https://woolworths.fashionzashop.store/contact_us Don't EVER order from the above online store if you are in SA. It takes over a month to be "delivered" just never to receive it. Only answer you will get is " your parcel was delivered in good faith" . You will have to ASK for an order confirmation and ASK for a tracking number, you won't pay DUTIES or VAT - it just flies through customs. I should have known that I will NEVER receive the parcel....!!! This bogus site is happy to take your money. Be careful what online site you select!!!!

It appears that Woolworths quality control really needs to be addressed. The ready meals, that as a busy family sometimes come in handy for a quick and easy option to any busy working mum/wife. Truly this is not worth the effort of ever purchasing the Moroccan style roasted vegetables in a spicy Tom sauce with chick pea. Absolute mush! It had the texture of sliced bread with milk poured over, with added cinnamon. No distinction to the listed vegetables whatsoever. Avoid, avoid.

Woolworths dash app is not user friendly and is unreliable. My order was placed and left pending until the next evening without movement or notification on the app. There is also no indication of the last round of orders for the day and if an order is placed after the closing time, these orders are not carried over to the next day even though they’ve deducted your money. After I called the help desk about the pending status of my order, they told me they’d have to manually cancel the order on the system but never did. I was also told that due to the cancellation, my refund would only reflect after 3-5 days. So terrible and inconvenient.

Woolies Dash is absolutely pathetic! Not convenient at all. Never able to get same day delivery. If and when you get an order it is never complete, and shoppers select oldest items even items that expire on the day. Durbanville Dash sucks

DASH's service is ridiculous and slow. And when they can't reach you from your Estate's gate after phoning only once, they just return all the goods to the store and you have to wait 7-14 days for your refund. Absolute rubbish!!!

Purchased the carrot cheesecake for R110 for Sunday dessert at Woolworths. Boy was I dissapointed. It tasted exactly like the carrot gateau which sells for R210 at Woolworths. The carrot cheesecake was a mere 410gr. If I had known I would have just got the 1kg carrot gateau. Go figure.

Woolworths Dash Delivery is PATHETIC. always slow. Checkers 60/60 100x better. Ordered F O U R items, 4 at 3.15pm. 5.50pm, nothing yet.

Eish! I really think Woolies needs o Coe to the party. Guys your cake slices are horrendous. Old, stodgy, not worth the exorbitant prices you charge. You are a "top" quality store. Even your competitors sell better cakes, fresher and money for value. Never will I recommend your cake.

Bought 100g Luxury Tree nuts and found 1 each Brazil and Pecan nuts The rest was Almonds and Cashews Disappointing when they do have Almonds and Cashews only packets FIX YOUR LABELLING

Honestly the worst experience in delivery and reimbursement. They really have no idea what they're doing. Dont expect Sity60 level of service delivery. I placed an order, order showed delivered and the items never arrived. Requested a refund and they dont have a process to do that. Honestly pathetic service levels. I called the app helpdesk and the Dash agent transferred me to Online and then Online transferred me to Dash. When I asked why I'm being transferred back and forth the guy hung up. So frustrating

WOOLWORTHS TAKES PEOPLE FOR GRANTED I'VE PLACED AN ORDER TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. EVERYTIME I SEND AN EMAIL THEY SEND ME A STUPID SMS TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED JUST TO MAKE ME KEEP QUIET. I'VE SENT ENDLESS EMAILS NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO. CONTACT ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DON'T WANT THOSE FAKE CLOTHES ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY.

I ordered food and chose a time slot. 15 min before end of slot time I called head office and was told driver is on his way. 30 min late still no delivery. Call head office again and was told store will let driver know to deliver in afternoon after I am home from work. 70 min later driver is at gate. W t f…. Is going on!! I am a loyal customer and spend thousands in their stores but this service is appalling - disgusting!!

The app always has glitches. On top of that the shoppers dont chat or give reasonable substitutions which then leads to items being substituted to things you won't necessarily buy. Also, some items were missing from a previous order and there was no refund made. Get your act together Woolworths!

I am really disappointed. I stay in between 2 provinces so my recently applied for store card was delivered at a branch in Gauteng while i am in Free State now. I went to one of the stores in FS asking for the extension on my temporary card. I could not be helped as i was told that it is at the store's discretion to extend and at their store they can not (dihlabeng mall) the lady (Phindi) was very professional and tried her best to assist but my phone had just cracked the screen the very day so she could not issue me the card on my app. I called the call center i ws assisted by the gentleman called Dale i think he also did his best to see how bedt he can help but he could not. I had travelled 55km to get to that store as it was the closest but i went bck without the items i needed because i ddnt hve a store card, woolies can do better in terms of servicing their clients, the experience let a bitter taste in my mouth.
