“Wish are a ripoff, have no customer service, have ripped me off for 156.00$ FOR AN ITEM THAT I DID NOT ORDER, CANNOT BE FOUND ON MY ORDER HISTORY, BUT VISA CARD AND PAYPAL SHOW THE CHARGE. THEY CANNOT TELL ME WHAT THE ITEM IS THAT I SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED. VERY DODGY SAVE YOUR MONEY. Nothing has been delivered to me.”

“Absolutely terrible... I already know the quality of wish isn’t the best, but now I’m being charged for items I never even received. Of course, it was also the most expensive items on my checkout list that never arrived. Contacted customer service, and they refuse to refund me or send any replacements. I would prefer if I could somehow give them no stars, but 1 is as close as I can get. Order says it was shipped and delivered, but never arrived.”

“I ordered a Bosch solar-powered pest repeller. After a long wait with delayed delivery I received a cheap unbranded battery operated pest repeller! They said I received what I ordered and they are declining to pay the original postage cost or the return postage cost. They are scamsters!”

“Shoddy and/or counterfeit products. Awful or no customer service. Avoid like the plague. I ordered a phone. When it arrived, it was not as described and doesn't work properly. I sent off a query and the reply I received said "all our phones work normally". Normally for rubbish.”

“Despite advertising that Wish refunds etc their customer service is non existent when you have a problem. They just keep sending the same stock answer email and so do not address your query. They take the money and run. No intention to provide service, let alone a refund for faulty, inferior, rubbish Chinese products. Do not be tempted.”

“Wish are thieves Wish obviously don’t manage their suppliers. Watch out for a Scam! They have a 30 day refund policy that they use to cheat customers!! I ordered product and was told I would receive it 33 days later. When it didn’t arrive I queried and was told be patient. I never received the item and when I tried to claim I was refused because it was past 30 days? They made no attempt to validate the fact that the item never reached Australia. That makes them THIEVES ☹️”

“The expensive garden furniture I ordered never turned up, the refund was sent to wish cash... basically I have to spend it on wish products which is a total scam ! I was offered a refund to my bank but it never happened, 7 weeks later and lots of complaints from me and they still have my money and I have had to go to trading standards to get it back. DO NOT USE THEM”

“NEVER, if you're a business owner offer your store as a wish pickup location. Your left with organizing, dealing with wish inconsistencies, storage issues all for $.50 a package. Not worth it!! Not to add "Buy it nows" leaving you PENNIES for multiple package pulls.”

“Wish had taken over £200 from my account with out my authorisation and with out ordering the items they charged me for. I have been writing since October and never got the issue resolved and still waiting to get my money back for over nine months. Does any one know how to get my money back. I am a pensioner and can't afford to loose the money. Please help if you know how to get my money back please advise”

“Item descriptions are misleading as misleading can get pictures and descriptions say it's one thing and then somewhere in some little bitty freaking writing somewhere it says very very short and not descriptive at all what it really is which is junk. Robbers, scammers, thieves is what wish is. Everything described a small refrigerator ended up being a cool ice pack.”

“I bought 3 artworks, they are all a poor quality, blurry and folded, so I will never be able to get the creases out. I also bought a top, which is a very poor rip off of a top that they advertise, again the print is a poor quality and it's much shorter than the top advertised. I'll never buy from them again. Wish has agreed to refund one of the artworks, but is disputing the top. An expensive lesson in buying online.”

“Don’t buy From wish anything expensive you buy will not get to you. I pick up everything in combined order and they have the hide to say I have picked the items up that I don’t receive. They are a putrid bunch of Chinese theiving low life’s using America as a show piece. Nothing comes from America it’s all Chinese rubbish and they are stealing from us. They are GRUBS. They sit on your money when things don’t show up and it takes a long time to get your money back PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL THANK ME. BAD LUCK FOR YOU CHINESE PIGS.”
