“Worst customer service. I bought something worth $400 and it was defective and they never responded to any of my emails.”

“Humm im rating wish at 2 star only because im fairly new to this company. Very strange when i first started buying from this company products were pretty ok quality the delivery was fast even during pandemic then all of a sudden i questioned the authenticity of this company regarding the 1.00 deals ( limited deals) as it seemed they never processed my offer in time to receive the item. And believe you me i applied for many of the limited offers to see if it was legit and i would get it ! But not one worked. So please dont apply for them. I also encouraged many of my co workers to sign up and sent them my link and i received nothing for referrals. So im also questioning that offer. Also Now that i am into my second month of ordering i find the delivery times have drastically changed and things are taking so long to arrive! And the quality dropped big time!! Down to quality you would find at a dollar store shop.so disappointed. Also im starting to question reviews as the reviews don't match the quality of item im receiving. Also the company names changed a great deal to questionable names and products. Its really strange. I will have to wait and see how the rest of my products arrive from here on and have put on hold any more buying until they can win me back as a loyal customer. But if i continue to see shady poor quality items i will have my tech guy at work really investigate this company. The power of social media is strong in this day and age and im not normally the type of person who boycotts a company but if i continue to observe questionable things i will become an advocate for the public to help warn them away from unreputable companies.”

“Absolutely a disgrace company advertising something saying things included and when arriving only I Item of the included item when returning it you pay for returning as well as £8 delivery charge it was false advertising trade and standing should be involved I will not be leaving this so people do not buy from this company”

“Recently ordered several items from Wish to see if they lived up to the reviews.What a load of absolute rubbish...all went straight to recycling bin....the reviews are either fake or there are a lot more stupid people about than I thought.Total trash! Horrible materials,awful workmanship and terrible sizing.”

“Sexually explicit and wildly annoying ads on Google, YouTube and Facebook, counterfeit, cheap, and potentially DANGEROUS goods (you'll UNLIKELY recieve). It's all a big scam. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon! Amazon has goods that AREN'T Chinese knockoffs! If you still want to order from Wish, you have been warned!”

“My order was 3 pairs of leggings which are light and shouldn’t cost much to post. I’ve got some of the same ones before and it cost very little for postage /Packing. This time the cost just for posting/packing was €28, nearly 3 times the total cost of the leggings. A right rip-off.”

“I have had an ongoing issue of items being ordered on my account which I did not make. Fortunately, I was able to cancel some orders when I was alerted to them but there were others which Wish was unwilling to cancel. Wish's responses were unbelievable and totally unsatisfactory, merely telling me over and over, no matter how often I complained, when the unordered items were due to arrive. They refuse to refund my money which they unlawfully stole. They have left me no alternative but to take the matter further. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SHYSTERS!!”

“I bought a 'smart' phone from Wish. It was advertised as running Android 10 with 8GB system memory and 256GB storage. What was delivered was a phone with Android 6, 1GB system memory and 5GB of storage. The settings had been doctored to indicate it had the advertised specifications. Wish didn't want to acknowledge the tracking number on the box and as such brushed away any chance of a refund. So all in all Wish is a supplier of fraudulent equipment and I recommend to steer well clear of the outfit. I have given up trying to get satisfaction.”

“Do not buy. Possible scam. Slow service, products don't match description, Worst customer service. I have bought a few times from them and every time it took 3 months to get delivery. They tried to scam me by giving a fake discount code for third time.”

“PLEASE IGNORE THE HIGH RATINGS !! I BELIEVE SOME OF THE HIGH RATING STARS MUST BE FAKE!! MY EXPERIENCE WITH 'WISH: EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES FOR REFUNDED !! NO RELY AND YOU CANT CONTACT THEM! ALSO I PAID A LOT FOR DELIVERY & PRODUCT CAME 7 SEVEN WEEKS LATER.”

“I am unable to contact customer support, view my orders, and I have had several items never show. I was denied a refund for an item because too much time had passed and a couple items took almost two months before I was issued a refund. Right now I just want access to view my order. I'm able to view everything else except orders and customer support.”

“I ordered a number of items back in March (yes, when Covid started) and I expected a delay because of it. I didn't receive my first item until June, received the majority of them through September. I have yet to receive two of the items and when I went to customer service they said it was too late to get a refund. Even the tracking of these items shows they never delivered. That is ridiculous. That is the first and last time I will ever order from this site. BEWARE BUYER!”

“I tried returning a pair of shoes that were the wrong size, they did not offer a return option, I even offered to pay for postage. I would never deal with them again. It is my fault for being attracted by the low prices, in the end they are an expensive pair of shoes that are going to goodwill.”
