“i order my item never receive and there no record what I purchase , thank i paid by pay pal Canada I got transaction and record from pay pal Wish is completely SCAMNED . no way to contact them i lose my 12 dollars only”

“I wish I could give ZERO stars This is the most DECEITFUL website I have ever used. I was totally scammed by them recently. They advertised a 236 piece toll set including a LARGE COLOR PHOTO of a full tool set for an amazing price of $18. When it was delivered A MONTH LATER, it was actually a single tiny wrench that they now claim can "do the job of 236 tools" and can be "added as an upgrade to the 236 piece tool set in their on line PHOTO" Since being scammed, I have found tons of other examples of deceiptful advertising on Wish.com. For example: They advertise a BIG PICTURE of a bicycle with a full description of the bicycle with a very tiny mention of the word "light" buried in the description. Their goal is to make the viewer believe they are purchasing a full bike for a great price like $38, when in fact, you are getting ripped off by paying $38 plus shipping for a two dollar light you could buy at Walmart. TRUST ME.... DO NOT SHOP ON WISH.COM”

“First and most importantly, wish.com is a scam operation. Part of their operating platform is a Ponzi scheme. Which will take orders for products that are not available which enables them to keep customers money for three months or longer. Which then uses that money to refund other customers. If the government does not shut this operation down first then what will happen is eventually they will run out of other peoples money to refund it other customers. The chance of receiving the product you ordered is less than 10%. The bank on low prices causing customers to just throw their hands up in the air and say “well it wasn’t that expensive a lesson” ! Actually it’s not a bad business model where you do well over $2 billion a year in business and only deliver products in about 50% of those sales and then only a small fraction of those products or what the customer ordered. wish.com probably has one of the highest profit margin‘s on the Internet! Please, world governments, shut this criminal down”

“This should be a zero rating. I basically ordered 1000pc tool kit which should come with a tool box as a briefcase and 4 trays. Instead i received a Ratchet Spanner! I got scammed!! Don't trust Wish!”

“I am an independent, self-supporting artist with works available for purchase on a few select sites. I was recently informed that 'lots' of my designs being sold on Wish - NOT one of my chosen outlets. When I visited the site I found more than 63 direct copies of MY artwork being sold on their platform. I submitted the relevant take-down notices for copyright infringement, nothing has happened. Yet another company content with making money from stolen artwork!”

“Cheap roducts, very poor quality stuff, don't waste time and money, brought a smart mobile nice pictures only, no guarantee to get your money back, fake customer support, like texting to a robot with standard irralivant answers, don't go near wish.”

“I wouldn’t even give this company a rating!! I got scammed out of a lot of money. Please people out there be very careful!!!! I had ordered all my Christmas Gifts from them, I never got any of them . We left the State a few months ago and our mail service called. You have got a pickup load of stuff down here. We won’t be home for a couple more months yet, so I have no idea what is going on. I do know I didn’t order thousands of $$ worth of products! Do they charge extra to your account, send extra items you didn’t order? I have no idea. Anyone else out there have this problem too????? They do have all your credit card information I do know that. Anyone know what I should do? Canceled credit card. Notified LifeLock, and my bank. What else do I need to do ? Will also have to pay storage at Post Office. I am afraid I am in over my head! As for a rating on this company, well they don’t go that low!”

“Wish is selling abnormal size junk. I ordered a ring in a size 10 which is my ring size. I have ordered other rings in size 10 from wish but the black titanium ring when I received would not even go half the way down on my ring finger. I contacted wish customer service thru the online chat and they would not exchange the abnormal size ring for a larger size nor refund the too small in size ring. This is junk and I have disconnected my account from them. A size 10 is a size ten but when measuring the ting it was tagged as a size 10 but was not, instead it was a size 9. Other items I purchased in fabric; the colors faded after one cold water wash and some items faded on my skin while wearing them. Dont waste your money.”

“Fake products, which is not only illegal but potentially dangerous. I ordered a face cream, that I thought I was buying in the UK but came from China after 5 or 6 weeks. But when it finally arrived, it was a small trial size with who-knows-what white cream. The original cream is blue. I reported and ask for a refund from Wish but I soon realized this is not a normal company and raise a dispute with my bank. Stay away. NOT REFUND SO FAR”

“I bought a progressive multifocal reading sunglasses. It says, lens color transparent, it's not, because it's not a progressive multifocal glasses I ordered. This is just a pair of reading sunglasses, but are not a progressive multifocal reading sunglasses (just like the one you can get from $1 tree). I told the customer service and they totally ignored my issue of my purchase, and told me I received what in the description and in the title as stated. And closed the case stated, "resolved". So ridiculous! This store just slowly turning to a scammer are the sellers, counterfeit is the products, and customer service have no service at all! Like you paid for something you saw on the list, but you don't know what you will get after a month of waiting in the mail.”

“First I ordered a Makita work radio, the photo posted for the product was a real Makita radio, but what I received for close to 20 dollars was not the Makita radio, it was a thin metal plate on which there was a picture of the Makita radio. Then I started reading very carefully what each add said. The next purchase was for a mountain bike. I paid 38 dollars, the add had the picture of the bike, description of the bike and the tires, it mentioned that the bike was for a 5 to 6 foot tall adult person, even had the size of the tires and other details. What I received was not a bike, not even a tire, just a small plastic piece 8 x 10 cm in size. I complained, but Wish said I received what I ordered. At approximately the same time I ordered a tool box with close to 200 drillbits, screwdriver bits etc. This was what was posted on Wish.com as description of the product, and the text from the seller listed all close to 200 bits. What I received was just a thin metal rod, when I complained to Wish they answered that I received what I ordered, which is a rod to open the toolbox, but not the toolbox or the 200 bits inside. Wish.com is a total scam, you cannot trust any photo for any product, they should be taken to court BY THE GOVERNMENT, and all their property confiscated to refund the customers. The Wish.com owners and administrators deserve to spend the rest of their lives in prison, with the likes of Bernie Madoff.”
