“Ordered a webcam Auto Focus Webcam HD 1080P Very poor quality picture. I am trying to get a refund but they first ask for photos, which I have done. Then they asked for more, which I have done. Now waiting for a reply. I don't hold out much hope.”

“Ordered shoes/ They arrived after a few weeks but were too small despite being marked as by correct size. Tried to return them, but that isn't possible. I'm still waiting for a watch ordered months ago and a game console controller. I would leave this company well alone.”

“Wish covers for their sellers, especially the fraudulent ones. A $45 item was a perfect scam. USPS snaps a picture of deliveries and the address on the package was not mine. Wish came up with multiple excuses, then said I was outside the 30 day refund, even though it was "delivered" 13 days earlier. Another package shows it went missing after delivery to a China airport and they only refunded $3 (shipping). You cannot speak with a person.”

“I ordered a Door Wreath which I was expecting in maybe 3 weeks time due to shipping I am told It will reach me by 17th August which is far too late. I then asked for a refund and told I cannot have one as Wreath on its way! Is it walking here it’s weeks away. I will never have anything to do with this company again”

“I bought a smart watch for 1$+1$ shipping but it ended up being a 42$ charge. The shipping was 16$ and the packaging was a simple plastic bag. The product box is damaged. I only ever tried the 1$ deals to see if it's even possible to win, which is possible but you will not be charged 1$.”

“I ordered from wish on March 9 (several small items for crafting) On March 10th got an email that they were shipped. On May 2 got an email asking if I had received the items and if I had not, did I still want them. I replied that I had not and that I still wanted them. On May 12 they informed me that I had asked for a refund so they refunded my items as they were "sold out" - but wait! I thought you said they were already shipped!! But since it had been so long they could only refund me to "wish cash". I replied that I had not asked for a refund, they just decided to refund me and that if that was the case they need to refund back to may credit card. Their response - Nope! Too bad for you! So I filed a fraud report and while doing so I received 2 emails stating that I had ordered other items!! So basically they took my money, never sent the items, refused to refund me and then stole the credit they gave me! THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO. NOT. ORDER.”

“Ordered to be delivered by 19th april, didnt turn up, then date changed to 14th may, again didnt turn up, now saying 29th may. Three orders i purchased from wish and i keep emailing them and i just keep getting told shipping problems. Also not allowed a refund.”

“I ordered 4 items more than 7 weeks ago. The two cheapest ones have arrived and were OK but the more expensive ones have not appeared and it is very difficult to get any clear answers from Wish.com. Will never use them again and am warning all my contacts to avoid!”

“Placed order weeks and weks ago. Only receive excuses i.e. coronavirus this time have asked for refund but just keep repeating same e mail message. "This is what we have for you" and they give me yet another tracking no. which doesnt register with tracking company. Total scam”

“Please don’t waste your money and time. Ordered my item about a month ago and haven’t received it yet. They keep changing the delivery time, that is ridiculous. I personally prefer to pay the couple of pounds extra and get from ebay or amazon, at least they’ve a decent customer service and they answer your questions.”

“Absolute waste of time and money. My email address spelled wrong and when I asked them to correct it, they asked me for an ID. On amazon and ebay they always confirm your email address as soon as you sign up, probably Wish uses this as an excuse to gather information from people. Please fix this bug or whatsoever and respect people’ privacy.”
