“If you are going to order from WISH do yourself a HUGE FAVOUR and use PayPal That way you can claim a refund through them Believe me you will need to Customer service is automated so you CAN'T deal with wish directly CRAPPY GOODS CRAPPIER SERVICE”

“I ordered 2 items from wish.com website on 9 Feb 2020 and today already 27th of May 2020 and still I have not received my order yet. One more thing is that one of the items i ordered They run out of stock after I placed my order and they told me that they will refund the amount of that item, but still until now they didn't do any actions!!!! So I was trying to contact them but there is no way to reach them because they are using chatbot only to answer my queries and they don't display on their website any contact details like email or phone number. I'm in UAE and I have made a complaint to UAE government to block this website in UAE because I don't like to repeat the same scenario with other people who live here.”

“Ordered goods over £200 , didn’t received items on delivery date! With no explanation delivery date got pushed back to June and wish won’t even give me a refund BEWARE...Avoid at all costs !! I’m having to go through PayPal to recover cost”

“Avoid WISH at all cost ! Total scam, delivery dates constantly extended, tracking system totally fictitious, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL and only generic computer reply to emails. You can't speak to a human in any form. To top it off they also take money from your bank once they have card details. Do not get caught by this scam of a site.”

“I placed my first order yesterday. I was excited about the web site and the low prices. I make jewelry, so thought this was a good place to get supplies. I placed an order for an item that was supposed to be $0.50 for the first purchasers of a product. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THE PRICE HAD CHANGED WHEN I ORDERED IT. Now it is marked $29.99, and they say they cannot change the order, because it is ready to ship. Then they say it won't ship for 2 weeks. This is totally a scam and will not order again.”

“Wish is a Scam company. The clothes take almost two months to come and when they do arrive, the quality is cheap. I ordered clothes in April and still have not received my order. There is no one you can talk to. Everything is an automated system, so you can’t get your money back. I Wish I had never ordered from them. Beware Scam company”

“I will NEVER order from this scam ever again!!!!! I spent over $200 over a 2-3 month time. The only things i have ever received are plant seeds. I have tried to contact CS, they dont respond. I WANT MY $$ BACK!!! Keep changing delivery date!!”

“Wish customer service is not reliable, they steal my money by refusing to refund my money for non-delivered item. They pretend the refund window period was close for my order. The problem is that they are the ones told me to wait until that time before requesting a refund if I still don't get the item by then. When I contacted them back for my refund, they said the window is close. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered an inverter and 3 other items from April 14-20 and inverter has bin sitting in china since the 24th of April and the other 3 items have not bin delivered even though tracking says they arrived at destination country customs on May 13th. Also there TRACKING # are fake. Also when i get to checkout the price that was charged on some items was not reflected from the original price offered they went up.the shipping is way to hi for the long time it takes to get, if it even does arrive at all. I will tell all do not use WISH or you will WISH you hadn't.”

“There is NO customer service Prices are low because most of the clothes are cheap It may take months to get your order or you won't get them at all. So with all that said, imagine trying to get a 'refund'?! It's laughable! There's no customer service. The US should really shut this down here.”

“I have ordered 4 times on wish, my bank account has been charged and in all 4 cases, I never received my orders. I have lost faith in this company and if I even by some sort of luck receive the items purchased, I will never order from them again. You cannot get to a live person, you are continuously routed and rerouted through a computer-generated support contact. I have gone to the point of just typing in a ridiculous sentence and they responded as if I asked it something legitimate. I no longer have trust in this company. Also, when one of these items was ordered with a fringe dress that was never processed at all and the order of only one of the items supposedly was shipped to me, it was stated I would receive it no later than May 16th. However they already have charged my account for every item purchased and still, nothing has arrived.”

“Ordered an item that, according to their shipping email, was sent out on 5 May. According to their tracking, it 'Arrived at customs of destination country, USA' on 10 May. Since then (and since they give no US tracking number so I can look for it myself) there's nothing. I'm assuming (perhaps erroneously) it's still sitting in Shanghai. Then comes the switcheroo: 'Delivery Estimate: May 12, 2020 - May 21, 2020' (on their shipping email) became May 21 - June 5 after I first contacted Customer Support. Speaking of Wish 'customer support' - it isn't: it's a canned computer response that says, in a nutshell, 'Can't do anything until you receive the item, please be patient, everything's slow now because of Coronavirus'. I finally gave up on it once I saw they'd changed the arrival date. I'm considering it lost, and $30 blown. But I do know one thing - they're aptly named: Order from them and you'll WISH you'd get it.”
