I ordered 2 items from Wish on 5/7/20. 1 item, a cheap drone, came on 6/13/20 but it was missing extra battery, extra propellers and pretty much all accessories. I've been fighting with their customer service ever since trying to get refund. They have a cust service chatbot that can't help in anyway so I ended up finding an email. We're on email response #11 now and still no refund. The 2nd item, a cctv camera, has yet to arrive (going on week 9 now) and Wish support cannot locate. They did refund shipping but they even messed that up. I was supposed to get $10.50 back for shipping issues but they only returned $10.30. I also asked this item be refunded but they had the nerve to tell me my refund window had past from order date to meet their 30 day refund policy. Items lost and wish wont refund. For those reading this, dont use them. If you do, find me and I'll give all leadership and board member emails. Consumers: Reply if you want board members addresses

I ordered two masks in March and they never showed up. They kept delaying my ordered and I looked up my order but one was removed and I couldn’t get refund. Screw them! I got one refund but not sure if got money back.

Don't be fooled. After a couple of purchases you will be scammed and WISH will do nothing to address your complaint. It sells fake goods that don't meet the descriptions.

Bought a Hyundai windshield sun shade from Wish 6/15/20 . They took $11.66 from my account. I don’t have the sunshade. Do not use Wish !!!!!!! Carl Smith Greencastle Pa.

They simply doing scam, after few purchase they give option for free item and only pay the delivery charges or under the limited stock or under 1st item of stock. they charge you and the steal 1,2,3 euros. what you pay under these category they deduct half. Last night I pay for 10 items and in one day the decline 2 items with half deduction and the other is still pending.

I received one item out of three that I ordered. I already got a refund from my bank and went to Amazon. Amazon allows free wiring to the vendor and I got back several refunds for non-delivery of product. There is no customer service number for Wish, just bot responses. They always extend the due date also. Buyer beware!!! They have a "F" rating with the better business bureau also.

I had an awful experience I buy some parts for my motorcycle and non but really non of them fit the machine and after I complain wish cancel my account without any explanation or information on how to get my money back, scammers be aware.

I ordered size large as L normally fits me well. Coat came 6 weeks later with L tag but very tight like an M. I tried to return for larger size and was told no exchanges or returns allowed as it was the size I ordered . Worst customer experience of a clothes seller I have ever had.

Warning do not buy from this company. Out of the five to six items that I ordered I only received one of the items. Beware of the scammers. Then when you tried to contact customer service you get a automated message back over and over and they never make good on your order beware!

I've been waiting almost a month for my refund after they had one price list and at purchase point charged more now I'm waiting on someone to email me back OK never again they are cut off

Orders don't show up they don't respond unless you want a refund then you only get half 3 months waiting for the other half no way to actually track your package then the delivery date keeps changing

Wish is a SCAM... Beware.. THEY ARE THIEVES.... FAKE computer generated “TRACKING”… It is registered in California ..USA.. and has links to Chinese products... DON'T BE MISTAKEN... it is not the Chinese suppliers whom are at fault... WISH is Ran by some USA SCAMMERS... and the Chinese get's the blame for everything... The usual USA tactics.. Blame some one else... I will endeavor to get it's commerce license revoked... THIS HAS TO STOP.... I ordered 5 items... together around 450 AUD... so far NOTHING has arrived after 50 Days.. I wrote several complaints/enquiries... they make it as difficult as possible to get in contact with them.... And I get STUPID answers as to why it is LATE.. They keep EXTENDING the delivery Date( some items have been changed/Extended 3 times.. each time with another forth night... THEY ARE THIEVES....

I placed an order in April but have received nothing have sent them emails with confirmation order as requested but still not received anything it’s an absolute scam & something should be done to stop this How can they get away with it ?? Don’t order anything from Wish be warned

On May 7th I ordered an item that was supposed to have arrived on May 25. I also made a mistake of ordering a second item from them on May 28. When I try to get a hold of customer service you don't talk to anybody you have no option of free writing either. And the order history it doesn't even show the item that I had ordered and paid for on May 7 I have been fighting with them. When you email them their is such a language barrier that nothing gets accomplished. Now I am fighting for my refund. They don't even have any knowledge of this item I ordered!

I ordered a garden hose, which I could have purchased in the states, and moving forward I won't make this mistake again. I ordered a "simple garden hose" over 2 months ago and to date is still floating across the ocean in a container. If you want anything from this company and need to use it this decade, than DO NOT BUY FROM WISH. They have thousands of complaints with the BBB and I'm not wasting my time filing one because they respond with the same generic response. "They can't control blah blah blah" I have been in logistics (UPS) for most of my career and I can tell you it doesn't take almost 3 months to get something from a "reputable company" To date, I still have no idea when I will receive this item.
