“fraud at it's very best do not submit payment details to this companies app,wish is a complete scam,ordering via mobile app is simply not secure since there is no protection,but that is not all,then the products are different from what is being advertised so this is another red flag,then comes un-authorised transactions which obviously they are not going to be refunding either,monies on the other hand are not refunded,and if a refund takes place please be very weary that IT IS NOT GOING TO BE IN FULL,NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL”

“This company is scramming people I ordered like $10 in product found out next day I didn't but a few of the items even though they ran payment from my cards they said they where refunding money for the stuff I didn't get it's been a month now no product no money back and I found out they took $75 off my card not $10 they don't respond to emails nor messages its all ran by this robotic scam please don't give this company ur credit 💳 card info this is complete fraud”

“I've ordered a drill set since Nov. 29 and I got a message that it was delivered in New York but at the same time my address that I gave is in Canada. I've tried many ways of trying to get the attention of someone but been led to an automated robot and never anyone to talk to directly but rather indirectly. I complain and asked for a refund or my product but to no avail. So if someone reads this maybe they can get in touch with me because I felt as if I'm been dooped or swizzle out of my money and no merchandise to show for it. I do need a direct response from someone in person. It's a gift for someone and I can't seemed to present my present and I do have a receipt and my account to show where the money has been taken so why haven't I gotten my merchandise? I am, Shane Howell. Jan. 24, 2021”

“I ordered a size 7 pair of snow boots from Wish. I then received an email, which stated that I would be receiving a size 5 pair of boots. I contacted Wish Customer Services immediately by email to state that I had ordered a size 7 pair of boots and would they please ensure that I would receive a size 7 pair of boots. Wish Customer Service, had obviously ignored my email, because when the boots arrived, they were in a size 5. I contacted Wish Customer Service and said that I now wanted a refund of my money and a prepaid addressed label. Once again Wish Customer Service have ignored my email and I have now put my complaint, into the hands of a company who deals with companies who treat their customers in a shoddy way. Furthermore, I am now stuck with a pair of boots that are two sizes too small. I have tried to find a way of getting a refund and returning my boots, by logging in to my Wish account, but nothing happens when I press the relevant button. Thankfully I have evidence that I ordered a size 7 pair of boots. I also have evidence, that I received an email stating that I would receive a size 5 pair of boots. I am disgusted with Wish and I could kick myself, for not reading the reviews, before I ordered these boots. If I had read the reviews, I would have discovered that Wish were not a safe company to deal with.”

“Never received items that I ordered. Said items that I ordered would be there for Christmas. Then they billed my credit card and said that the items were delivered. Had to call Fedex and USPS And my credit card and prove that I didn't get my order and all Wish wanted to do is refund me for 1 item minus the shipping charges. SCAM alert!!!! Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Call the BBBetter business bureau. See that they are not approved.”

“Order was late by 10 days. Shoes are a 1/2 size too small. I ordered the same shoe 2 years ago and ordered the same size. They say the order was fulfilled. Then they want ME to pay to return the shoes for a credit. Really? Freight to China?? Will not buy another thing from this site.”

“100% fake everything is fake,from the app to the products,for example:a customer receives a notification that he or she has been refunded,however the refund never materializes and never receives the refund,there are also instances in which customers have been scammed,because the payment details are stored on the wish app so this is also extremely dangerous,not secure at all”

“fake feedback fake reviews the products are cheap, arrives very late and most of the time items arrive damaged. I had an issue with a refund that said it was refunded , they closed the case and it was not refunded? do not buy anything from wish. be careful! heard they charging random credit card numbers.”

“I either did not get the product that I ordered and all they want to do is offer wish cash they don't want to even resend the product the rings I ordered have turned my finger different colors and they're just bad all the way around and their customer service is non-existent”

“Hi, I ordered a few things from Wish early last year 2020, after waiting a few weeks I recieved one item, then a few weeks later, the second item. I have been waiting over 9 months for a pair of boots which are yet to arrive! They are impossible to contact and don't offer refunds after a period of time. I will not buy anything from them ever again!”

“My purchases are all long overdue and as most people have said on their posts/reviews, it appears that Wish no longer refunds you when items are late. After 4 months of waiting, I no longer want any of the items and will NOT ever purchase from Wish again and encourage others to think carefully before placing a purchase. Basically you will get cheap rubbish (IF it ever arrives) after months and months of pointless waiting for it and now (in 2021) they have clearly changed their rules and you will not even have the option of receiving a refund.”

“I though I ordered a cat tree not a lousy fuzzy out of focus bent plate for $21.95 that showed blurry cats. This was not fully disclosed in the catalog that you were getting a plate like a license plate to hang. The quality is so poor that my phone takes sharper pictures. When chatting the choices are limited and you are nit able to explain your complaint”

“I bought 5 products to WISH in wish.com on the 5 of Dic. And I waited long time for the delivering and the products never arrived, then I asked for my refund and they say that I have to wait 5 more days to ensure the shipping wasn't delivered, then they told me they were going to refund, then the refund never appear in my bank account, then I complained and they told me I should wait for another 14 days because the banks sometimes delay in refund the money, but the money wasn't refunded after the 14 days, and then I ask for the tracking key of the transaction of the bank transference and they never provided any information about that. They are a bunch of thieves! There should be some way to block this website and to fine and put in jail all this persons!”

“Bought sunglasses and received the wrong color. On top of that they were incredibly small and poorly made. Reflects nothing of the real product. I made a review stating the size was “too small” and my review was changed to “just right”.”

“Paid for the item, only £14 to Wish.com with paypal, 'wish' said it would send me an Email when it was sent. After two weeks nothing, so I checked the original email from them and opened the 'Tracking' and a message said I had been refunded, with no explanation and no way of contacting them. I clicked on 'accept refund' and the email disappeared completely, not even in the mail trash. Checked Paypay but no refund and no parcel, that was the last I heard from them. If you've had a similar experience and paid with Paypal you need to go into your paypal account and delete 'Wish' from it. Wish.com is a scam and should be closed down.”

“Delivery is slow. Over 35 days. Price was fair. In process of trying to return and get a refund. Very difficult to deal with. In my effort to get a return authorization they have stalled and sent me five emails trying to get me to keep the product by accepting a 20% discount. With resistance, they have now sent me a return authorization but of course, I pay the return postage. Oh and today I received another package for the same product. Just pitiful service.”

“I made multiple orders a couple days ago. Nothing appears in my account, as if I made no purchases. My credit card verifies the charges. Where is my order history? I expect to see it. It should be visible. Step up your game, Wish! That was 20 days ago and I have not heard back. I'm still seeing charges on my credit cards but I can't verify them on Wish. I guess I just dispute each one since they won't cooperate. Stay away people, stay away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, don't be as gullible as I was.”
