“Wish!! Terrible - most of the items don't arrive and if they do they charge you a re stocking fee for non collection even though you have!!! The rare items that do arrive are cheap tat - and you cannot contact anyone human as it's always a robot response!! And if you return something they give you a fake address in Schipol!!! Avoid totally!!”

“Ordered TESLA Model 3 S X Y Counterweight ring from Wish.com. Send some cream and not honoring the sale, customer service not refunding nor sending original item ordered. Stay away from this company, not worth the hassel.”

“They should be shut down. They present a product at a price and if you select color, the price automatically increases. False advertising! I never got the item I ordered, got the run around from the company. Finally it was resolved via my credit card company. Never do business with these fakes.”

“Wish is misleading. Recently thought I was buying 3 CCTV cameras. Options were to purchase with SD cards (or so I thought). I chose the option for 32GB cards. Paid $60, all I received were the cards. Trying to send these back as cards without cameras are useless to me. Will not use Wish ever again.”

“My partner purchase two items with wish but when he received them they were to small, he tried to get a refund and they refused him, never buy from wish. The refund policy is a load of rubbish.”

“Rip off. Made a couple of orders, lot of OOS items, I have accepted the alternative - did not even got the item and it was marked as delivered. Latest item was poor quality, literally falling apart. I accepted that as well, but paying for something I did not even receive is a real rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

“Ordered 2 pair of leggings normally I wear 12/14 size large. I ordered XXL these maybe would fit someone that wears a 7/8? This is my second bad experience with wish.com won't buy from them again!!”

“Item did not arrive and then when I wanted to report it, it said that the 30 days were up and I was not eligible for a refund. Tracking #: WI001953412025FPL will concur that the item never reached me. I will never again buy from Wish. Anyone reading should do the same, Wish is a total rip off!”

“Absoulete rubbish I've never shopped online I finally decide let's try and see what online shopping is all about.instead of throwing $250 on poker machine I wish I did I wouldn't even give these things to the homeless pair of running shoes broke cause the shoelace strap wasn't even a strap plastic further more some jumpers for running yuk the only thing that I wa t from them now is the camera that took the photos of these items cause it deffinalty fooled me never again wish🤙”

“This website is VERY bad. They have sellers who sell misleading, totally defective products, that will not work for you. Then they will never refund or even apologize. As an example, i bought two Mummy and me dresses from them. The seller claimed dresses are cotton. They are not. They are pure synthetic (after I received them in almost 2 months after placing the order). On top of that, Mother's dress is defective, having a hole, and badly made. And one of the sleeves leaves a deep scar-looking trace on my arm, as the ribbon is too tight even for a baby arm. I had the trace for 2 days after taking the dress off!! It's an injury!! Around the same time, I ordered the shoes from that website (not knowing HOW bad they are yet). The shoes came in a separate package after the defective dresses. Needless to say, instead of a claimed 'leather' the shoes were synthetic. On top of that, it's impossible to connect them in any way to a foot. Seriously. I was not able to make a single step in them. They are created not for humans. I don't know how they could come up with such construction and configuration, but the shoes are not functioning. Nobody even apologized, not talking about giving a refund to me. Misleading, counterfeit, wrong website, awful products, terrible customer service.”

“They don’t deliver product then act like it’s your fault, tracking is from China and ends in Australian customs. Doesn’t supply further tracking It’s a scam. Customer service automated responses just ignore you.”
