Woolworths columbine branch is incapable of delivering roast chickens for Sunday lunch. I was at the branch at 10 15am yesterday ( Sunday) I was told chickens would be ready at 12 noon, I got there at 11.45am stood in the queue for more than an hour, only to be told very rudely I might add that the chickens are finished, next batch will be ready in 1 hour 30 mins. What was I supposed to do all that time??? You know there is a great demand for the chickens on a Sunday, why not make enough for a long time. Disgruntled customer

Why offer a delivery time slot on WW Dash if you can't stick to it. Every single time my order is 1 or 2 hours late, without any explanation. When it does eventually arrive the driver has such attitude. Shame on you. Consider contacting Checkers to help you get the "dash" into your deliveries.

I went to Woolworths Promenade mall, bought a Tin Whipping Cream so it was not coming out, The Food Manager Thabisa couldn’t help me, she said I broke a nozzle a 40 year old braking nozzle, 🤔. She is very undermining even her staff saw her,

This is the second time I have delivery issues with Woolies Dash from The Neighborhood Square Woolworths Foods store in Linksfield Johannesburg. I had an order returned by the driver because he said no one responded to him when he arrived with my order, even though there were two people waiting for the delivery. Today I placed an order, and received something completely different that costed double what I ordered? Called the “help” line and they say I need to wait 5 working days for my credit? Seriously, you need to take a leaf out of Checkers 60/60 book!

I am beyond disappointed. I ordered 17 items and only 4 were delivered yesterday. I called and was told 2 boxes were delivered when I only received 1box. I called the driver who came and he told me he only was given 1 box so WHERE ARE MY BABY CLOTHES? Can I get urgent assistance as I'm stuck with no baby clothes and about to give birth with no direction or explanation. On the app it shows that items were delivered when I received nothing. This is appalling and heartbreaking as clearly my items are either missing or stolen. Can this please be resolved. Reference number is 46464289. Order number is o1722549547.

Placed an order which was suppose to be delivered between 4pm -5pm, i had to call their call centre to get infirmation regarfing ny order. I was informed the driver picked up the wrong order and had to return it back to the store. No one bothered to inform me. It is 6h06 pm and still no order. Woolies dash is just pathetic!

Not sure what's worse, receiving old goods for orders placed online or the sales call from the disgustingly rude sales person that just puts the phone down when you confirm you don't need a Woolworths black credit card, already have one!

I placed an order with Woolies Dash on the 13th March but had to cancel it. I phoned Customer service 4 times to escalate reimbursement. They said I needed to go to my bank where I was told they could do a recall but that would cost in the region of R600. On Tuesday I wrote an e mail to Custmer Service at Head Office and the next day the money was in my account. They didn’t have the decency to apologize or advise me the money had been paid. I then had to wait 3 days for it to be cleared so I finally have the money today the 21st March. Appalling customer service. They have no qualms about causing stress to loyal customers, and I shall never set foot in one of their stores again

I lodged a complaint telephonically on the 06/02 about the moldy cake my husband bought on the 03/02. I was given a reference number after a follow up on the 25/02 and couple of days later I received a written response from a lady by the name of Samantha who promised to sms me a refund voucher in 2 days time yo the value of the product purchased. We're nearind end of March now, still no refund and no word from Woolworths even though I made follow up emails regarding the voucher. So, so disappointed on how Woolworths is handling their complaints.

I purchased a pack of biltong among many other things from Woolworths. Expiry date 23 March 2025. When we opened the packet this morning the biltong was moldy. Usually we would just throw the item out. Today I decided to go to the sote and show them. There was such a lack of interest. They swopped it with a new pack but so unsympathetically and with no remorse. Im a regular shopper at Woolworths, the least they could have done us a genujne apology. I have pictures and names of staff if anyone senior is willing to take this up.

WW Café in Woodlands has terrible service. I have been there twice and on both occasions the waitresses act like they don’t see you. Waited 20 minutes for my bill today. I ordered a smoothie in take away. As I got it I asked for the bill as I was in a rush. The waitress still expected a tip.She even forgot I had asked for the bill.

I’m always pro WW you need to up your game on this one very very disappointing !bought on the 4th March todays the 6th March Sell by date is 8 March …I know this is the exception as I’ve always bought quality and it’s a tricky time however these are so terrible . Thought you might like to know .

NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR GIFT DELIVERIES. If its a gift rather buy at the shop and send the gift personally. They sent an empty gift bag and disclosed the internal delivery instructions to the recipient that the gift is supposed to come IN THE GIFT BAG. Mind you the empty gift bag is delivered today only for the actual gift (whose details have been given away) will only be delivered tomorrow

Terrible online platform!!! I have been struggling to get past registering, OTP's don't come through to my email. Then they want you to phone them so they can go through the process with you which I just don't feel like doing. It should be a simple online shopping experience. Seriously Woolies. Won't be buying anything online from you.

I experienced this twice in a row . They put expired food on the shelf’s and I only realised that when I got home as I packed the food on the counter, as woolworths loyal customer this really disappointed me. Please do something about this!

Very unhappy customer - Woolies Dash I’m less the 5 mins from the Somerset West Waterstone Woolies yet my order which was due between 13:00-14:00 is 90 mins late. This is pathetic service from Woolies Dash and this is not the first time. Woolworths has totally lost its client centricity. Order #016*****370 “Hi There, Your Woolies Dash order for 13-14pm is running late by 1h30mins. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The Woolies Dash Team”

Woolies dash should be discontinued, they are completely useless. Once again a message to inform me my delivery was going to be 1:30 mins late. Why call it Woolies dash when it’s never dash??
