Hi guys, I baught clothes online 29 Mar 2023. Received the standard email with your order details and the expected date of delivery. My delivery date 5 April 2023. I noticed online it displayed delivered and also the expected delivery date - so I did not respond. 5 April 2023 came and when I phoned them late afternoon around 16:23 - the parcel had been delivered to a person who's name I did not know. - you can just imagine MY WORRIED FACE!! Then the 48hour processing started - so by Saturday, 8 April 2023 I received an email with the courier details. All it stated - the wrong address - LIMPOPO PROVINCE. We live in the WESTERN CAPE. And a person signed for the package, who was not me!! I email them Saturday, and on Monday, 10 April 2023 with the findings - when you type the gps coordinates in google maps it takes you to LIMPOPO, when I revisited my invoice, that address takes me to WESTERN CAPE. Their reply - it has been escalate - I will have to wait another 48hours. So we phone them 12 April 2023 - they are waiting for the courier to get the parcel. When it arrives at the warehouse only then will my package be shipped again!!| PEOPLE, on your delivery slip it says the box has been delivered 31 March 2023, don't you think that person would have used the items by now? Me, the customer, did not make any mistakes, why should I wait SOOOOOO long for my package to arrive? Sort out the customer FIRST, then the logistics!! Do not you know customer service 101 rules! Why should I, the customer wait until you receive the items, inspect them before It gets shipped back to me, the customer- Is not that unfair???? I'm truely dumb founded

I had planned to make a dish and received potatoes that were sub-standard. One was rotten right through. I called the online help to complain - the lady said they would refund, but I still had rotten potatoes. To date, no word on my refund and STILL waiting for a response to my email. Not okay Woolies!

Difficult to find products. Can’t order from bakery or add bakery products on the phone. Very very rude abrupt delivery service. When I asked him to please put parcels on my step as I have had surgery it was like asking him to WALK back to the shop. No wonder checkers eats you for lunch

If I'm paying for a delivery with Dash and those are YOUR given times for when delivery will take place, then deliver on time! I had a lunch planned around YOUR delivery times. Thanks for spoiling it Woolies Dash and Woolies West Coast Village. I don't need excuses like the driver has my order and is on his way when he clearly wasn't, the app didn't update, it's not even a 5 minute drive on his scooter, please don't lie to me either, I'm not your fool. Be considerate towards your customers who are actually paying for this service and supporting you. Now let's see when the refund for the short delivered items is issued.

The woolworths app has not worked at all for 2 days. It kicks me out the app, pages jump around and search and scrolling is jumping, jumbled and glitchy. The app has bugs and is impossible to use. I cannot order anything for home delivery

I visited Queenswood store today to procure items for a Woolworths recipe, no Macadamia nut flour or fresh custard. The manager was called, this lady was not in Woolworths uniform and no name tag. I proceeded to tell her why i am so disappointed in that particular branch and started to show her all the communication between myself and Woolworths on Messenger. She said it wasn't her problem as she was not working their then. I started to ask her how she could help me, did they have a delivery service. She did not even offer to call another store, She laughed in my face and when i asked what her name was, She walked away into the store room, i followed her and asked again what is Your name only to be ignored again. I told her that i am going to take a photo of her in order to report her, she grabbed my phone out of my hand viciously and refused to give it back. Anoher storeman came out and told me to leave, i demanded my phone again and her name, she said something to him in african. It became a screaming match in the storeroom and profanities were exchanged. I demand a written apology from this lady and Woolworths, this is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible Branch.

Undercooked chicken from Blue Route, Cape Town. Not the first time. Seems they rush too much to get the money without caring if someone gets sick. Over a week for a response from customer service with nothing to date. Happy to take R100 for a chicken but won’t refund the money when they are at fault. Disgusting customer service. Think they’ve gotten too big and too greedy.

Cyber Crimes: Be cautious when buying online with Woolworths. My experience suggests they have internal employees linked to cyber crimes. Once an order is completed, an sms is sent stating that your delivery could not be made, the sms includes a link and takes you to what looks like a legitimate Post Office South Africa website with a tracking order that does not exist. DO NOT enter your credit card details! A week later, my order is still outstanding...

Key Items are never available, No replacements offered. Delivery times are slow. Unacceptable service. Wait half the day for the delivery only to find items missing as they did not have stock

App does no correspond with what is happening. Order canceled by WW but no update, no answer to mails and customers service just passing the buck. Worst online experience ever

Driver could not find my location and could not tell me where he was. What is the use of using "location" at all? He totally disappeared and I had to drive around looking for him!! What a waste of time!! Bags were torn and not sealed! Very unhappy about this service!!

You used to have a properly appointed allergy and nutritionist Doctor of your food maketing. Dr Harris Steinman used to quality chieck your food for nutrition. Well there is zero nutrition now in 90% of what you put out. A salad R76 has 90%pasta in the tub, 8% cucumber which has zero nutrional value and three shrimps on top. - What is that?? You are plastic conscious? Well we pay more for the expensive elaborate packaging than we pay for the value of the digusting nutriional level inside. This is one example of your fancy ways of marketing. Starve the people but make the store look attractive. Then we are compelled ironically to "buy" one of your store bags for R30 because you don't believe in PLASTIC ?????

Woolworth, do you think we are stupid? 3 months ago your 2L ice cream was on special (buy 2x2L for R130). A month later your 'special' on the same product was but 2x2L ice cream for R150. Now you are advertising the very same 'special' as buy 2x2L for R170??? Where is this 'special' going to end?

What a terrible experience at Woolworths, I have never received such bad service after having my account for almost 10 years. I went to Canalwalk on the 23rd January to update my personal details as I have not received any statements for more then 2 years, firstly my details was incorrect from the beginning and I am unable to access the woolworths app. I was assisted my Osman at the Service counter(Canalwalk Branch) and was advised I need to contact the Head office contact Centre to update my personal detail how unnecessary. The call Centre then advised to complete a application form and Osman at Canalwalk must send it to the Head office, to date my details has not been updated. I then went it Vangate Mall today, Osman has not send my documents to the head office for the update. I was promised I will receive a call today but still nothing. What is happening with the Service at Woolworths . The quality of the garments is so terrible I had to exchange 2 garments due to manufacturing problems. I could not exchange my one pair of shoes because woolworths does not have it on the system any longer. The shoes is still new and still had all the tags on. They refused to exchange the sandals and I was told I need to sell it to someone because it was to small. How pathetic is that. Woolworths you need to work on your customer service as you will start loosing customers. Can you please contact your customers back as promised. Values is very important, please deliver on your promise.

I ordered through Woolies Dash on 01/02/2023 and the Burger Buns Sell by date was 2 Jan and Best before 03 Jan. Not acceptable at all according to WW standards, I had to visit another shop to buy what was needed for a planned meal. Received sms to say that I will be refunded, not even an apology.
