Online shopping with woolworths is terrible. I order by them and pay the item. Still waiting 2 weeks later when put a inquiery. They said there were many attemps to deliver but no one called me for delivery... now the item is out off stock

Payment made on 5th of a month does not reflect on account. Get a capable person to set up your complete communication system. Your phone system has a problem since Oct 2023. You staff not qualified for the job. I have being supporting you for over 30 + years. In store support on the landline, not properly working since Forever. Please

Terrible service. Order was placed to be delivered between 2pm & 5pm. No communication received at all from Woolworths. I contacted the customer care and they kept on saying the driver is on his way but order hasn't arrived.

You can't see the specials and have to go into each item to price by unit. I've never been ale to order, as the deliveries are booked up for a few days in advance at a time.

I bought groceries worth R950 on the 25th of February 2024 using dash delivery but the driver canceled. They said I should wait for 5 days to get my refund but they didn't refund me even today. O the 2nd of March dash called me saying they will order for me again n deliver on the 3rd of March but they didn't deliver. I called them again on the 4th of March they said they will deliver at 2pm to 3pm but they didn't deliver . Even today I haven't got my refund, they are mizing my emails

I've queried about a certain product on 15 February 2024 and today is the 6 March 2024 and still no reply or phone call from Woolworths customer service. Their quality of service is deteriorating.

Today I used Dash- never again!! Too long a story which I have escalated (and wasted 23 mins airtime) but one of the things that really annoyed me is that nothing was packed in cooler bags I.e. frozen Pies, fresh milk, cheese, Lettuce, Broccoli , baby spinach- items that are all refrigerated in the store! It's 35 deg in Gauteng today and they just plonk it all into packets. Shocking!!!

Bought a chicken, mayo and avo roll from Woolworths Sandton City. Was so dry that i had to drink water in the car to wash it down after each bite, the avo was just placed on the side of the roll, therefore the whole side was messed with avo. The most disappointing roll i have ever had at woolworths, their quality is definately going down. Told the manager the next day that i was so hungry and had left the centre so ate it, showed him pictures that i took of the quality, he just says he will tell the staff as there is a way to make the rolls, no apologies, nothing, think i better look at other places to shop. Woolworths is loosing the one thing they had, customer service.

Good day Today I had the misfortune of having to return 2 defective garments to Woolworths, Cape Gate. 3 staff members.glared at me without greeting. 1 walked away whilst I.was talking! Then the 'manageress' arrived. Another 'non greeter' She proceeded to tell.me that I had damaged the items! I resent being treated like a criminal when returning YOUR defective items! Admittedly, I did not have a purchase receipt. That is not my issue. My issue is that your staff make it appear as though I am trying to do Woolworths out of what is rightfully mine, and.more importantly .... they have NO MANNERS! I placed and order on dash at 11am and their next delivery slots was 1-2pm. I called them at 2:30 just to be told they have an hour delay. I could driven out myself. Not happy at all for this inconvenience 😤

Last week Sunday, I ordered Woolworth dash, my delivery came with many items not being included. To put it simply I could not make dinner that evening cause the items I ordered were not delivered. I got a call to say that the delivery will be late but nothing was mentioned about the items which were not delivered. I called to complain and the phone was dropped in my ear, when I called back I was told that no supervisor's are available because it was after 16:00. I then complained via a direct message and till today I have not received a reply. Woolworths service is absolutely terrible and so disappointing. I order Woolworth dash and checkers60 every week and will definitely think twice before I order dash again!

Ordered a the 1kg mac and cheese which was substituted witha chicken lasagne. How is lasagna a substitute for mac and cheese? Dissapointed

After so many emails regarding ladies underwear I have been ignored totally by Woolworths.I get a response saying an agent will contact me but still nothing.I have been asked to send my underwear as proof after I wrote that Woolworths sells cheap material for ladies panties that after a few washes the hems come off.I am still waiting for the technologist to reply as to why this is happening but still nothing.They have my panties with them.Do now what??Are the making my panties ????This is really bad,at least let me know what the technologist found out about the material .I hope someone from Woolworths will read this and take notice.

Thank you once again Woolies Boardwalk PE, well done! For being out of stock on dark chocolate mocca coffee for the umpteenth time! You just can’t get it right ! And they don’t even give you a voucher for your time and effort! I suppose they’ll be bankrupt if they do! I was so disappointed I didn’t even bother to shop as I usually do while waiting for my coffee! 👏

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Greenstone Woolworths. I bought a pair of jeans in Knysna washed them when i got home to Johannesburg the next day, before wearing them and then discovered they were a size too big. When I tried to change them I was told they were not in a resaleable condition as they had had been washed. I am quite shocked at the lack of customer service.

I've experienced a very bad service at mams mall.I bought the wrong shoes for my son on 12th Feb '24 ,the following day I returned for refund but unfortunately they refused because I paid with virtual card n was not possible for card reversal using that virtual card even though I showed them the card no on my phone was corresponding with the number on the slip and the were so rude 😢

Woolworths @ The Glen Shopping Centre. They offer T Shirt bras for R199,00. I have been buying these bras for years but can never find a 38C. There is always a problem when looking for these bras and I complain everytime as it is time consuming. I get the same answer every time, it is a popular size. So why does Woolworths not oder more. Tholakele on No. 011 682-5900 helped me today by phoning to see which branch has this size. She has promised to phone me as soon as she gets off the phone which is now 2 hours later. I have an account with Woolworths but am not a happy customer.

Woolworths is seriously slacking. I made a payment on the 7th of February, they could not find the payment because they changed my account number without telling me and now they have an account in arrears label on my account. This is so disappointing.

Bad experience today, from picker/shopper that goes on and offline. Who doesn’t even respond. To the driver who got here and never said anything, to my order being returned to my order being labelled as delivered to being told my order has been cancelled to being to told I’ll only get my refund in 3-5 days… That time, l had ordered washing powder and toothpaste!!! Amongst other things!!! Disappointed!!! I’ll stick to “Checkers 60” there’s hardly ever drama there!
