WOOLWORTHS TAKES PEOPLE FOR GRANTED I'VE PLACED AN ORDER TILL NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. EVERYTIME I SEND AN EMAIL THEY SEND ME A STUPID SMS TELLING ME THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED JUST TO MAKE ME KEEP QUIET. I'VE SENT ENDLESS EMAILS NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO. CONTACT ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DON'T WANT THOSE FAKE CLOTHES ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY.

I ordered food and chose a time slot. 15 min before end of slot time I called head office and was told driver is on his way. 30 min late still no delivery. Call head office again and was told store will let driver know to deliver in afternoon after I am home from work. 70 min later driver is at gate. W t f…. Is going on!! I am a loyal customer and spend thousands in their stores but this service is appalling - disgusting!!

The app always has glitches. On top of that the shoppers dont chat or give reasonable substitutions which then leads to items being substituted to things you won't necessarily buy. Also, some items were missing from a previous order and there was no refund made. Get your act together Woolworths!

I am really disappointed. I stay in between 2 provinces so my recently applied for store card was delivered at a branch in Gauteng while i am in Free State now. I went to one of the stores in FS asking for the extension on my temporary card. I could not be helped as i was told that it is at the store's discretion to extend and at their store they can not (dihlabeng mall) the lady (Phindi) was very professional and tried her best to assist but my phone had just cracked the screen the very day so she could not issue me the card on my app. I called the call center i ws assisted by the gentleman called Dale i think he also did his best to see how bedt he can help but he could not. I had travelled 55km to get to that store as it was the closest but i went bck without the items i needed because i ddnt hve a store card, woolies can do better in terms of servicing their clients, the experience let a bitter taste in my mouth.

Woolies Dash is pathetic, arrogant and doesn’t give a damn about how their poor service impacts on you the customer. Easy solution from an average spend in excess of R7500 per month in your stores, it will now revert to ZERO. Good Bye Woolies. Hello Checkers 60/60.

Really, the worst delivery service. Every second item is out of stock. Why then advertise it if it’s not there? And one can forget about a refund. I am yet to see any refunds in my account from the many things that were out of stock. It’s like Woolies lacks integrity when it comes to Dash. It’s a waste of time and my money. I would rather use Checkers 60 who refunds you immediately to your app if an item is out of stock. They also refund any items that you say are faulty. Woolies, in the other hand, treats you like a criminal when you have a query. I asked about my refund and was told to send them bank statements as proof. I gave up and never got my money back. In contrast, I told Checkers the seal of their butter was broken. They promptly apologised and refunded my R150, no questions asked - and without asking for the faulty product back. I think Dash should just retire and Woolies should go back to the drawing board regarding a delivery system that actually works and doesn’t rip customers off.

I had the berry waffle and it was the most disappointing thing I've eaten this year. There were only two strawberries and maybe three blueberries cut into a million tiny pieces and about a teaspoon of ice cream and a big blob of berry sorbet that totally clashed with the waffle. I don't know who's idea that was but it was a shockingly poor decision. It made the waffle taste curdled.

DID NOT THINK IT CAN GET ANY WORSE BUT IT DOES! NEVER HAVE THE STOCK AND THE ONLINE SHOPPER MESSAGE TO ASK FOR ALTERNATIVE NEVER WORKS. WHEN FINAL PAYMENT GOES THROUGH I HAVE TO SEE THERE WAS NO STOCK. OUT OF 11 ITEMS I ONLY RECEIVED 9. NO CHANCE OF SELECTING A ALTERNATIVE. PATHETIC!!!!!

zero stars if possible. The chat to shopper option never works and the app just loads. I am never able to choose substitutes and end up having to miss out on half my cart. Out of what i do get, i have had 2 instances where i have been given food about to spoil or spoiled entirely. Even pet food with worms physically on the package packed in with my other items. To remedy the situtaion, woolworths offers me cost of the cat food back! I am appalled by the service.

If there was a 0 I would give it. Dash is sooo inefficient. Checkers sixty60 is so much more efficient in my area. When you make a query dash treats you like a criminal. On my original order I bought products on special when the packer was shopping she only gave me 2. She only told me that 1 item of the 3 was out of stock. Despite trying to solve it I was continously blamed. It was such a waste of time using Dash. The time I assumed I was going to save instead gave me unnecessary street Ns waste of time.

Worst delivery in history and this is the first time this has happened ever since I started using online services. I ordered roses and chocolates for my girlfriend on her birthday as and it reflected as being delivered but I ended up calling her asking if she got them. I enquired and they said they called and there was no answer but there were no missed calls. They stated that I will be getting a refund which will only be processed after 7days. So I would like to thank Adolf who works for Woolies dash Wonderpark for ruining not my day but a day that was meant to be special for my lady, thank you for your incompetence, idiotic, utter rubbish service and lesson never to use woolies dash in history.

Woolworths App is the most unreliable app ever. It doesn't save any cart information. It continuously shuts down and takes extremely long to load anything (food/clothing/beauty etc). For a company who wants to make a difference, the difference with their app is that it doesn't work at all. Even after updating it, it is verrrry slow. No man. Get with it Woolworths!

Woolies dash is the absolute worst online express delivery service available! It is so very disappointing as I have been a woolies shopper for many many years but they just have not kept up with the times! They have such a good brand but their customer service is atrocious! I ordered a dash delivery and unfortunately they couldn’t not deliver (probably because they are always late) and my agent was not available to receive my order (I’m in Zimbabwe) I contacted them immediately and asked if they would please reschedule my delivery but they said no they would issue a refund. It’s now 3 weeks later and I still have not received my refund! Extremely disappointing

What did Woolworths do with their honey and oat rusks and cookies? They were my favorites but are now rock hard, tastless, tasting as if arificially sweetened and just not worth the money charged for it.

After having shopped at three stores at La Lucia Mall on 21/6/2023, myhusband and I went to the Woolworths restaurant for lunch before purchasing groceries from the Woolworths Food section. As usual we had to leave our trolley outside the restaurant. To our horror we found our trolley had been taken by the time we had finished lunch. Very upset, I enquired from the person in charge of the trolleys who very kindly and politely told us to inform the manager as the shop has cameras, which we did. Mr Nathi (surname unknown), took my details and as soon as we arrived back home, I was informed that the trolley and its goods had been recovered in the grocery section. Someone had taken it to do their shopping and had left our items in the trolley. Thank you Nathi for your promptness and thank you to the gentleman at the trolley section for your concern. What lovely service you gave us!
