shocking customer service, items have not been delivered not even one communication from woolworths, almost month later have had almost zero comms, had to call from overseas, they need to wait to see if the good were returned to the warehouse, how is this my problem when they never delivered, almost a month ago? They also don't respond to emails, have sent about 4 now. I used to be a good customer, count me out!

What is happening with woolworths fashion/beauty online delivery service!!! The service is pathetic/ terrible/ substandard. They have not delivered an order for R5600 that was paid for 3 weeks ago. Their call centre agents are trained to tell you they will escalate and will get feedback within 24 to 48 hours. They don't even bother to call you after 48 hours. I have called them 3 times and they say the same false statement. They don't respond to emails either. I wonder if I will at least get my money back from this company. I hope there is no disaster and troubles that we don't know about slowly brewing in the background. I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN. IS WOOLWORTHS ONLINE A SCAM?

Ordered food online for a dash delivery on Monday the 6th of May. Only 3 of the 26 items I had ordered were delivered. Driver said that’s all he was given, told me to call the Jean crossing store and dashed off. Was given the run around by store manager and eventually told by the dash manager there was nothing she could do, she was on her way home so she would refund the items the following day. Sent an email on Tuesday the 7, and followed up with calls. Was told there was nothing they could do, refunds take 3-5 days to process. It is the 17th of May and I still dont a the refund. I have called again and was told the request for a refund was sent on the 7th but nothing else has been done regarding my refund since. Disappointing rather that not only was I inconvenienced with an incomplete order, but I also am not getting my money back.

A senior ,and disappointed not once but numerous times ,grill chicken ,has a raw chicken odour,hot + spicy buns no spice or fruit ,some pacjs have a mixture of buns ,spicy no fruit or tastes like bread.They give you WOW AVOUCHER FOR R50.00 IIT NOT THE PRICE ITS QUALITY ,R50 does not make up for disappointments

When I try to checkout my purchases on the App, it literally tells me to remove the products from my cart in order to proceed to check out, like how does that even make sense???

I ordered 13 items on the App for delivery by Dash. It took more than 35min. The navigation was super slow. Selecting you item is a 2 step process. 1 to select the item then the quantity. If not the item is not added. Then it thinks for about a minute to add 1 item. There there are combo deals there is no option that filters the list of items that could complete your deal. One has to go back to shopping from your cart guess what you looking for or what is available. All in all a terrible on line shopping experience.

I went to the Margate branch on the 09 May 2024, knowing I have credit to buy groceries. I am not sure what the cashier done, thereafter she said the screen is blank after swiping my woolworths card and signing for the groceries in my trolley. The supervisor then voids and say, unfortunately you will be credited back in 7 days and I am unable to take my the stuff I had purchased. I am so fustrated and upset as to how possibly do I get told that. Pathetic service!!!!

It is such an onerous process to speak to a Woolworths representative for assistance! After several phone call attempts, I gave up.

I’m still waiting on my refund since the 31st of March. I cancelled my online order on the 29th of March. They keep on blaming my bank saying that the problem is with my bank. No compensation, no calls from management.Still no refund. My own bank is laughing at me as there is nothing. This is shocking WOW WOOLWORTHS.

Made an online order and cancelled ,I’ve been waiting for a refund but Woolworths haven’t refunded my money and the money has deducted from my account,woolworths online shoping is so pathetic!!Woolworths refund my money!!!

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Firstly they failed to deliver my parcel, I then canceled since they weren't interested in delivering my items.... Made a cancelation on the 9th of April and to this day I haven't received my money. I am being told that I need to submit an ID copy. Bunch of scammers!!!!!!

Hi Today I was at Mall Of The South woolworths as I was shopping there. Love that store As I was looking to try a top and looking for the the changing room I try to ask the laide to help me or just to tell me where to go. She ignored me flat 😔trying to as her twice to help me still ignoringe was so sad and disappointed. I was so irritated she has NO respect or any customer service. Just to fund out she is a Cosmetic Manager her name is Jessica. As it's not the first time. I was a cosmetic manager for year's in retail and I never disrespect a customer 😤 now I have 2 companies and not even I treat my staff like that. Jessica you are rude. And I don't even wanna go to that store anymore cause of poeple like you. Kind Regards Rita

Shocking, over and over. Woolies should just not offer the dash service and save their reputation. Right now you have the reputation of taking people’s money and not delivering their food and lying and saying you have. This is the second time you have done this to me. Never ever again.

I'm livid, even shaking. The humiliation, level of disrespect and incompetence from Gabisile Clearwater mall manager, is out of this world. My God, how was she hired, the chicky does not know anything about retail and customer care. Well I bought a dress and it was too big? decided to return it for a smaller size, and during that process, a cashier who was assisting volunteer to go look for my size and on her way there she spoke to her manager " Gabisile" not sure what they were saying but the smelled the dress , made comments as I could see facial expressions, few minutes later the cashier came back and told me I have worn the dress and it has been washed. Tags were still there and printing very visible, the lady behind me was shocked to hear what they said and even said they crazy, well to me it was not the case, they were f#$& crazy and disrespectful and this matter was not handled in a good manner. Firstly I bought 3 items on that day worth more that 3.5k, only returned one item that did not fit and I was told rubbish by Gabisile. Left the dress with her as she didn't want to refund me, and she was like do whatever but we not taking it back with an attitude. I'm definitely taking this one to the ombudsman.

Have you guys discontinued W.lab domestoes because it’s over a month now. I went to Woolworths in Watercrest Hillcrest, Lils Quator Pavilion, Galleria and in Seadoone mall…if you ask staff they don’t know…even on the app it’s not there….what going on🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

I bought a chicken and avo baquette yesterday which has to be the worst I have ever tasted....it was bone dry and the avo was not ripe.I had a mouthful of pepper so it wasnt mixed in....so disappointing.Will never buy a sandwich or roll from WW again after that waste of R60.Put me off Woolworths food for a long time. I see this was complained about a while back from another customer and it still is a problem.

I went to woolworths Southgate mall for an item exchange, while at the till Ppc Alinah was called to authorise and on her arrival she checked the slip and asked the teller why are u taking this item its not from our shop and it's dirty it has a make up stain. She left me standing there and I asked the teller why they don't want to return the item because it's small what am I going to do with it because I need a bigger size same item. I then moved to the the table and asked her so what do I do with the small item, she answered in her laungage and said "rekasidinki" meaning they won't change the item with an attitude. I then asked can I see where that is written in black and white. She said now you want woolworths policies "u won't get that". She is a very rude lady with no good customer service.I buy my groceries and clothes in woolworths but I have never had such an encounter. I felt like I'm in some CBD shop in Jozi. The treatment was very bad and she is so loud. She needs to be at the back of the shop, where customers won't have to interact with her or else the will be many complaints and less sales because of her and her stinky attitude.
