If there was a 0 I would give it. Dash is sooo inefficient. Checkers sixty60 is so much more efficient in my area. When you make a query dash treats you like a criminal. On my original order I bought products on special when the packer was shopping she only gave me 2. She only told me that 1 item of the 3 was out of stock. Despite trying to solve it I was continously blamed. It was such a waste of time using Dash. The time I assumed I was going to save instead gave me unnecessary street Ns waste of time.

Worst delivery in history and this is the first time this has happened ever since I started using online services. I ordered roses and chocolates for my girlfriend on her birthday as and it reflected as being delivered but I ended up calling her asking if she got them. I enquired and they said they called and there was no answer but there were no missed calls. They stated that I will be getting a refund which will only be processed after 7days. So I would like to thank Adolf who works for Woolies dash Wonderpark for ruining not my day but a day that was meant to be special for my lady, thank you for your incompetence, idiotic, utter rubbish service and lesson never to use woolies dash in history.

Woolworths App is the most unreliable app ever. It doesn't save any cart information. It continuously shuts down and takes extremely long to load anything (food/clothing/beauty etc). For a company who wants to make a difference, the difference with their app is that it doesn't work at all. Even after updating it, it is verrrry slow. No man. Get with it Woolworths!

Woolies dash is the absolute worst online express delivery service available! It is so very disappointing as I have been a woolies shopper for many many years but they just have not kept up with the times! They have such a good brand but their customer service is atrocious! I ordered a dash delivery and unfortunately they couldn’t not deliver (probably because they are always late) and my agent was not available to receive my order (I’m in Zimbabwe) I contacted them immediately and asked if they would please reschedule my delivery but they said no they would issue a refund. It’s now 3 weeks later and I still have not received my refund! Extremely disappointing

What did Woolworths do with their honey and oat rusks and cookies? They were my favorites but are now rock hard, tastless, tasting as if arificially sweetened and just not worth the money charged for it.

After having shopped at three stores at La Lucia Mall on 21/6/2023, myhusband and I went to the Woolworths restaurant for lunch before purchasing groceries from the Woolworths Food section. As usual we had to leave our trolley outside the restaurant. To our horror we found our trolley had been taken by the time we had finished lunch. Very upset, I enquired from the person in charge of the trolleys who very kindly and politely told us to inform the manager as the shop has cameras, which we did. Mr Nathi (surname unknown), took my details and as soon as we arrived back home, I was informed that the trolley and its goods had been recovered in the grocery section. Someone had taken it to do their shopping and had left our items in the trolley. Thank you Nathi for your promptness and thank you to the gentleman at the trolley section for your concern. What lovely service you gave us!

What a horrible service. I thought using this would save time and effort. Unfortunately it was more heartache and frustration. They accepted my order for delivery and when it came to delivery, they abandoned my order and after numerous calls they gave me feedback saying the area is unsafe. Then why did you accept my order? Now I have to wait 10 years for my refund. Pathetic services

You are politicizing "sexual desires" ideologies from the English speaking Western countries... Very disturbing. It's for a "minority group" you say... But then why not make a "whites" month? Or an "Indian" month? After all there are racial minority groups who have been verbally, physically and mentally attacked for years by our own Politicians here in South Africa .... Then you say it's not targeting children.. Really? What are parents supposed to do when they go shopping in those stores with kids? How will they explain that abnormal adult behaviour? You have become too "woke" for me... Will no longer support you. In fact I started shopping at Pick n Pay again and realised that they have great products too.... So Adieu, my time with you us over

I received my store card and the store phoned to activate the card when I signed for it. Still 2 months later the card is still not activated after going to the store twice and phoning twice getting put on hold and emails back and forth noooooooooo assistance........

Woolworths are voting now politically by supporting a minority (1,5% of the population) LBTQI group that does not make any logical, financial, political, business or moral sense. I cannot spend my money at a retail shop which support LBTQI groups.

YOU HAVE MADE YOUR STANCE WITH THE LGBT COMMUNITY ....NOW YOU MUST SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES OF SUCH AN UNACCEPTABLE DECISION!! The woolies food store in Riverside bryanston has some illiterate staff who love to insult their customers when they are at fault. The store prices on the shelve versus the price at the pay point are not quite the same. How does this be the customers fault?

Hi, I am very disappointed in the LGBT advertisements, as a it's all over for our kids to see.... When kids go to school they're learning and for them in school it's one thing but your brand marketing it is upsetting as I do not want to go into your stores anymore because it will teach kids that LGBT is fine when religion teaches another thing when gay couples walk in the store that's okay we still respect them as Human beings but don't encourage our future generation to join the LGBT community. Woolworths has really been disappointing morally. I use to value your store, but after this I just feel like you guys have lots your morals and the respect people had for your brand I felt like Woolworths represented class and timeless style now you guys are trying to fit in with the rest when you stood out... It's very disappointing I hope you remove this how can you say marry Christmas to people and Eid Mubarak when Christians do not condone LGBT ?

The Woolies App is NOT user friendly. IT'S SLOW. PLEASE GO ASK CHECKERS 60 FOR HELP IM THIS REGARD, they are efficient and easy to work with.

Disaster! I ordered my groceries at 1:45 pm it's 5 pm still no delivery. I have called Woolies several times no one seems to let me know where my order is.

Your Woolworths Dash App is pathetic. Your chat with shopper doesn’t work. When the shopper calls you (if they bother), the line is so bad you can’t hear them, then they don’t bother calling back. No initiative used and after paying R35 delivery, your parcel arrives with most items missing. Not good enough and totally unacceptable. I then have to get in my car to drive to the store only to find the items in the shelf!!! Very annoying! Complaints fall on deaf ears. As a regular online shopper this must be the worst app with no plans to obviously fix the problem! I am a daily customer with daily complaints. Do you care ? I think not! LONGBEACH MALL food section is always out of stock of items I buy on a regular basis and the same answer is “our supplier is out of stock”! Get your act together.
