details Arriving by 11 Sep 2020 Store: hushengjie 14Pcs Golf Bag Clip On Putter Clamp Holder Putting Organizer Club Ball Marker Black, 14pcs, Qty 1 3 months waiting! HOWEVER HERE'S THE CON....go onto the Wish Website and you can place an order with the same supplier who says the earliest that they could arrive is..........30th JULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S WISH I will never ever reorder from you, you can't even provide a service for your customers to raise complaints

Please do not buy from wish.com, after getting your payment, they will hold your products for 3 to 5 months after that their customer service will tell you that they cannot return your payment because it's been too long. I ordered many items from they haven't sent me anything I am still waiting.

Wish is terrible, impossible to get refund and items are rubbish. Bad customer service and communications with support is like talking to a machine repeatedly. Won't buy from them again.

Wish I wish I never bothered with them terrible customer service and delaying tactics to prolong the refund process. I ordered 2 lounger cushions in May and they turned up on July 1st very poorly made and terrible material the stitching on the cushion starts coming undone so I asked for a refund on July 2nd- I am still waiting.

1. You make a purchase online 2. Wish.com takes your money and gives a ridiculously long delivery date 3. Wish.com mails you an empty envelope then marks your order as “delivered” 4. Wish refuses to refund your money When you tell them you received an empty envelope 5. Wish uses the fake tracking number on the fraudulent /envelope envelope they’ve sent as their reason for not refunding your money. It’s a scam Order NOTHING from wish.com- they are scammers. Committing fraud. I’ve reported them to the federal government for mail fraud and hope they are fined and shut down permanently.

Order estimates way off and had been impossible to get a refund. Order was placed on June 17 with an estimated delivery between June 27 and July 9. Delivery date has been pushed out several times. It’s now estimated for Sept 25. Had to go directly to credit card company for refund.

Becarefull when leaving your card details in wish account. As i received sms said that i have purchase a watch when i dont even purchase it. when i login to wish account i did see the purchase item. Luckily i can cancelled it and block my card. As when i log in the order was made early morning. it seem that the seller it self hack in and purchase it. i have cancelled the accouunt and i will not buy from wish. it is a scam.
